Had my daughter’s iPhone screen repaired. They were fast, friendly and very professional. While waiting I heard the employees talking with customers in at least 3 different languages. What knowledgeable staff. Chris was so helpful and had the screen repaired in under 15 minutes and installed a screen protector to boot! Such a wonderful resource in our neighborhood.

Kannan and everyone else was very helpful and tech intelligent. They was able to help me understand the issues with my multiple devices I bought in to their business and I did not feel like I was getting the run around for once like when I call other places. Had my iPhone screen fixed/replaced. At my fault few days later I dropped it. (Lightly) and the whole screen part popped out. No cracks but the whole thing popped out. Makes no sense. Went in there and asked to have it looked at and they replaced it without my consent and expected me to pay the ridiculous price again.

Ive been going to this place over several years. Theyre consistent. Meaning that theres not too many more computer stores that fixes computers around. Theyre reliable. And they get the job done. If you need something right then on the spot instead of order online hit the store up they will definitely have what you need if not theyll order it but they have a lot of things on stock for older computers and their knowledge is super helpful.

I got the best price with Apeteka long time ago

Been going here for years but my last visit was a nightmare. I brought my iPad in for a screen replacement and got it returned to me in super sloppy condition. It want ready by the time they said it would be - causing me to make unnecessary drives over to the store and when it finally was ready I picked it up and took it home to realize the whole border of the screen had globs of glue all around the edges. Seems like it’s peelable but the more I peel it looks like it’s coming from under the screen so it doesn’t feel right to peel it. Can’t believe this is how they returned by iPad to me, especially for the high price they charged me. Sloppy work, find somewhere else to bring your things.

I was just their to get my data backed up on my HP laptop. I went to pick up the laptop. I came home and none of my stuff was on it. I paid for them to back it up and all they did was get rid of it. If they don’t respond to this, I will seriously ask for a full refund.
