First time here, Eric was very informative regarding what makes a good cup of a coffee. I got to taste the types of coffee and it was delicious. Relaxing and clean environment. Definitely a go to if parking in certain times wasnt a nightmare. Ill be a frequent online consumer as I heard the beans are freshly roasted like it is inhouse. I can definitely taste pronounced notes compare to the generic brands in supermarket. Great experience!

Such a lovely Roastery and Coffee Shop. With so many options and roasts available to choose for your brew, the place is a must visit for coffee lovers. Bright and airy, the seating was spaced and relaxed and my Caffe Latte and my Mocha was on point. The barista was humming a tune, zoned out while making the coffees. It was a pleasant experience totally.

Awesome coffee shop. They roast their own beans right on the premises. The Brazilian coffee was really good. There is limited seating inside with a few chairs outdoors. They are easy to miss as they don’t have a giant sign directly in front of the store but one that hangs sideways. Worth the trip!

A simple little coffee shop right on Main St. Manayunk. I stayed for the morning and worked from my laptop. I have a lovely cappuccino and a cup of tea. Theres plenty of metered street parking available. The staff and other customers were SO friendly in kind. I actually visited when apartment hunting in Manayunk. The friendly atmosphere here solidified my decision that I want to move to the neighborhood.

If youre looking for Philadelphia best kept coffee secret head over to Main Street Manayunk. Pilgrim Roasters opened up in 2017 right around the same time we moved to the East Falls area and we have frequented them ever since, in fact, I think there was like 2 or 3 straight months that we went to Pilgrim Roasters every single day and we have had countless meetings with our clients at this coffee shop. Ryan & Dan are the face of the business and they are what we look forward to the most with each visit a pay to their business. They are hard working, consistent and will happily take the time to give recommendations, share knowledge and tell you about their product. Their morals and ethics as business owners are top notch. Overall extremely chill guys we have come to call friends after knowing them the past couple years. Their coffee is extremely high quality and the atmosphere is completely approachable and non-pretentious. We have loved watching Pilgrim Roasters through all of its phases the past two and a half and are looking forward to watching Pilgrim Roasters humbly pioneer the Philly coffee scene over the upcoming years ahead.

For starters, I dont like to pay for coffee, because I have a Keurig at home and we have a coffee machine at work. But every once in a while which might also equal weekly I need a cup of coffee from here. Fresh, clean, consistent, satisfying coffee and engaging staff.

Pilgrim Roasters is a coffee shop for those who really love coffee. And I mean *really* LOVE coffee. If youre looking for a cuppa joe, you may want to check elsewhere. Thats not to say the coffee isnt fantastic, its first-rate stuff. Go there and !enjoy! your coffee. I had the macchiato and it was extraordinary (do NOT add anything to it - enjoy it as is). That said I can see someone feeling a bit intimidated by the menu board (its not always easy to ask what Cortado is) but feel free to ask. The barista took the time to explain the three layers. When I ordered the macchiato, he was kind enough to say it may be a little different than what I have had elsewhere (read Starbucks). Not sure about other non-coffee items on the menu. Free WiFi.

Youd be hard pressed to find a better cup of coffee in the area - honestly if youre a grab-a-drip-and-go youd be hard pressed to find a better cup in Philly for that, too. (I dont typically get espresso drinks but Im sure those are good, too). Consistently solid, tasty cup every time I go. Havent had a pour-over in a while from them but remember them being good as well. Staff is always super kind and friendly. However, Im really writing this to rave about how good the Ehiopia Sheka Kawo Kamina beans are. Honestly one of the best coffees I think Ive had. Brewed it a few times on a v60 now and it is so damn tasty, light and tastes like berries. Pick up a bag or get it on pour-over while youre there if youre a fan of fruity coffees.

They roast in a Nordic style (light), so as to really accentuate the flavor profile of their various coffees. Honestly, it’s fantastic. They also serve Spirit teas, which are very high quality. The guys are super knowledgeable and friendly. You can’t go wrong. The coffee is leaps and bounds above the chain shops, and it’s some of the best coffee you can find. They’ve taken great pains to get their water right. The city water isn’t the best, so they’ve filtered the water through a reverse osmosis system, and then remineralized it, to get the perfect starting point to brew your coffee. Just go there.
