I took my iPhone to get fix today. In the service was great. He took the time out to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. He fixed it in less than in hour and charge me a good price. This is one of the most honest and respectful black owned businesses I have been to in a long time. Dont just take my word go see for yourself and you wont be disappointed at all.

So were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, also instead of just replacing my speaker on my iPhone and charging me price for speaker replacement, they were honest and showed me what was causing problem why I couldn’t hear and fixed it for me. Saving me from having purchase speaker replacement.

Ive been coming here for almost two or three years. I always manage to crack my phone screen in some way or another, but Sire has always come to my rescue. Hes fixed countless of broken screens and mine is no different. My phone has always been returned in perfect condition - give or take, a few bug problems but that has also been fixed as well. The price is also very very reasonable. Aside from that, Sire is a humble man and is very understanding. However, he does not play games. He gets the job done. He will tend to your problems in time, but he does have a tiny habit of making people wait a while. That seems to be the only issue. Everything else is great. All in all, I have always been happy every time I left the store. The man is an absolute pleasure to talk to and if you have time, talk to him if you can. I stood in this place for about 15 minutes before leaving out while the owner or whoever he was behind the counter stood and just joked with another man about nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone to visit

I took my iPhone 6 here Wednesday to get the screen fixed the girl told me $60 & it would take 20 minutes, I left the store happy my phone was fixed. About 4 hours later my screen went completely white after I tried to screenshot something, I called the store immediately but they were closed so I called the next morning, spoke to the same girl & explained what happened she told me I could bring the phone back I told her I’d try to get off work early but I wasn’t able to. So I went without a phone until Saturday when I finally had a day off so I went to the store spoke to a guy & he said to the owner “ I think Shaniyah did a bad job “ he replied “ Shaniyah never does a bad job “ so from the beginning he had doubt without even looking at the phone after he finally looked at it he told me he can’t fix it or give me my money back because the screen that was on my phone wasn’t from that store. I was so confused like how you gonna tell me I didn’t get my phone fixed here when I literally was just here. He explained something about a red sticker on the inside of the screen & said none of his screens have that. I asked him to call the girl who fixed my phone & he did, I spoke to her & she was really no help she had no answers how didn’t you know that wasn’t a screen y’all use. I asked him to check the cameras he said he wouldn’t be able to see . He kept telling me I didn’t get my phone fixed there & I must have took it somewhere else after I took it there, why would I pay $60 to get something fixed just to take it somewhere else ? I would’ve came right back for my money but I never wanted my money back I wanted my phone fixed. I was in there for about 2 hours I called the cops they never came but the man finally decided to fix my phone after all that hassle & telling me I’m lying basically. It’s not ya fault so thanks for doing that I just wanna say get some employees who know what they’re actually doing.

I took my TV to micro tecc they kept it for 3 weeks and never did any work and never even opened the back of the tv to diagnose the problem but when I told them to give me my money back for the diagnostic that was never done the Goofy owner said the money was not refundable he seems like he either slow retarded or on drugs..Never take your business to them it seems their business is a front for something crooked

Took my laptop in because it was not turning on and when M opened it, he showed me a very fried laptop. There was water in it too. In an attempt to save at least what was on the hard drive, M worked on it for several days using various methods to extract the files, but the hard drive was too damaged due to the fried laptop. No charge for his work even though he spent several days on this.. Really appreciate that!I would highly recommend this business owner!Dottie
