This was the absolutely most painless, smooth visit I have ever had to any wireless store ever. Sam was amazing, straightforward, and never once tried to double-talk me or sell me something I didnt need. And the rest of the staff was a joy to be around while I was purchasing my Galaxy S21. We will definitely be coming back in the fall when the Pixel 6 comes out (my wife wants that phone).

I absolutely cannot stand Verizon. I went to the store waited there for a half an hour, was told Id be seen next, and then when the woman before me left, I was told the store was closing it was 6:59. When their Google page and their website say they are open until 8:00. And its not like I could even call the store ahead of time to make sure they were open, because Verizon had a brilliant idea to redirect you to the 1-800 number whenever you call any of the local store numbers. So you end up speaking to someone no where near the store you need to go to.They are a constant disappointment. They make me feel so helpless and depressed. Like I have no choice but this awful company and thats how were doomed to face this world. They make me depressed and I hate dealing with them. Verizon, do better.
Be aware of BenHe took my trade in - my old phones and those never got applied and showed on Verizon system. I ended up paying full amount. Ben might be selling old phones on craigslist
We came this store after a horrible experience at the Verizon in Roosevelt Mall. The woman Sheri took great care of us and we were in and out in no time. She did an excellent job

Don’t buy here anything!!! Never go to this horrible place. My spouse purchased for 2 new sim cards 250$!! Unbelievable price. 130$ prepaid and 120$ for set up. How is it possible?! They even didn’t transfer our numbers from previous carrier. This SIM cards didn’t work properly, we were not able to receive any calls and massages for those money. I visited this store 4 times. The workers Herman and Shown B are horrible! They even did not apologize for inconvenience, they did not want to do anything, they told me that they can not do refund. I called to the customer service many times, only after that they did refund for set up only. My spouse paid for prepaid 130$ and they have not been made this refund yet. They said it’s not refundable. But for what did we pay for? Just waste of time, nerves and money! This Herman as a manager is absolutely zero. Only cause I called to the customer service he made half refund. It’s not normal that I’ve been in that horrible store 4 times and still not can’t get my money back. Don’t recommend this place even my enemies. Please go to the original one. It was a hell. Shame

If you’re looking for a store to go to for your FiOS account / equipment swap / new FiOS service activation, avoid this store at all costs. They have no idea what they’re doing. They lie to customers, they hand out the wrong equipment, they type up orders wrong. Been going on for 1.5 years. I would give a 0 star rating if it was possible.
Ran into a lot of technical difficulties trying to port my number in. Took long as hell. But the associate stuck through it with me. I just have to comment on the tone and the way others handle other customers coming in.. some treated people cold and dismissive even. Just overall not what Im used to in customer service.

Do Not Buy Anything here. Always shop at corporate store of Verizon!My situation was that i place a picked thru Verizon customer service. It was hard to find a rose gold watch anywhere. They told me to pick it up at this location. The watch I picked up was not new. I picked up my watch at 6:40pm on Sept 3rd. I called verizon explaining my concern was charged an activation of $61 which is not normal. Verizon told me to return the watch. Ill have you pick it up in other store. When I get to the store sept 4th at 10am. The guy Michael said I can not return my apple watch because it was mess up inventory 🤔(meanwhile I have the privilege to return and exchange is less then 24 hrs I pick it up). Luckily the customer service from verizon was still on the phone she spoke to him. Also told him the way he was treating me was not the way we treat our customers. If it wasnt for her. Not sure if they would let me return it.These people are scam! Looks like the guy who purchased my order that night made it seem he sold it instead of a pickup. Save your time and energy do not buy anything here. This store is a big scam, that guy Michael unbelievable!! The customer service lady told me she was reporting that store. Just unbelievable what I went thru!

Was at the location tonight attempting to buy two phones. At first the transaction was going smoothly then our salesman who was nice but became too involved in worrying about his Uber Eats food order and got distracted then screwed up the transaction then had to make a phone call to the employee help line which was on hold for approximately an hour and a half when someone finally answered from the tech line and started to get somewhere the employee(a different one this time) being careless and not paying attention hung up the phone on the phone call that had been going on for several hours at this time. So at this point it was past closing time and I had been there for over three hours I took the one phone that I paid for but not the second one that I intended to buy and have to go back and waste more time to purchase a phone. While nice the employees seemed overwhelmed by a small group of people needing help and also more concerned about their own personal issues instead of concentrating fully on the customers they are paid to assist.
The representative was friendly and kind! And he was funny also!
They gave me a backlog number to call which was awesome and convenient.

Best Verizon in the area BY FAR. Staff is knowledgeable, patient, & HONEST throughout the entire process. Their customer service was Superb. I recently switched my cell phone carrier from AT&T to Verizon after several months of consideration as I had been with AT&T my entire life since I was on my mothers plan as a 14 year old kid. I went into the store still undecided if I was going to switch but after speaking with Tim the decision was easy. Tim was extremely helpful to me and was very thorough in explaining all of my options. I have been an apple guy (iphone) for as long as I can remember but Tim convinced me that switching to an Android would better suit me based on what I used my phone for. I had been stressing over my cell phone carrier for a few weeks but I could not be happier that I went into this particular store the day I did and met Tim. I would suggest anyone who is on the fence about their carrier and/or type of phone to visit this store and ask for Tim. Thank you!

Do yourself a favor do not enter this store. This store looks like a corporate store which it is not. It has no markings on it that it’s a 3rd party location. This is all before you even walk in and deal with the employees.I went in there for a accessory. They said they were a corporate that’s only the first start of all the lies. They have no prices on products so they can lie on the prices. So when I asked for the price of the Charger they were $20 above any store. And it not even a pure Apple product. I asked about my company employee discount. They lied again and said they could do what ever a company store can do which is not true. And throw out some fake number as a discount. Which I know was not true. The employee said that company stores are going out of business because they not profitable as well as employees don’t care. And you must deal with 3rd party stores only in the future. This store was shorthanded they are very poorly trained. As a result they must lie to customers to make up for their short comings. It’s obvious if you were to buy a phone you are taking a risk of poor service at best as a result you will need to show up at a real company store to fix all their mistakes and lies. Being the Fact that I worked for Verizon for many years and we never lied and treated customers like this. And the reason stores are closing is the business is changing. In Company stores employees are highly trained and don’t need to lie.

This is based on our recent experience. My mother and I went in to get upgrades for our phones but were convinced to take the additional iPad deal the store had going on at the time, which was supposed to cost only $2 more a month. We figured the deal was good and took up on the offer. Little did we know, we would have to keep going back and forth trying to clarify and make sure that we were still getting the deal we “signed up for”. After several trips and a lengthy call with a Verizon rep, we were told by the direct Verizon rep that there is no discount on the iPad, that we were misinformed about the offer and are now pretty much stuck with paying $20 more instead of the promised $2!! Don’t get me wrong, the store staff were courteous for each visit and took the time to try and explain the matter, however after the Verizon rep’s latest confirmation - it’s frustrating to see the retailer and Verizon are clearly not on the same page and these offers can’t be trusted; we wouldn’t have agreed to it have we known the true monthly payment. We have been a long-time Verizon customer and it’s the first time this happens to us.
Visited the store this month in March and had a very good experience. A man named Tim approached me and asked if I needed help. He helped me to decide which phone was best for me by going through all of the models. He made me feel comfortable and helped me from start to finish. The store was also very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.
Save your self by driving to an original verizon store.Bought my self from original store Pixel 4, for $799 (with installments and it is as shown in add $33 per month).Then went to this location and bought exact same phone for my wife for $799, but my installment now is almost $39 per month, phone cost on going to $900 and was charged tax on purchase at the store and then on the bill bring purchase to well over a 1k on $700 phone.Service? I had to explain on how to do and where to get.After receiving a first bill I want back to store to ask where is all those charges are coming from? I was told that Ive signed terms and conditions and it is pretty much now my problem, next in line please.So save a hustle, and go to cotman ave, they are not much more knowledgeable on product they sell or stock they keep, but at least, while purchase is done, they will not snatch your arm and a leg.

This is one of my favorite stores to visit. Customer service is always the best in the area. Tim was an absolute delight. He gave my dad and I multiple options on phones, accessories and plans that fit best with his phone usage.

This store was the most helpful Verizon store I have visited. I already walked in with a fair understanding of my options but they were willing to go over all the options even if it wasnt the most beneficial one for them or me, they just wanted to make sure I understood. After discussing the details of each option they left me alone to think without pressure and I was confident by the end that I made a good decision. I thought the promotions were pretty good when I went in and I was able to get a brand new phone for less than what I was paying for my old phone. They also didnt pressure me to upgrade my data plan or anything like that.

This store is a great place to visit if youre in need of immediate help/service. The staff is well mannered, extremely helpful and friendly. The sales associate who helped me, I believe her name was Sherries. She was patient, knowledgeable, and gave great incite with her personal and professional opinions. The store is clean, has a great selection and is usually pretty empty so youll be serviced immediately.
I was completely baffled by the lack of professionalism that I witnessed while accompanying my mother to this location. I dont know what has changed but it could best be described as animals running rampant. It has almost always been a pleasant and easy visit coming to this store, but unfortunately we will no longer be returning which is frustrating because of the proximity to her home.

Walked in today, not knowing they are now just a retailer not a corporate store. I have a cracked screen and wanted to get an upgrade, of course I needed to get my screen fixed first, I asked I have insurance correct? And she said no... well I did have insurance after paying to get my screen fixed with a third party the color was so dim in the screen and looked horrible, she said his was my only option. So I got to my normal Verizon corporate store and he said I have insurance on all of my phones. I could see it in the tablet they use that it says $13.99 a month for insurance, now I was LIVID. I just paid $110 to get my screen fixed, which is all dark and looks horrible. I went to the real Verizon on Cottman and the blvd. And dealt with Marcus. He was GREAT, called corporate and got my money back and now they are replacing my screen at their own will. I am SO thankful some people know how to do their jobs. However for this store, it sucks. Won’t be going back, stick to the real corporate stores!

I came into this store with my Samsung Galaxy S10 completely locked. Samsung was no help at all nor was Verizon Wireless customer service. There were 3 guys working. Unfortunately I lost the card with their names. If I find it I will repost but they were the most helpful that anyone could ever be. Not only did they get the phone unlocked but were able to retrieve all my contracts. I have a Verizon store near me but I would actually drive out of my way to go to this one because of the excellent customer service. They saved me that day. I could not make any calls or texts. They were AWESOME
