This is an initial review, it has been a week since I bought my car and so far so good. I have read several of the 1 star reviews, and I cannot speak to their experience with Direct Auto Sales, but mine was a pleasant experience. Frank was up front and honest about their business. The cars they sell are as is with no warranty, so any buyer should know the risk before buying. If you want a perfect used car with a warranty, then you should go to CarMax and pay 50% more. I bought a Ford Flex with only 72000 miles and thus far I am very happy with the purchase. However, I have always bought used cars in the past and I know that used cars are not new cars, so I will have to spend $ on maintenance. I will update thisin about 3 months.UPDATE: 8/31/21After 3 months I am still thrilled with my 2009 Ford Flex. Absolutely no issues at all. Whenever I am ready to buy another used car, I will definitely check with Direct Auto first to see what they have available.

Bought a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4 from Al end of November, who raved about the cars condition. Said it was the cleanest thing he had on the lot. First two weeks everything was great, until the check engine light came on. I take it to the dealer and its a $1500 repair job. Engine light goes back off, but comes right back on two days later. Another $280 fix. Now today I have a bad engine on a car I paid $10k+ for. Yeah, I know I know...sold as is. This guy is a crook. Any questions contact me directly.

Sold the car I had an appointment for 5 min before I got there. Went to look at another car, but couldn’t actually drive it anywhere. What do they think I wanna do, just sit in the thing?

Made an appointment which got cancelled the day of because I was unable to respond via text within 30 minutes (working). There are lots of places to buy a car. There is obviously a reason they have a 2 star rating. Take your money somewhere else other than a Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot folks.

If I am going to spend a considerable amount of money over 8K, I certainly dont want to look like I have something tackey.

I had a great buying experience with them. Was looking for a niche car (Fiat Abarth) rare to find. Saw one here that had just about everything Id been looking for (sunroof, leather, turbo etc) and made the trip up. Sorta like buying off an individual, no real warranty almost as-is, however I ran the carfax and it was 1 owner car, local, seemed to check out alright. Cars been perfect ever since, 6 months later.Seems they buy cars at auction then resell, albeit lower prices than alot of dealers. With that said, dont short yourself & run a carfax etc to confirm the cars history as best you can, and if it seems clean (1-2 owner, no damage etc) give it a go. They dealt with me fine even tho I took a loan thru my bank although they seem to finance there as well. Handled all my PA state registration, title etc.

I purchased a vehicle here about a month and half ago, with the same old speal concern trust and standing behind their policies. I waited to post this, the Power Train Warranty sold here is absolute Garbage. I relied on this in case something went wrong and it did, it cover only 15% of anything and basically in short you purchase a vehicle here it is as is Im already paid out 1500.00 Do yourself a favor and the hassle go else where. And for my Veteran bros and sisters this establishment is FUBAR all day long.....

Friendly and nice people even though they were unable to work with my nephew. We were there for almost 2 hours and came out with nothing. However, they have some good cars at good prices.

Do not buy cars here, theyre are unprofessional and their cars are not road worthy. Came car has engine service light on and needed a jump to start. Just very unprofessional overall experience

If I could give no stars I would. I drove two hours to see a car I was told was available. Then when I got there the sales rep told me they only see people by appointment only & he’s booked for the day. Would of been nice to know that prior to taking a two hour drive, paying someone to take me, just to get turned away. I went there with cash on hand ready to walk out with a car instead I walked out and didn’t see nothing.
