Pretty decent dealership. I didnt purchase anything, but my friend was looking to buy. Staff was helpful and courteous. They gave us finance and buy options. I was impressed with the selection of vehicles, especially because the lot isnt that big. If you are looking to finance something, but dont want to hurt your pockets, I would probably check here first.

When I first went I had a open car loan even tho the car was taken back. Ahmad worked so hard to get me in something I was happy with. A little while I had a issue with it and he took the car and got it worked on and gave me a loaner so I could still drive the car no charge to me. When the alternator went my warranty covered the car and while my car was in the shop Ahmad again went above and beyond to accommodate me in giving me a loaner while my car was in the shop. I fell back on 2 payments due to a family emergency and milly was very understanding and she worked with me while I caught up. Milly & Ahmad are great and they’ve made my experience there so far so much better than my last with a buy here pay here establishment

I saw a car online that looked interesting. I called and was told the price which sounded reasonable so I went over to look. When I got there I was told that price reflected a 15% down payment. What?? So you mean it is $1500 more than you said on the phone??? Dont waste your time here, I did.

WARNING: ACTUAL PRICES ARE 15% HIGHER THAN THEY LIST ONLINE. ALL INTERNET PRICES ARE POSTED 15% LOWER THAN THE ACTUAL RETAIL PRICE OF THE CAR. They get you interested, then they tell you that their listings have a disclaimer stating that the listed price is not the real price, its the price after you put a 15% deposit down. WHAT??!?! I have heard of dishonest things before but this is a new low for a used car dealer. Why would you post fake prices 15% lower than the actual price? Thats called a bait and switch.

I have buyer s remorse after purchasing a car from this place. The staff appeared to be kind and helpful at first. But there seemed to be a lack of transparency when it came to the cost of the car. That was not disclosed until signing. I Am Over Paying. Tire with a slow leak. The car has no jack or spare tire. I mentioned the condition of the tires at purchasing. They seemed remorseful but did nothing. How is it possible i have to put money into a car im paying $15,000 for? I feel tricked by this company. I will never so much as lowelln their direction again and i will advise my friends and loved ones to stay clear as well.

Very happy with the service at Tri-State Auto. Sam, Almad and Millie are wonderful to work with and they are good, honest people. Ignore the negative reviews regarding the 15% down applied to their prices. They have a disclaimer on their website that CLEARLY states that their internet prices are after the 15% down payment its not their fault that potential buyers dont take the time to read the disclaimer! We got a great deal on our car and couldnt be happier with our purchase. We will definitely buy from Tri-State Auto again in the future!

I purchase a 2016 Nissan from this company. Car almost left me stranded in the middle of the night. It only drove 5mph, I was at least 10 miles away from home. After returning this vehicle I lost my money and had to pay so that the loan would not be on my credit.Yesterday I purchased a 2011 Ford Focus because I supposedly had a 1574.00 store credit.*Today the Ford Focus is resistant to driving.*Sounds like I’m driving an airplane.*Driver seatbelt broke today.*I asked for the car to be washed it wasn’t.*Called and no one answered.I do not recommend them for anyone in need of a car. In my opinion they are friendly, lazy and dishonest. Fees are outrageous when bad credit is involved anywhere but at the least they should sell decent cars. And with my experiences that has not been the case. If anything should change I will update my review. ThanksAs promised I am updating my review because there has been a few changes.After hearing that I was not pleased with my purchase. Tri State Auto called me to see what they could do to gain my satisfaction.Tri State than made the necessary car repairs and allowed me to use a rental car while my car was in the repair shop. I really appreciate their attention to my concerns. Thanks Tri State!

BAD CARS + Awesome SALESMANSHIP = ROBBERY, this place is filled with people giving all sorts of promises and make it seem as if theyre doing you some sort of favor. They sell shiny cars with bad engines, transmissions, radiators and more minor problems they say but 2 months later youll be without a car and locked in a loan.

Amazing place, Good Staff, helped me when I thought no one could I got a good quality car from here that was also in my budget!

They will approve you but you will pay more than 3 times the worth of the vehicle. I ended up spending days, litetally days waiting for companies to respond with an offer. They dont want you to leave because you may do the math and see you are getting ripped off. They also run your credit alot so your scores drops more so they can charge more. They are Awfulllllll, I get the car and 2 weeks later I found out.....they sold me a car with bad breaks and bald tires....all 4! I contacted them and they wanted me to come in and spend more time in the office haggling with them...i couldnt because I had to work to pay the ridiculous note. Save up...take Uber...take Lyft..but please do not deal with these SHADY SHADY SHADY CROOKS...PLEASE.....at the end of the term I will have paid over 30k for a 12k car in bad condition. Monitor your credit...refy
