I ordered from Beans online a discontinued Clairol product I love. I mix 7N with 8A, and was so overjoyed Beans still had some. But they did not actually have any 8A in stock, and sent me less one-third of my order (only five 7N and one developer) while charging me for the entire order! Twelve 8As and a 2nd bottle of developer not refunded! And I cant use the 7Ns without the 8As (of course). Michael Batt wont credit me for shipping to return it to him. Buyer beware. A disappointing disaster.

Its kinda like the best of Sally Beauty met Ulta and had a cute boutique type baby. Very knowledgeable service, help me find exactly what I needed. Makeup, skin care etc. definitely would recommend for your beauty needs.

Not only was the worker condescending and rude, but he also sold me the wrong product. What he said would tone my hair and reduce the brassiness of my dyed blonde hair actually dyed it an ashy brown. It was on the more expensive side. The reason I went here was because it was significantly closer than Sally Beauty Supply. However, after experiencing this store I have no issue driving the extra 20 minutes and spending money on that gas for friendlier, more competent staff, and less expensive products.
