I’ve never heard of WirelessWorld before and I needed a new charger since I was visiting in the area. I decided to head there since I wasn’t left with much of a choice and a dying phone. I was blown away. Exceptional customer service.Since it was my first time I even got the charger discounted as a courtesy by the manager. Terrible customer service. They try so hard to sell you a phone to the point that they’ll tell you that the phone you brought in is beyond repair.
