Terrible experience! The store told me that I needed to pay about $70 upfront for an iPhone screen replacement. But after the 2 hrs wait, my phone was not fixed and started glitching every 10 minutes. The store did not give me a refund, told me there was a problem with my motherboard, and said I can pay an additional $140 to send my phone to a different warehouse. I was very sus at that point and left. A week later, I took the phone to a different store. They told me that for one, the new iPhone screen is fake and two, the original interior parts had been replaced with fake products! I am so disappointed!

Fixed it fast, fixed it right, fixed it cheap. What more can you ask for!

I needed a cell phone case to protect my new iPhone 12pro max. I called Philly Wireless and someone answered the phone immediately and was very professional and courteous to me during the call and answered all of the questions I had with patience. I went to the store to get my case and they had many colors and options to choose from and they even put the case on my phone for me to ensure that it was on correctly for optimum safety. I definitely had a great experience so I definitely recommend this place and I will be back for all of my cell phone needs without hesitation. 🙂

They are horrible they told me they would have to change my speaker out to get it to sound better and I wouldn’t be able to use Face ID nomore ! I took my phone to Best Buy and they just cleaned it for free and all better ! They are scammers and liars AVOID THEM

This is a great store to come too. I really love the vibe that they have. You can get cases for any iPhone . They fix iPhone Screens better than anyone. Philly Wireless is the best store in the city hands down. They even have laptop screen repairs.

Very clean and professional! She spoke so kindly and welcoming to me. A customer came in being disrespectful and she handled it professionally to the best of her ability ! I love the environment. The prices were reasonable and I was able to get something for all three of my children!

Would definitely recommend to others. I was here to get my iPhone Carrier unlocked. And I was in and out until I see all the crazy iPhone and android phone cases they got . They good off white cases for all phones and way more. Every time I come in I get acknowledged very respectful great place to get your phone serviced.

I took my phone here for a screen replacement and they told me they could not repair it after about 3 hours of waiting. I had already paid ahead, they gave me a partial refund of $60 from the $120 I was initially charged stating there was a $60 service fee. They claimed the phone could not be repaired due to a damaged motherboard and only the original cracked screen could be used. After saving my money again for a repair (I am a teenager), I took my phone to a different store, the other store was able to do my screen repair quickly with no issues and there were no motherboard issues.

First time being here & it was very professional, customer service was great. I was welcome & treated with respect. I needed a new screen & she did everything in her power to make it happen & it works perfectly fine! It also very clean as you walk in.

Fixed my iPhone 6 screen for like $90 pretty quickly, but theres a little bit of a tint on the screen and also it sticks up slightly at the corner. It works though. The guy is nice

I called ahead and was told I can come in right away and they would be able to have everything taken care of in 30 min. The customer service was great when I came into the store and the quality of the service was A1. Would definitely recommend anyone com in go here for any of your wireless needs.- Donald Carten

Lied to me 3 times. First, I called and they said they could replace my screen for my phone same day. When I came in, they told me it would need 2 days for the screen to come in. I paid in full in advance. Two days later, they say it will take another 2 days (they didnt call me to update me, I found out myself). I arrive that day, and they changed their story to needing to wait after 6pm. I could have done it cheaper and faster elsewhere. They lie to get you to their place. And change the details once you pay.

Every time I come here I always get treated with great service. The staff is very helpful. I got a screen fixed here and had no problems after that.

Came in around 2 o’clock because I had dropped my phone in it no longer worked I called my Philly wireless and they told me to bring it in and by 3:20 my phone was done with a Brand new screen Protector and this literally saved my day and it was so inexpensive. I don’t think that I will be doing business anywhere else very fast quick and professional

My daughter dropped her phone at breakfast, i stopped in philly wireless that same day and was walkin out 40mins later like it never happend

I walked into Philly Wireless and the customer service was impeccable, the service was quick and efficient. I’m pleased with my repair. Tiara was outstanding. She was upfront with pricing and She made sure that I was satisfied with my repair . I would recommend going here.

Its not good in any way.

I came in today to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced and was so happy to find a place that could replace it for about $50 less than other places. However I can not give them 5 stars because now my Touch ID sensor wont work and I have to press keys multiple times for a letter to pop up. It probably would have been best for me to get it fixed by my carrier than coming here and saving myself a couple dollars.

Went in looking to get my phone fixed. My iPhone 6 doesnt get signal and is always searching. The guy said he could fix it for $40, which I was fine with. But when I asked him what he was going to do fix the issue he refused to answer. Felt like he was trying to rip me off so I left. I wouldnt go here if I were you.

Replaced a screen for my iPhone 7. On the phone they told me one price, as I came to the store, the price went up 10$... 3 months later my new screen got covered with green lines. Poor quality... price and quality dont match.
