I gave it before 3 stars for the X I bought because they did honor my exchange for the phone but I had to exchange it 3 times now for the same model phone (The iPhone X without Face ID) the first time I went it was carrier locked & when I went back to exchange a the woman by the name of Michelle (She has curly black hair) was very rude & had an attitude. She did the exchange only for the phone to have something wrong with the phone & the service wiring. I’ve had another iPhone before that I had the same network issue with & took it to 215 Wireless & found out beings though I dropped it it wouldn’t read the SIM card right but this phone I never dropped I had just got it the day before today & had to take it back today in exchange for another one. This one is working fine so far hopefully we won’t have this issue again . I was also told that they don’t give out refunds at the store which doesn’t make any sense because if I pod at the store why shouldn’t I be refunded at the store ? This store is very unprofessional & only got 2 stars for the exchange but I definitely recommend 215WIRELESS on ogontz.A month ago today: the phone I received has service issues, screen issues & etc DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I had got a iPhone X without Face ID unlocked to any carrier got home & looked at the sticker & receipt stating that it’s unlocked to only realize it’s locked to another carrier. The store did offer to swap it out but I was sold a phone that did not meet what I needed.

Michelle had really good customer service. She was courteous and solved all my problems. I will be back.

I will never spend money with them again. I gave them my iPad months ago to fix. They even made me send them 100 to start the repairs and here 3 months later I still don’t have my device. I can never get in touch with them and ignore my Instagram messages

I took my phone here for a screen replacement and they told me they could not repair it after about 3 hours of waiting. I had already paid ahead, they gave me a partial refund of $60 from the $120 I was initially charged stating there was a $60 service fee. They claimed the phone could not be repaired due to a damaged motherboard and only the original cracked screen could be used. After saving my money again for a repair (I am a teenager), I took my phone to a different store, the other store was able to do my screen repair quickly with no issues and there were no motherboard issues.

Took my phone in for a broken screen, when i get my phone back, now the phone wont charge pass 8% keeps cutting off say the phone is over heating but the phone isnt hot at all, so i took it back they said i needed a new battery, they put a new one in....the phone still keep doing the same thing.... Took my phone there for one thing now all these things is wrong with, at this point i want my money back but they said i cant, so i gotta keep taken my phone to them, i think they took my motherboard out and replaced it with another one,

Over paid for the quality I recieved. For $184 I expected a far better product. Took my phone in for cracked front and back glass and non working screen. $184 and 24 hours later I was given back a functioning phone, but thats about it. The back glass was replaced with plastic, theres a rattle when you shake the phone so obviously something is loose inside, also the vibrator doesnt work properly. I will not be doing business with people that charge top dollar and in return produce inferior results. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will turn people away that I hear consider using them.

On Thursday February 18th i dropped my rose gold 7th generation IPad off to My Phillie Wireless to be fixed. I was told to come back the following Tuesday the 23rd. I come back on the 23rd and they tell me i might need to add a home button along with the screen so i said ok and they quoted me another price. He said he would have it ready the next day. The next day i called before going and they said it was not ready. I called again on 2/24, 2/25, 2/27,3/1, 3/3, 3/5, 3/16. And not once could anyone tell me what was going on with my IPad except they are trying everything they can to fix it. The employees are very rude and management is never there to speak to you. They gave me a number to text for complaints which i did multiple times and have gotten no response. On my last call to them 3/17 the employee stated she spoke with the technician and he does not know whats wrong with it and hes trying. At this point its been a month and you should be able to know if you can fix it or not i said. It makes no sense as i use my IPad for my business and school, this is a huge inconvenience. I dont know what to do because every time i call im getting nowhere and they still have my property and arent telling me anything. It is now 4/30/21 and I still have not gotten my property back or heard anything from them. So they pretty much just stole my IPAD. As of now I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting and attorney and consumer affairs. They are extremely bad for business and I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with them.

I set an appointment for 9am so they could pick up my phone and they didn’t show up until 1pm. The delivery guy says he came twice at 10am and 11am but I went downstairs at both those times when my dog was barking, and if he did come, he didn’t stick around long enough. Finally at 1pm he picks up the phone and says it will take an hour and a half for the repair. Five hours later and no one comes. No one. They STILL have my phone and they wont answer when I call. They’re closed now and I don’t have my phone and have no way to get it because of that.On top of that they won’t answer their dms on Instagram so i have no idea what I’m going to do. I’m so livid it isnt even funny.

Brought my phone in everything was fine with the phone but the back of the screen was cracked they “fixed” the back of the phone but bent my motherboard and are trying to charge me extra money to fix it. They also had my phone for over a week with no update. DONT do business here

Hi, i came here last week for a screen repair and the screen stopped working. I came back for their lifetime warranty, but come to find out, its a lie. They tried to say i damaged the device because it didnt have the screen protector on it, but there was no damage to the screen at all. so apparently the warranty is only good if you keep the screen protector on the device.

Scam artists. I would not recommend My Phillie Wireless. They are very good at trying to defraud money especially from eBay sellers. Very dishonest thieves. Do not trust them with a repair or your equipment.Read the other critical negative reviews, theyre accurate and real reviews. Not bought fake positives.

I came to this establishment for a repair of my iPad. They told me if it had any issues they would let me know. Upon arriving to pick up my iPad they claimed my back camera stopped working but it was working fine when they checked out the device. I definitely do not recommend going to this place as they are schemes.

They are not honest people. They will take you for your money. My sons phone was damaged be because he was assaulted. And even after sharing this with these people, they just took advantage of the situation. They could have said, there is no possible fix but they just wanted the money. They do not refund money back instead they want to keep your phone for days with the same story that they are fixing it. They took my $215 and didnt fix anything, but Gods wrath is never late. THEY TAKE NO CREDIT CARDS CAUSE THERE WOULD BE MANY PEOPLE STOPPING PAYMENTS. THEY DONT REFUND MONEY. THEY SAY, CAUSE YOU WALKED OUT WITH THE PHONE YOU ARE SATISFIED. IF YOU REPLACE A SCREEN AND IT DOESNT WORK BY THE NEXT DAY, THEY SAY ITS YOUR FAULT. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They took my money and didnt fix my phone. Hope you dont land in their trap.

Every time I go to philliewireless, I am so amazed with the service I get. They fix my phone and products very well and always quick to help customers out. They are very fantastic, considerate, and helpful.

I’ve had to use their service twice. The first time my brother and dropped his phone out the car window. I thought there was no way they’d be able to fix it. I was wrong. They were busy. However, the line moved quickly. I noticed, how professionally their staff talked to each customer. I spoke with Mo. He said one of the techs would look at it. After a few minutes, Mo confirmed it could be fixed and I could wait. Boom, it was fixed. They stocked the screen for it. They actually stock iPhone screens. It’s a small store with big store service.

I had a technician come & pick up my phone to replace a broken screen. It took 8 hours to bring back to me & turned out to be a faulty screen that was glitchy. I brought the phone back to the store & they told me the screen was cracked so it wasn’t under warranty from LESS THAN ONE WEEK AGO. I was charged another $55. To replace the screen that they just put on, that never worked properly. This is an abuse & disgusting! They put a broken screen on my phone then charged me to fix it! Do not trust this store or their technicians!!

I bought the Apple screen. It was installed incorrectly and not an Apple screen. Had to pay Apple to replace it. They only take cash, so good luck getting your money back.

I paid for front screen replacement got my phone and grabbed the back of my phone screen broke had to come out of pocket more money then took 3weeks with no communication. Then get phone back today and everything is wiped clean. Just HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEY SERVICES.

I have purchase two Apple watches both in great condition, no issues. I have also purchased two Apple iPhone 6, both in great condition. No issues whatsoever. Every time I come they give me free cases and pop sockets. Me and my children love this place. Fast repairs and great customer service! If there ever is an isssue with anything they have no problem fixing it!

Bad customer service said my phone was broke had to either ship it out for 15 days or recommend get a new phone I end up getting a new phone the next day my phone was working fine and nothing was wrong with it at all. I went to return the brand new phone I bought from them less then 24 hours ago and now they don’t do returns when they told me I could in 30 day so then I ask them to sell them the phone back because I didn’t even use it or turn it on still in the box and now they don’t buy phones. They are frauds and I don’t such no one going to them to get there phone fix or buy any of they products unless you want to lose your money.

Yes i was still skeptical because some people don’t value the quality in their electronics . So i said hey let me just try them for myself . On September 7th, 2020 I took my iPhone XR in for a screen repair. They said it was a short in the motherboard. So they had to ship it out. I agreed and the total was $203. So I went back and paid a down payment of $110 on September 12, 2020. On October 20th they sent a text saying it was ready. I was on vacation and I called when I got back to make sure it was really ready on October 25th 2020. They said I needed to text the number they have. So I texted it and got no response. Then I called again and said it’s not ready. I then texted the number again and they said it’s not ready and they will let me know. Since then I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. They say they don’t have it. I have the receipt and all documents of me talking with them but they will not respond now. Acting like they don’t have my phone. This company needs to be shut down. I am currently going to take them to small claims court since they will not respond to me and say they don’t have it or refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you!

Took my son’s phone there to have the screen fixed phone was working perfectly fine. After waiting 3 hours to have the screen replaced, when I was told 15-20 min, the home button did not work. After fixing that and charging me to do so when it wasn’t broken when I took it there the speaker broke and he couldn’t hear anyone when they called his phone. This place has no clue how to fix phones and it’s nothing but a scam that damages the phone while claiming to fix it so they can keeping charging you.
