Nick (and truly the whole team at this location) were so incredibly patient and wonderful. He carefully went through and presented all options for my desired phone upgrade and answered all the questions I had. Nick was such a pleasure to work with and I appreciate his service greatly!
Aarren was awesome! He helped me switch from a terrible LG phone to a Samsung Note 20 ultra and he helped me fix my plan so that I save money...like 60 less a month! Thank you Aarren and Chad for all your help and keeping the shop open so I could go home with a phone I actually like!
Fake store not owned by Verizon. Once you buy a phone from them they offer no help if the phone they sold you is defective. Tell you to go to another store so why buy it from here in the first place if you have to go to a corporate store actually owned by Verizon. Store scams people
I just had the most blissfully easy experience at this store with a wonderful human being named Chadd Walker, one of the wireless consultants who stayed late to help me out with a SIM card problem I was having. He was extremely friendly, funny, and kind. Helped me quickly and I was in and out of the store in under 20 minutes. Chadd deserves a raise!!!! Christina was lovely too ☺️

Had a great experience upgrading my phone with the sales rep Daniel today. He walked me through the process and how it would effect the cost of my plan. After we picked out the perfect phone for me he took the time to transfer all my pictures, numbers and apps to my new device. Would recommend this store to anyone for all Verizon Wireless needs!
Your wireless Account Management Harry Johnson has been professional. courteous and very helpful with all my concerns. He has defused a very sensitive and frustrating situation with my cell phone replacement. I came into the office as well as called Technical support about the problems I was having and received no satisfaction. The Tech referred me to Motorola. Motorola referred me back to Tech support, to no avail. Not until I returned to the Oregon Ave office and spoke with Mr Johnson who confirmed the problems and noted my account the necessity for a replacement phone. I appreciate his knowledge and experience which allowed me to calm my spirit. He is a great asset to Verizon wireless and should be commended for excellence.
My experience here at Oregon Avenue Verizon I give it a hundred. I dealt with the manager Sumith who helped me and Zach did great setting up my phone and watch. This is the only Verizon store I go to!
Disclaimer: This review below was not written by me. When I was backing up my old phone I left it with Zach as I did errands because it was going to take several hours. Zach then proceeded to go into my google account and write himself this stellar review without my consent.I had Sprint and my service was horrible. I wanted Verizon but thought it was out of my price range. I went to the store in South Philadelphia and worked with Zach and he was awesome. He took his time with me and explained promotions that I could get to switch my number over to Verizon get unlimited and trade in my phone and the bill wasn’t much higher. I love my new iPhone and my service! Couldn’t be any happier with Zach and his team in South Philly! They are the best! If you want great Verizon service go see them!
I had an awful experience at this location. The workers are not professional and do not know how to do their jobs. They do not clarify anything and you will find charges on your bill, due to their mistakes.
From the moment i sat down until the moment I walked out that door I felt very welcomed and understood. Steve Harper has been the best phone salesman I’ve dealt with my entire life. His drive to fulfill my wants and needs with a phone was amazing. He took his time and made sure everything was just right for me. I’ve referred him to 3 people in the past day who’ll be coming to that location to start a line. Thank you Steve for the great care and for selling me again after I knew what I wanted. You made me want it over again after I purchased.

I always use the phrase expect the worst but hope for the best. I must say, this experience went above and beyond my expectations. I had a iPhone 6 with cricket service. Sept. 2, 2019 I switched to Verizon service, which is a million times better than cricket, and upgraded to the XR...wow!!! I didn’t think I would get approved for a payment plan but Clifton worked some kind of magic making my life so much easier! I really appreciate his time, efforts, patience, and understanding because it had me leave with the biggest smile. Here I am on Sept. 6 writing this review. I came in to get a new iPad. I met Chad, who is an intelligent, well dressed, courteous,professional, friendly gentleman. He is very knowledgeable and he patiently explained all of the benefits of the new iPad. He also helped me to replace my phone, and I am most pleased with my new phone. The sales Rep Edgar Santiago was amazing I came in told him exactly what I wanted & he gave me that. He was not pushy at all. I usually go to corporate stores but this was my first time going to a authorized retailer location & I am very pleased not only was Mr. Santiago well spoken & professional this was the first time I had seen a hole staff dressed so nicely. This place is amazing before walking in the door I was scared & on edge because I had not upgraded in 4 years after just 15 seconds of being In this store all that changed.EDGAR the great sales rep at this location was professional and very knowledgeable. He ordered my phone and it was here in less the 24 hours and he also took time with teaching me the ends and outs to my new S9.If you dont see EDGAR SANTIAGO when your dealing with your Verizon services you are doing yourself a big disservice.....Edgar is now my go to for all my Verizon Services and he should be yours to. My older Samsung phone completely died and I thought I lost all my information. I went to the store in South Philadelphia and Zach was great. He paid off my old phone and got me an LG G7 which I loved and all my information was transferred. I couldnt be happier with his services and would reccomend this location to everyone
I came in to the store to get help with what I knew was an atypical service change. I was braced for an unpleasant experience but Rick McCall was awesome! He was friendly, professional and HELPFUL! He made several calls on my behalf to sort things out with corporate/customer service, and while not neglecting me, he also managed to help several other employees. Not only did he explain everything thoroughly (Im a bit slow when it comes to technical stuff) but he also helped reduce my costs! I have never received customer service like this at a Verizon Store. Even the security guard was super nice, guiding me right away upon entry and holding the door for me on my way out. I will definitely come back to see Rick if/when I need future assistance with my wireless needs. Id suggest you guys do the same. Thanks, Rick! A++
Weve been customers of this location for years and always had great service. Most recently, we had an issue with a phone coming back from the insurance company with more damage than when we sent it. We went to the Verizon in Center City, spoke with 2 reps from Verizon on the phone & 2 reps the insurance company with no resolution. When we went to Cellular Sales, Keith & his trainee Steve went to bat for us after no one else did and helped us resolve the issue and even get a newer phone. Highly recommend this store!
I had a horrible experience at this store. The person I dealt with was Troy. I told him that I wanted a Samsung and he said they didnt have any and forced me into a Motorola which was a horrible phone. I left there and went to the store on Columbus Blvd and they had the Samsung I wanted. I went to return the Motorola and he said that he had the Samsung so he lied. This is the worst experience I ever had and makes me think about leaving Verizon
Had a great Experience. The sales person was very helpful. He took the time to explain the characteristics of the product etc. He was patient in answering me questions. He showed understanding for my concerns for having ease in using my new phone.
My mom and I went to this store with hopes of purchasing a new phone, as Ive had mine for four years. Michael Schuster was patient and willing to explain the steps of setting up a new phone and backing up our data. He also didnt pressure us to take the promotions or to purchase the most expensive cases. He even applied the screen protectors for us.
I knew I wanted to upgrade my phone, but wasnt sure what was best for me. Matt was very knowledgable about all of the phones,and was able to help me pick out the best phone. He kept in constant contact with me too the new phone came in, and contacted me the minute it arrived. He made sure the appointment time fit my schedule, and made the process of upgrading phones very easy.He also gave me some valuable information about my otter box case, and I was able to get a new case because of the warranty. He saved me a lot of money for my transactions.Overall, I received the best customer service Ive ever received from a Verizon store, and from a Verizon representative.I highly recommend Matt, as well as this location!
Jessica Was extremely helpful. I came in looking to find out why my e-mails where not coming through on my phone. She tried everything. We finally decided I needed to upgrade from an iPhone 6 to an 8. She was great setting everything up for me and deleting all my information from the old phone.
I recently went to this Verizon store to purchase a new phone. I was surprised to have been greeted at the door by Matt. Matt listened to the reasons for our visit and was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Not only did he make the process very smooth and pain free but he also made me aware of a promotion for a free tablet that I was eligible for. Of course I got the free tablet, who wouldnt, and my new phone. Matt changed my thoughts of Verizon experiences in general. I will continue to come to this store for all my Verizon needs in the future and recommend everyone to come to this location. Matt helped cellular sales gain a customer for life and possibly more to come. Great customer service is a very refreshing thing to come across!!!

I just want to say today I had the opportunity to meet a very professional and knowledgeable salesmen. Even tho Mr Santiago didnt sell me my phone he took his time to teach me how to use my device and also sold me a case. Sometimes its the little things like someone taking there time that matter and I am very appreciative. Edgar also told me about a free tablet that I can get and I will be back next Friday to do so. The manager (Zach Bush) and his employee-in-training helped me sort out a new phone with a glitch and bad customer service problem. These particular staff members were friendly, helpful, and helped put a positive spin on an unfortunate situation. I really appreciated their good humor and their helpfulness.

GO SEE EDGAR!! My husband and I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and we will never look back! Weve had a few hiccups with my phone because it was in cell phone limbo between networks, but we figured out it was because it was only partially unlocked. His knowledge and customer service was exceptional. His patience and understanding was what we needed as it was not an easy transition (as no fault of his own), but we eventually got there. Were so glad we made the switch!

I had An older LG phone thats shut down. I came to the Verizon Cellularsales store in South Philly in tears because my husband Just passend away and I thought I had lost all of my pictures. Thankfully I was helped by Zach! Somehow he figured out how to get my phone turned back on while getting me a new one and transfer all of my pictures and contacts!! I couldnt be happier! I Will only do business with Zach and I suggest anyone who wants excellent service to Visit Zach in South Philly, he is the best!!

I came into this store to upgrade many times but this time I got Ricky McCall. I must say this was the best retail experience I have had in a long time. He was a robot and actually cared about my wants and needs. If you come to this location ask for him!!!
The guy (who wears gages in his ears) would not even try to help me. He recommended multiple times that i should call the *611 number to get help. Once I did, the nice lady on the phone told me that the guy at the store could have actually helped me out. Based on my one experience and the other reviews, I would recommend visiting another Verizon store because the a**holes here do not want to help, and are more concerned with making their ears look funny with those gages. He did not even attempt to listen to my issue or help at all.

Many thanks to Matt for showing both my mother, my boss and myself amazing customer service. From the minute we stepped into the store, he was patient and took the time to explain to us the products which lead to the purchase of three new Iphone6s. My mother was offered to turn in her old phone for a rebate and it somehow all got lost in translation once we sent it in to national. The operators via phone were not helpful and actually confused matters even more. I revisited the store where once again Matt was able to identify the problem and took all steps to make sure that her rebate was granted. I followed up with him a couple weeks later and he instantly knew what the issue was and followed up instantly. All things worked out for my mom and she is a happy Verizon customer and loves her new phone. Thank you for all your help Matt! Great job!

I came to the Quartermaster Verizon store to switch from Sprint to Verizon. Keith Crudele was my Consultant and helped me out through every step of the process. Keith set up my new phone and my new iPad, updated my iCloud and even put the screen protector on my new phone. Keith stayed after the store closed to complete my phone set up and ensure everything was working properly. It was clear that Keith knew what he was doing and took pride in his work as helped other customers and answered their questions. The level of service I received from Keith was exceptional and he should be recognized by his manager and Verizon. I would highly recommend Keith and this store to anyone. This store actually helped my husband with his phone problems. The store on cityline ave just took his money and gave poor customer service. So we will not be going back to cityline ave ever again. We will be going here. The young man who was helping him was great, thoughtful and kind. I would go there as well but my phone is under someone else.
Buyer beware; when a retailer tells you they only accept cash, run. I went to this store inquiring about a plan that would allow me to use my tablet in the Caribbean. I was told a certain plan would work. So, I paid what was asked and was eger to go on my trip. When I arrive to my destination, I turn on my tablet and guess what the plan does not work. I spend the next 4 hours with teq. support with no resolution to my problem! I call the store and speak to the sales person that sold me the plan, I tell her my problem. Without hesitation she tells me that if I want to use my tablet I have to purchase an extra Global plan for an extra $10. a day! I asked her why she didnt tell me this initially? I would not have committed to anything if i had known this from the beginning! She then tells me if you want to use your tablet then pay for the global plan and then she hangs up on me! Im out over $100. with 8 gigs of data I could not use and once home the will not give me my money back!

Came in to cancel contract, was upset. Matt helped not only cool me down, he saved me money by helping change my bill, and my plan. So ill remain for two years if they keep hiring helpful guys like Matt ill give them another 2 years.

Because the young man named Kerson has always been there for me I have decided to stay with Verizon. Would give no stars if possible. Rep that was available talked to a customer being served by someone else for 5 minutes, went outside to make a phone call, then smoked a cigarette, then made another phone call. A half hour of my life I cant get back, and still stuck with a crappy phone that doesnt work very well.
