The worst dealership EVER! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I got a 2015 Chrysler 200 soon as I pulled off the lot it gave me problems, took the car back they told me I had it in the wrong gear. Covid hit so the dealer was then closed for a few months once they opened back I went back again come to find out I needed a whole new transmission in the car!!!! UNBELIVABLE now only a year after my car does not come on at all I cant even unlock it to get into the car. I called citi auto to speak with a manager who is never in the office and very rude!!. I would never refer anyone to the horrible hole in the wall

I drove 300 miles to buy a car from Citi Auto Group. Citi Auto Group provided me with a well taken care of New Jersey Beach cruiser that they brought over the bridge to Philadelphia. This SUV came with a high rating Carfax and was professionally detailed. Hands down the cleanest car I test drove and I was all over the State on my car search. I truly love my Tango Red Pearl Honda CR-V EX-L. Tango is out in Happy Valley now.I definitely recommend you give Joey, David and Joe a call. Don’t waste your time with these scammers .. we got a 2010 Chevy impala.. and the motherboard went .. fixed it and went again .. the bottom of the car was so rusted I couldn’t even lift it in the shop to fix the muffler !! Oh yeah and my transmission just went on me a week ago and I was paying like I had a 2020 vehicle.. worst experience ever .. I recommend to go somewhere else and make your hard earned money worth while

I drove to citi auto from Trenton New Jersey after speaking to Dave over the phone. He told me I was approved before I even did a application. He explain to me that they approve everyone. I must admit all car dealerships say that so I was hoping to not waste my time after taking this drive. When I arrived they assisted me immediately even thought they were really busy on a Saturday afternoon. They got me approved and I drove away in a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. You guys were awesome. I don’t usually leave reviews but I just seen you guys on Facebook and decided to leave a review because it’s been 4 months since I got my car and I’m so in love with it. Thank you so much.

Good car a lot of miles.... but unless youre buying a car out I dont suggest financing or leasing from this place. Dont do it save your money and go somewhere else. They have hidden fees they dont tell you about and then youll be mad spending years to pay off a okay car.

I bought a Mazda here last year, the car was greatly maintained (kept up with the oil change, tune ups as needed). The Transmission gave out on me already. The warranty said they cover either 2 years or 84,462 miles (whichever comes first). I have 84,600. I’m a home health aid and drive for a living but take really good care of my cars and never had problems with any of my previous cars from any other dealership. I asked if there was anyway they can help me and all the guy could do is complain about how it went over 24,000 since the time I had it and says there’s no way they can help me. I SUGGEST YOU DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Your car won’t last long!!!!!!!

These people are nothing but scammers, do yourself a favor and go buy from a real dealership. I got my car from them less then 2 years ago for $10,000. Transmission went within the first year. Ended up having to trade it in for a brand new car and only got $1500 trade in value.These people get their cars from auctions for $500.00 and sell them for thousands of dollars by rigging them and then forcing the customer to fix the problem. My aunt just went here to get a car literally less then a month ago, car has been in the shop twice now and is being told they wont help her and to take her business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE because once you sign the papers all problems are yours !!!!!!!

I do not usually leave bad reviews, as a business owner I get that you can not make everyone happy.. But, I at least try to be honest and fair.I bought a car from Citi and 3 days later I notice a clunking noise in the front. after 2 weeks of back and forth and taking it to their shop and trying to get me to pay for some of the bill as per Joe the owner.. The car is still making the same noise the shop and Joe the owner of Citi auto refuse to remedy the problem.. I took it to an independent shop and it needs about 600 dollars in front end work, This after their shop said they did 1300 in work.. Nice a 12000 dollar vehicle that needs 2k in work in less than a week.. Apparently their 90 days or 3000 miles on the window is a complete lie! very sad because I actually like the car and David the sales man was awesome! If they fix it I will edit my review, If you see this still posted take fair warning before buying your next car here.

Went to return a car because my approval was denied for some reason after I took the car. They were supposed to refund my down payment but instead took $75 out of it. When they went to put the rest back on my card they ended up charging me over $400 instead. Ive been trying to resolve this for days now since I am being charged over draft fees. They have done nothing but hinder the process and act rudely to my bank representative. Youll be better off going to a real, reputable car dealership like I did after dealing with them.Not to mention, the car itself had warning lights on it after two days and two of the vents didnt work. The brakes also needed to be replaced even though that should have been done before the car was sold. A family member also bought a car from here and the next day we saw the car still on the website for $3000 less than what he paid. His car also had fake inspection stickers on it which a cop confiscated. These guys are nothing but liars. Ill be filing a police report for fraud.Update:Another family member went to buy a car from them today (God knows why) and they mentioned my bad reviews and report to the Better Business Bureau as if my opinion should impact her approval. Just more bad business from a terrible dealership. I honestly dont understand how they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I guess not enough people bother to report them. They are honestly an insult to real, reputable dealerships.

I walked into CITI Auto literally with tears in my eyes after sitting in another dealership for 5 hours. Joe and Dave turned those sad/frustrated tears into happy tears in less than an hour. They were patient, understanding, and extremely polite. They took me out of a LEMON and put me in something nice. Prices are reasonable and customer service was amazing. Dont go to this place!! There are better dealerships just up and down the street!! I will say the salesman was pretty awesome though, which is why they get a star. I purchased a 2008 Chevy impala in Oct. of 2015 and I have already taken it to my own personal mechanic twice with repairs already costing $400 and knowing that Im due to go back within a month or so(Ill get to that later). Before I go into details with that, I was told that the best interest rate they could offer me was 20%. I can understand this, because a have a lot of student loans and credit card debt. But the car was $6990 so with 20%, I would have still been paying less than $10,000 for the car, which I was fine with. I also had a $1500 down payment to go with that. I stupidly signed without rigorously at the contract and Im paying $250 a month for 47 months ($11,750) and thats not including the $1500 that I had already put down and the $819 that is due to Penndot 30 days later or they will suspend you registration and charge you an extra $90 . So in the end, Ill have paid for the car almost twice over. Moving on to the actual the car itself, 3 days after I bought the car, there was a loud squeaking noise. I called them up, letting them know what was going on. I took it back to the dealership and thats when they said my brakes needed to be replaced. They kept my car for almost 2 days without with out a loaner and when I got it back, the loud squeak was still there. I called back the next day and I got the actual owner. I let him know that the issue was still there and was asking if there was any more issues with the car. He got furious and proceeded to tell me how hard the car business is and I dont know what Im talking about and hung up on me. I left it alone because they told me after 12 moths I can trade this piece of junk back in but who knows if that true or not. A month later, I took it to get an oil change and tuneup from my personal mechanic. The mechanic showed me the brakes that was on the car. It had NO padding left and he said it had been a long since the brakes were switched out. When I told him I just got the brakes done a month prior, he told me I was lying. Mind you, they had my car for almost 2 days. So what the hell was done? Please guys, do yourself a favor and continue to walk/septa/run/swim down the street to another dealer. You will be scammed!!

I went to Kia, fella group, Mitsubishi and they all knew my situation told me to come in they got me well they completely wasted my time so I decided to come here and joe helped us was honest and kept every word so guess who has a car finally thanks to this hassle free honest place !!! I recommend any one to them if you want honesty and fast work !

Purchased our vehicle back in Dec 29, 2016... And my vehicle was inspected while engine light was on, purge valve issues, thermostat issues and my back tired was balled... no way Citi Auto shop of sold the vehicle like that but they response was you got the warranty use it... why should we use used our warranty on preexisting problems that was there befire purchasing? Then when you go back he wants to kick you off his property. This place is fraudulent and a rip off. Do not but your car from here... the pleasant behavior and the nice guy ware off when you come back about issue with you vehicle.... wait til about 3 months. Then he said all cars get an oil change and time up which is a lie!!!!😠😠😠😠. Its all about the money with him. Loyalty and his word means nothing.... so, dont do it!!!!!

The staff was awesome. No pushy salemen to deal with just a down to earth friendly owner. My parents buy cars from them. But I wanted to check my options so I shopped around, I could not find a dealer that one, would not take advantage of us or wouldnt try to stick us into an increadibly high interest rate. Citi group made us feel like family and they stand behind the cars they sell. Keep in mind its a used car dealer, so the cars might have minor issues. We bought a Chevy Traverse and the driver side door lock and window controls need to be replaced. Citi is replacing them in 2 days when the parts get in. All and all it was a great experience.

This place is a joke! Do not, I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! I purchased a Chevy Aveo from these people and was told they would repair a crack in the windshield I noticed when I left the lot if I brought it back. I brought it back and they told me it was too cold out to repair. So I waited, until warmer weather, I called to schedule and they told me my warranty was up. What a joke. The inspection was due 2 months after I purchased the car, which they also told me to bring to them for new inspection. I called, and they told me that they never claimed that. I shouldve gotten it in writtng. So after paying to have the vehicle inspected, my mechanic finds that they placed a WEDGE between the front wheel wells and shocks. EXTREMELY UNSAFE! Now my wheels move freely whenever I hit a bump or press my brakes...this was all within 4 months after purchasing the car. After $1500 in repairs, that I PAID FOR, I ONLY QUALIFIED FOR INSPECTION WAIVERS. Now, approximately a little over a year later I went to get the car inspected only to be told theres much more wrong with it than previously thought. Now the costs to repair outweigh the value of the car. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THESE GUYS DO NOT DESERVE TO EARN A LIVING BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

I bought my first car in citi auto and now I regret it. They told me that the all 4 tired were a new, lie after two weeks I had to buy the two front tired $$$.A week later I had a problem with the trasmission sensor $$$, two months later I had to fix the map sensor $$$ and the ball joint $$$, now the car has another problem with the airbag only God know how much is going to cost to fixed. I only use the car to work and leave my children to school. I would like to take back the car without worrying about damaging my credit,is very frustrating.Is costing to much fixing the car.WARRANTY DO NOT COVER ANYTHING!!

The first time i went here, I had an OK experience. It was a bit rushed to me, but still good. A couple months later, I was in a really bad accident. The car in purchased was a total loss. I figured that I would go to the same place I purchased the car from..(BAD IDEA.) I called citi auto and talked to the owner and David, who does most of the work. David shared with me that everything would be fine and to call him once the car that was totaled was paid off. 2 weeks later I called David and told him that the car was completely paid off and he said that he would see what he could do and call me back. He called me back the same day letting me know that they were able to give me a car all i had to do was come up with $650.00 by Friday. AS desperate as I was, I came up with the money because my children and i desperately need a vehicle. Over the phone, I asked David all the questions I could think of pertaining to the $650.00 i was to give for the car. He told me that the $650.00 was ALL I NEEDED to leave with the car. I also asked did I need to bring documents in beings as though I had the same income, address, and bank statement. He told me no. I wrote everything he said down as my proof. Friday, I worked all day into Saturday. I was unable to pick the car up those days, but I kept communication between myself and citi auto. Monday morning I gave them a call and the owner answered because David was busy. I asked him to pleaseeee have everything ready for me. He then stated that everything would be ready, and that a couple came by to look at the car am i sure about coming today. I stated yes I really need this car. (I am a single mother of 3 and a vehicle is a necessity in our lives.) Right after work, I rushed to get to citi auto. Upon my arrival David greeted me and the look in his eyes looked as if he was worried. We went into the office he instantly ask me if I had pay stubs, bank statement, and a check. I replied yes, I have that, but you told me I didnt need anything. I will and can pull up my documents and I can pay my $650.00 on my card. He said no you will need a seperate check of $1200 for taxes and tags. WHAT????? My tags were ONLY being transferred . I began to tell him he had NEVER told me that and what he told me I needed. He lied in my face telling me that he did say these things. As frustrated as I was, I just got my kids and left. This really hurt me and my family. WE now do not have a vehicle because they decided to give it to the highest paying bidder instead of a hard working woman who is on top of ALL payments (as I was the first time I got a car from this place. ) I am only sharing this to share that this place is strictly about the money. I called back later that day to maybe negotiate something(as I stated I am desperate.) They said that I will receive a call back. That was Monday and its now Wednesday NO CALL. Good luck trusting this place !
