I dont usually write reviews, but because of the great service, I had to show some love.Base of there very helpful advice as well as integrity to giving me the best service and options possible. Coming in the first visit to get a replacement screen for my Note 5, as well as helping me get a phone in the meantime to use.For my second visit, he had helped me with unlocking my LG G3 very quick and easy service.Truly thank you again!

Did a great job, flexible timing, good price!Revision:2 Days later I noticed that my front facing camera was not working. Brought back to Mobile Ninja to get repaired and unfortunately he was unable to help. I know that sometimes phones can be fickle but it worked before I brought it in.Still 4 stars because I really think that he changed my screen a few more times and changed the camera trying to get it to work. He worked hard on my phone, but unfortunately it didnt fix it :-(.

I went there to get my sons iPhone 6 screen replaced. I called the day before to get a price for the replacement, it was the lowest price that I got so far. So I went the next day and Rob was there to help me. When I asked the price he gave me a totally different price than what the person gave me on the phone.It happened to be Rob that I spoke to the day before he explained to me that he gave me the holiday price which ended. Rob still honored the price that he gave me over phone which I thought was very nice of him because most vendors would not of done that! It took no time to replace the screen. I was in and out. Rob was very friendly and I plan on bringing my iPad mini there to get fixed soon. I would definitely recommend this place! I am very pleased with the service!

Never felt this compelled to write a review before! Not only were they quick to respond to my original message, but they were quick to fix my iPad! They were very sympathetic to the fact that it belonged to my 7 year old son, and made sure that I had it back within a day! Prices are also affordable and the best that I saw in all my research. I found them on offer up now selling great phones for very reasonable prices. I had a few problems with my phones camera and the headset volume and the mobile ninjas fixed it in a quick 30 minutes or less. I recommend them and they have 2 locations :)

OMG. This was perfect. I got my S7 screen fixed. It should have been an expensive and difficult process, but that wasnt the case. I took 2 broken iPhone 5s to Mobile Ninja. I was unsure if they would be able to do anything with either one of the devices, but they ended up doing the impossible. Im not a tech guy at all, but he said they switched the computer system from one phone to another. All I know is I turned my black iPhone on, and all my pictures, apps, and EVERYTHING from my white iPhone was there. My phone is working perfectly, and I couldnt be more satisfied. They are very conveniently located close to center city. I went to apple and was told that they were closing and I need a quick fix. They told me that walkins generally take about 2-3 hours. On the other hand, an appointment would only take 1.5 hrs. What the hell? I feel like I near a forgot to see my phone before someone can just fix the broken screen.I googled mobile repair and found a few shop on Yelp that provides this service in less than 30 minutes. After a few comparison and quotes later, mobile ninja was what I chose to settle with. It was definitely a well establish repair shop. They had me in and out in less than 15mins. I got a new screen, case and screen protector for 129$. Amazingly, I feel alive again. No long waits, no appointments, no hassle, no check ins, no problem at all.
