This place has thee comfort food. Bacon egg and cheese sandwiched between two amazing fresh made waffles. The line wasnt that long but it took a long time. I was okay with that once I bit into my delicious sandwich,

I loved coming here! The inside is so warm and welcoming. It is a small space but great for a couple people to chat or to come alone. They have so many flavours for lattes and I tried the banana chocolate and it was amazingly delicious. The service I received was so friendly! I wish I was in South Philly more often so I could try it all the time.

The wait was a little long but DEFINTELY worth it. Delicious food, great variety in options and one of the best iced coffees Ive had. Glad I tried this place on my first visit to South Philly because Im putting it on my go-to list.

A friend recommended the yobu breakfast sandwich so decided to try it today! We got two yobu sandwiches and a steak egg and cheese on an Italian roll with a side of tots. I was disappointed with the “potatoes” on the sandwich as it was only 4 little tots on each sandwich. But overall very filling which is good! The steak sandwich could have used more steak as it was mainly egg but wasn’t bad. The tots however I would skip out on completely. They tasted stale and bland, like old tots, not worth it in my opinion. Still giving 4 stars and I will try again another day!

Nice hot coffee and iced coffee. Serious breakfast sandwiches. And good soft pretzels when they have them.

Waited 40 minutes for a buttered bagel when I was told it would be quick. When I got home no butter in the bagel at all. The coffee is good but was cold by time I had my food and was able to drink it. Place has already outgrown their new location and operates with structural deficiencies, no proper work flow or systems for the employees to service the customers efficiently. It is ashame because the few times we went to the old location they were great.

Happy cozy neighborhood coffee stop. All the outside tables were filled when we stopped by in December 2020, standing room only inside. Full coffee menu, plain bagels and plastic-wrapped muffins, plus a couple hit sandwich options. I loved the atmosphere in here, made me happy to see people during the dark covid winter.

Favorite coffee shop in the city. feels like family even if youre seeing people for the first time in your life. the drinks are made to perfection or theyre not made at all. great owners, great staff, great drinks. Get anything here and youll be happy you came by.

They are very loose on masks, none of the staff was wearing them!!!!The workers arent practicing social distancing or discouraging people from entering without masks!Likewise, I waited nearly 20 minutes, and they hadnt even started my order. They make their breakfast sandwiches one at a time. Its incredibly problematic when people need to grab a quick meal before work. Now, I am starving before a meeting!

Love Homegrown. Great La Colombe coffee, great prices, the owners do a great job. Everyone who stops in is friendly and a great mix of young and old, locals and transplants. Enough space to hang out and do some work during the day for those who dont work the 9-5.

My go to coffee place every morning. Clean, friendly neighborhood meeting spot. Small but ample choice of breakfast options (breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc) plus a choice of bagels, toppings and their speciality Italian toast.

So sorry I just found this local gem! Beautiful cafe with great coffee and a large selection. Self serve creamer station where they offer everything from almond milk...soy....half n half...ect ect. Eye catching fresh pasteries...try a fruity pebble 🍩 donut with a banana iced coffee!
