I scheduled my oil change a week in advance. I was here the first one. 9am my car was sitting outside for 3 hours and no one told me whats going on. Im still sitting here and nothing. Wasting my time for just a oil change. Im definitely not coming back here. Come one be more professional we are living in 2021.

I went in to have my inspection done on my car a few months ago and mentioned to Tony Maddonni, who works in the service department, that I would be in the market for a new SUV in the summer. He mentioned that when I was ready he would help me in this process. He helped me to pick out the vehicle, take it for a test drive and even gave me a rough estimate to figure out how much my monthly payments would be. Ive had my Ford truck in for service here multiple times for the same issue. I bought the truck used with a factory warranty so I was unable to lemon law. The service department is terrible. Truck would be there for several days and when i got it back it would still have the same issues. Aside form having the same issues they also damaged interior panels while disassembling. After appx 6 visits to this dealer for the same problem I finally gave up and took the truck to McCafferty Ford who fixed the problem right away the first time. Dunphy is a small dealership with terrible service. I highly recommend a larger more experienced dealership who can actually resolve your issues.

Love this dealership! This is our second time in one year to purchase a car at Dunphy Ford and both experiences were great! Ryan Palmer and Mark Singer were excellent. Both of our purchases (October 2016 and July 2017) went very smoothly with very low stress negotiations...VERY low stress. I searched for months for a very specific car and that was what originally brought us to Dunphy in October of 2016. I was in contact with 5-6 dealerships for about 2 months and finally found exactly what I wanted at Dunphy Ford but it was 40 minutes away. We had such a great experience buying my car that when my husband was looking for a car, of course we returned. Update 8/10/2019. Bought car number 4 Memorial Day weekend from the Dunphy team of Steve and Bruce. We were looking to down size and they came through with a great deal on an EcoSport and within 2 weeks of purchase we took it on a 3500 mile road trip. There was plenty of room for all the items we needed for our trip including the dog. Travailing for that distance we encountered many different road conditions and the vehicle handled it with grace. The time behind the wheel was shared with my wife. When not driving the passenger played navigator and DJ. The infotainment system worked equally as well with my Android phone as the wifes IPhone. The driver and passenger seats had plenty of adjust-ability to make us comfortable on this long trip. This is the first vehicle I have owned that gets over 30 miles to the gallon traveling at highway speeds. Thanks guys your the greatest!!!2016-Steve and Bruce are awesome! Simply Amazing Experience. I have been to many car dealers in my car finding journey with the final stop at Dunphy Ford. I found a great car with all features I was looking for within my budget. Every franchise auto part place didnt have a part I needed in stock only if ordered. but they had it here plus it was CHEAPER by 5-10$(wont be for everything fyi). Friendly and helpful staff! Terrible customer service I paid $70,000 for a new truck from them put $5000 rims on it took it in for service for just an oil change they turn around and top off all my fluids and rotate my tires after the rotation I realized my rims were scratched terribly and when I told them about it they told me there’s nothing they can do so I called corporate and they said the same thing I will never shop at Dunphy Ford they can kiss my business goodbye

My experience could not have been better! I brought my Ford Escape in for an oil change and the gentleman in the Service Dept,.(Bruce), contacted me and suggested that since my car was due for inspection in February 2017, he could do the inspection while it was in for service and save me a trip back to the Service Dept. in February. Bruce even honored the coupon specials that were sent to me via email for inspection and had my vehicle washed for me when the inspection was completed, While we were waiting, my partner was looking at the new Ford Escapes and wound up getting a new 2017 Ford Escape. Ryan Palmer(the same salesman who sold me my Ford Escape in May 2016, ) gladly assisted in getting him a great deal along with rebates. We both are very happy with our beautiful Ford Escapes and with the service and assistance we received.

Brought my car in for inspection on the last day of the month. The work was done promptly, and the technicians took time to go over with me what I needed and what I didnt. The waiting lounge is comfortable, and I was able to work while I waited. I bring my car in for routine maintenance as well because of the fine work and because I am always treated well and as if my time is valuable.

I brought my elderly mother who has been driving the same jeep for 18 years to buy a used car yesterday. To say she was anxious was an understatement. The service dept techs are not particularly friendly on the phone. I called about the airbag recall and oil change for a Saturday and they said to bring it in. I checked with another Ford dealer who informed me that they need to have the part and it can only be done on a weekday. So I called back and the guy confirmed its only during the week. Why didnt they tell me that the first time? I was a little leary about bringing my car here since its street parking and I have aftermarket wheels. I dont trust my car wheels to not get curb rash. But it is a close location to where Im located.

DANGER!! This place is reckless and negligent. I had a recall on my headlights so i brought it to this dealer to replace the problem, once i got the car back the headlights still didnt work. I contacted the dealership they said they replaced the part and it wasnt defective. I replaced the part myself for almost $200and the problem was fixed. Purchased a Mustang GT from Steve Rigler. Was able to perform all negotiations over the phone, and simply pick up the car the next day. The Mustang was used, but I felt they gave me a fair deal and when an issue cropped up the next day with the vehicle, Steve had service fit me in on Saturday 05/16/2015 and they corrected the problem at no charge.Everyone at this dealership is friendly helpful and communicative. Which is extremely helpful. The service guys were friendly and knowledgeable about Mustang issues that tend to crop up and took care of it for me.I would definitely do business here again.
