Definitely experienced the race thing. Customer service is really bad. Employees were very dismissive and short and multiple times literally shoulder bumped me while the store was literally almost empty. Store is very disorganized and the only reason I was back a second time is because they had fair prices. Unfortunately, they no longer even have that as their prices are pretty much the same if not higher then the surrounding supply stores. I traveled almost 2 hours out of my way to come to this place only to be treated like I was garbage. They have lost my business entirely.

The price is different depending who you ask. You do not need a license to shop. They 100% never check! So many things wrong with this shop. However, one positive is they do have the most stock compare to other Nail Supplies.Our recent last trip there, we ask why is the Kiara Sky bottle a quarter empty. They say it came that way from the manufacturer. It sounds BS along with their 1000 other made up stories. We decided to ask the manufacturer directly and send them pictures. They let me in before it was close but they didn’t let me buy Nothing after I have few stuff and I drove 30 minutes to get there anyways really bad costumer service and they do not have base coat haha so isn’t a nail supply

It had nice things for if I live close to the area but it’s not worth driving hrs for its expensive and you only find out at time of check out because nothing g has price labels. They have pro and cons it’s worth it in some items but now all. Costumer service want horrible it was hard to get someone to speak with but only because they were all busy, once you got someone’s attention they were happy to help. For me I can get those things in Amazon for cheaper.

There is a short Latin woman with long black hair who works in there frowning us down for no reason. Weird, if u do not like your job then quit. Because you are causing the shop to loose customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter walked into their store this afternoon and a man said, Get out of here. We dont want your business. . This type of treatment is unacceptable! All African Americans should boycott this store.

You need a license to shop. Nice people and they are stocked with everything needed to do the job!

No customer service but owner greeted us nicely, great selection . everything i needed was there at really good prices. Im spanish and had no problems communicating. Drove 1.5 hours to get there and worth the trip . Def will be back real soon. Thanks US Maxim.

I always go there on a Sunday. The last time I went, I got waited on right away, this time it was even more crowded than the last time. They actually had more people working, so when one of their staff saw I just had a few items, she waited on me quickly. I order most of my nail products online, and I come to the US Maxim if I run out of certain polishes. However, many Nail Salon, Spa and Salon owners go to US Maxim and buy in bulk, that it why it is so crowded and you may spend some time at the counter before you get waited on. It is a great place to shop, because of their huge selection in nail care lines. They even carry lines that Cosmoprof no longer carry. They also do demonstrations of different product lines, in store. Bring your license, my first time there, they asked for it. Their prices are great, thats probably why they are so crowded.

Horrible customer service. They serve their service based on what race you are, treating customers who doesn’t speak their language horribly. Product price also differs depends on who is serving you. Don’t buy nail products here.

I have been a customer here for 2 years on and off. I have been a certified nail tech for 4.5-5 years. I understand because I am not of like nationality of the normal customer base I am normally treated ok... Im spending money thats all that matter. Today on my way home I decided to swing past for some small items I am running low on. Well today was embarrassing! I honeslty feel so sad and ashamed to be there. They almost refused my service because I wasnt carrying my licence they gave me a flood of dirty looks and then inflated my prices.I felt horrible I felt so unwelcomed💔💔💔💔💔💔

Why is it unfriendly, noisy, and the price of goods is not consistent and each person is talking about the wrong price..... The order was not delivered properly. did.Its really annoying and I dont want to go there again and the experience here is not worth a single star.

A totally messy place. The people who work there are horrible, I bought a product for a price and they wanted to charge me $ 100 more attentive when paying. They treat Hispanics like nothing. The place is not worth it 👎🏻 I do not recommend it at all
