I discovered Sache on a random day and I have loved it ever since . I have been prepping for my wedding hair style since February and I have decided to stick with Braidles sewin with Kay; she has been honest, helpful and thorough in her work . I have LOVED my hair ever since going to her . The icing on the cake was having Kay and Jackie ( MU) come early in the morning ( 7 am) to do my hair and makeup on the day of my wedding . I trusted them and was fully confident with how I looked on my big day; I felt like a queen !I would recommend Sache to anyone and everyone !

Unfortunately, for the cost I have had two experiences with high cost but low quality of service. The stylist was very professional and respectful but had minimal experience as a hair dresser. I paid a lot of money for a style which was poorly executed and returned for a another which was more manageable. Most recently I paid over $200 for a style and the results was on a scale of 2 between 1-5. My friends asked me if I braided my hair myself— that says a lot!. For the price, the service was not worth it. After this I have made a decision to never go back. It is way to costly for this level of service.

I have been going here for a long time now. However, each time Ive gone here, the satisfaction with my sew-in has become more and more not to my liking. This was the last straw for me. I buy pretty pricey hair and after my 1st install, each time I went back, the hair that I purchased has become less and less of what Im accustomed to. This last install, my extensions have not stopped shedding, a portion of it is a completely different color than what I purchased and is pretty straight... I ordered brazilian loose body! Wish you ladies all the best of luck. I wont be back! You definitely lost a loyal customer.

I got braidless sew in extensions installed by Kay last night. Ive been wearing different types of hair extensions for years, and this is by far the best hair Ive ever had. Kay was super thorough with our consultation and explained what we were doing every step of the way. She made sure that I got my dream hair! Cant wait to go back for my move up next month!

Pleasant experience with Ms. Jackson in March 2021. She installed a Malaysian Braidless Sewin and it lasted a few weeks. Typically they last a few months with a tighten every 4 weeks but in my case my hair was not strong enough to hold weight at the time so they came out. So Ms. Jackson explained to me to take proper care of my hair and suggested vitamins and because of taking her advice my hair grew and is so much stronger. It has been a whole 8 months and my hair is stronger and has no fall out. My cousin was getting married on the 18th so I decided to make an apt to get a new Malaysian braidless sewin so I could do a nice hairstyle for wedding. Unfortunately Ms. Jackson was not available so I made an apt with a newer stylist who has been there about a year now.It was a huge mistake!! More of a headache then anything not to mention I am out 700!!!!!! I had the sewin done on Sept 17 and it came out in just 4 days after wedding!!! Now the first time I paid 125 for install of 6 rows and also for hair which I ended up being undercharged for. At that point I was so upset. The stylist Turricka agreed to see me to find out why. She decided to place the blame on product from the wedding causing slippage however the only product used was hairspray. Come to her surprise it was not the product it was a threading issue. Since I had to go in anyway I decided to remove the blonde highlight for a more brown tone. So i bought more hair to replace the blonde. After she reinstalled two rows re-threaded and tried to secure it she sewed in new color. She also failed to tell me till the end of service that I had extra pack of hair just about she could have used instead of me buying a whole new pack. Typically you need two packs of hair for Malaysian buy depends on client. So now I was out 425 from first service and hair and 225 for second service. At this point considering it was an installation issue for the second time at that point I should have been refunded. I left the salon that day with a scary feeling I would be back. Come to my surprise not even FIVE days pass and my whole Malaysian is loose and an entire track was now out of my head. See pics below...I was freaking at this point. I just spent a total of 700 on install and hair for it to fall out!!! I immediately contacted my stylist Turricka and also asked for the owners number. I requested it be fixed asap and I be refunded for all services related to first and second and this visit at no charge. After multiple attempts to contact the stylist agreed to come in on the 27th and fix my hair yet again for the 3RD time. I spoke to the owner Kitwana and she tried to put the blame on me as the customer regarding the products used etc slippage. I get to the salon around 915 am on the 27th. I sit down in the chair. Turricka and the owner evaluate me say my hair is dry and actually the threading was incorrect the whole time so Turricka had go back in again and re thread to secure and re tighten everything and Kitwana had to train her again. Only Kitwana left Turricka to do fix the register issues because all the hair was rung up incorrectly the first two times which again was not the customers fault. I blame the owner for not taking the time to train her employees properly on all ends. The owner Kitwana told me she trained all her girls the same. If that is the case, why did I have to go to the same stylist 3 times to fix my hair!!!!! At that point, the owner said she will fix it but all she cared about was money. When Turricka was done I had to go over to Kitwana the owner and tell her it was still loose and that my tracks were showing again. Instead of correcting the issue I walked out angry with visible tracks dry brittle extensions which were supposed to be good quality hair. I am so upset over this experience. At this point I am demanding a refund for all services from 9/17 and 9/22 as well as the extra hair I did not need totaling 293.00!! If I do not receive a refund I will be contacting my bank disputing charges and contacting BBB. Think twice!!

Walked in looking like a hot mess but Kalyn fixed me right up. Everyone was amazing and super friendly. Kalyn made me feel like a million bucks without it actually costing a million bucks.

I went and told worker to do long box braids with wavy ends instead she braided my hair halfway and the rest was curly. I looked like a grandma. I told her medium braids she gave me large. I showed her a pic of what I wanted n she said she could do it but still did it wrong. Will never go back. Dont waste your money here

The sew ins and braidless micro links extensions were well done ...the braised style services I won’t get again. Location is convenient with plenty of free parking and the wait times are minimal. Staff is usually outgoing yet professional and the environment is clean. I am only giving a three star because out of the five times I received different services..I was only satisfied with the sew in and brainless microlink install. My other hair services (wash, trim (stylist did way more than trim 😡) and style were not what I expected:

I scheduled my appointment for August 6th @ 2 pm. I called at 10:00 am to ask Tawanna the owner if the stylish had been tested for Covid or had received the shots. She said no. So I asked for someone else to style my hair. And she said I would lose my deposit, because I didnt give 24 hour notice. I came in on August 5th for consulting @ 3pm. So their wasnt really no time. She refused to refund my deposit. And said if I want another stylish it with be another deposit. That company cares about money and business, Not the welfare of spreading the virus. So 😔 😟

I really love this salon because the beauticians are very professional and inviting. It also looks so clean and pleasing to the eye with the decor and the have good products. I always leave there super impressed and a happy customer. Thank u for your professionalism Tiye and Turricka.

Please stay away from this business. I had a 6:15pm appointment that I called and scheduled a week ago. The salon confirmed the appointment four times via calls and texts. Around 2 pm at the day of the appointment someone from the salon called and ask if I can get there at 5:45pm instead of 6:15 which was my appointment time. I said I will try my best but should arrive around 6:00pm because I am coming from south philly. I got there at 5:52pm and they refuse to do a touchup relaxer which I was scheduled for. She told me that I was 7 minutes late and now it is too late for a relaxer and that she will do a wash and curl. I told them I drove all the way from south philly for nothing and when they call they should of just said that they could not do my hair. It took me an hour to get there and an hour to get back home for nothing.

Made an appointment for micro links at 1030am. Did not leave until almost 5pm. Perfect color match thanks to the owner who was extremely knowledgeable! I asked for a lob and the girl who cut my hair clearly had never cut a lob. Super uneven to the point I had enough and just told her to stop. The day after service I woke up and brushed my hair to shower and atleast 7 extensions came out. (I wore a scarf even to bed) After showering even more came out! Service was on wednesnday.. I have had so many fall out and the hair cut then looked so choppy and spotty I had to take them all out today (Saturday). 3 days $400. Super poor execution. It’s a shame because the owner was so!!! Sooo!! Nice and again helpful to the women that did the installation.

I’ve been a client at Sache for years now but my past few experiences have been terrible.A few months ago, when I showed up for my appointment, I was taken to my stylist, who is also the owner, to find another client inside. I assumed she was finishing up, so I patiently waited. I ended up waiting an hour before my hair was started.During my most recent appointment, I showed up and was told that I had canceled my appointment, which never happened. The stylist then told me that she double booked someone else so she’ll do her hair quickly while the keratin was in my hair. The client showed up, and was in a hurry to leave, so my hair was rushed. When I got home and washed the keratin treatment out, the area where my hair was rushed, was still as curly as my natural hair.To make matters worse, I went during the covid outbreaks, and even though the staff wore masks, no one was covering their noses.I’m very disappointed with my most recent appointments, and will not be returning.

I had a very very good experience with this beauty salon I had alot of bad experience over the years,and still was having bad experiences until I walk in this salon I felt relaxed, and right at home I was welcome with a loving smile by my hair stylist Ms Jackson she made me feel real comfortable I loved loved my hair style when she was done I had no complaints about my hair she did exactly what I ask her to do she didnt braid my hair to tight or anything everything was just right just how I like it I will definitely be coming back to get my hair done again this salon will be by new home away from home they definitely get 5 stars from me thanks Ms Jackson see u soon on my nexts appointment!

Ive been going here for a while now and must say Kay and Kitwana are the best. From the moment you walk through the door they greet you in a friendly and professional way. The service is excellent and the pricing is very reasonable. I recently got some crochet box braids done and I got complements everywhere I go. I wouldnt go anywhere else I highly recommend.

She makes sure your hair is healthy and you look fabulous before you leave the salon. I have been to over 15 salons in Philadelphia and she is the best. Women are really nice, however i paid 140 for a style that literally lasted 2wks. I would make sure the natural stylist expert Toya is the one to do your braids if you were to go and get it done here.

Ms. Jackson at Sache Beauty was extremely talented and polite. She took all of concerns in to consideration. I told her I wear my hair up and am active and want something that looks natural. Tried many different forms of extensions and she showed me a way that works for me and even did a pony tail text before I left to make sure you can’t see where the extensions are installed at. The whole staff was friendly, funny, and professional. I highly reccomend, loved the whole experience!! Thank you so much!!

Kitwana is a beautiful person and cares a lot about her clients. Very informative and knowledgeable about hair. The diversity of clientele is what I love most. My daughter is now getting her hair done there and is growing wonderfully.

Of all the beauty studios I have gone to Sache Beauty Studio is my number one. I religiously make the trip from New York to Philadelphia to get my hair cuts and whenever I need this special treatment. One day while getting off the train a lady walked up to me and asked where did I get my hair cut and whether I had a business card. According to her, she had not have a hair cut in years but mine motivated her to do just that. The compliments I get from coworkers after I get my hair done just make me feel so good. Not only do I get my hair done but get my nails and eyebrows done as well. The professionalism and friendly atmosphere of Sache Beauty Studio is so unique. I highly recommend this beauty studio to everyone who is looking for that special hair makeover.

Which ever stylist serviced these poor women need to be ashamed of their self. These styles are horribly done. I shouldnt be able to see the beading in the instentions at all! Its not professional, I wouldnt suggest anyone goes here to get serviced. Be aware of bad stylist like the one who serviced these women. ( If I could rate a zero I would.)

My weave is bulky and I hate it. Worst install I ever had. Note do not go to middle chair not gonna say names but you will be sorry.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My appointment was scheduled for 10, I arrived at 938 and spoke to the stylist Kaitlyn who was supposed to do my hair. Her exact words were ill be there in a few minutes, she showed up at 10:20. So were talking 20 minutes late for my appointment and mislead me that she was on her way. I have short hair (Halle Berry pixie cut). She told me she would have to charge me an additional $10 to mold my hair down. Excuse me! Molding is part of the styling process. Thats like charging someone to blow dry their hair. So we were talking $65 for a simple trim, wash, and style. I went to another hair dresser telling her the molding charge and she said thats unheard of and definitely overcharging. That was a ripoff and I walked out before she could touch my hair. She was completely unprofessional and I felt like it was highway robbery to try and charge people for molding the hair down. I would NEVER recommend this joke of a salon or stylist.

Sache beauty studio is one of the best hair salons Ive ever been to, there customer service is great i always feel welcomed whenever i go there, they can turn anything, into everything!!! They are multi-cultural so they can handle anything, They have faboulous specials every month and first time clients get 25% off! What a DEAL!! I highly reccomend them, just go get ya hair done and fall in love!!

I was tired of driving 45 mins to an hour to get my hair styled, so I thought I would try Sache Beauty Studio which is only a 15-20 min drive. I was a little apprenhensive about trying a new salon, I am GLAD I gave this salon a try. Very good customer service, affordable pricing. And, heres the best part I have very ITCHY scalp so I got a treatment, my scalp is usually so itchy that my scratching can be embarassing. Guess what yall its been 5 days and I have little itching (for real)! So that treatment whatever it is will have me going back again, and again....She should really market that HAIR CRACK...LOL!
