Boost mobile offers a 35.00 plan which I had forever. But they don’t support the new iPhone. Store is clean, staff was helpful.

Called the first time, around 3: We dont know (really? how do you not know?) if we accept Smart Pay, Ill have to ask the manager, so call back later.I call back at 6, says they close at 7, go to VM with no message.These are not professional people. Use at your own risk. Im gonna have to go a different way, personally .

The young lady that was helping me was literally pregnant as all hell, I mean she had to at least be 9 months pregnant, and there was a ton of people in there but even with that being said, it was still great customer service and I would pick them over Metro any day.

Date of visit- 3/20/16. Customer service by young girl Abby: Very poor customer service, lack of knowledge. Very rude, the representative thought it was more important to play on her phone and turn up the music while i was on the phone with customer care, then trying to find a solution to my problem. Was told that customer care would tell me the system was slow at the time. When I called them while i was in the store with this young girl. they walked me threw my problem, and also sovled it. I thought thats why they are paid by the hour. To fix peoples problems. Not play on their phone. recommend going to another location. Was at this location mutiple times and they were well. Just this last visit was terrible.

Horrible cusromer. The employee had a bad attitude and didnt want to help me at all. I went to a store in North Philly and they did the job with no issues.
