I had a great experience with Kitchen & Bath Wholesalers. I spent quite a bit of time working with Javier and found that he was extremely patient, showing me all of the different brands and lines of cabinets. I had visited 6 other kitchen cabinet companies prior to going to K&B Wholesalers. The other places pushed me toward particular cabinet brands making me think they were getting incentives from the cabinet companies or they had too much of a particular brand in their inventory and they needed to move it. I never felt any pressure or hard-sell tactics from Javier. He answered my numerous questions knowledgeably, honestly and patiently.I changed my mind several times about the type of cabinets I wanted to order as well as how I wanted my kitchen layout to be. Each time I did this Javier reacted as if it was the first choice I had considered and discussed.I truly appreciated that Javier worked with me and stayed within my budget, never trying to steer me towards cabinets I was unable to afford. I did not purchase the most economical line of cabinets, but I definitely did not purchase the most expensive. I bought beautiful cabinets that I have received a lot of compliments about.Javier made wonderful suggestions about my kitchen layout and gave me other suggestions for accessories that I hadnt thought Id be able to afford.In summary, my experience is that Kitchen and Bath Wholesalers has cabinets for every budget and allowed me to be comfortable with the choices I ultimately wound up making. Javier made the stressful nature of a complete kitchen remodel, much less stressful and easier than I know it would have been had I chosen a different business to order my cabinets from.

I ordered a bathroom vanity from Kitchen & Bath Wholesalers. I specified the design but I received something different.When placing my order I was promised that I would receive the order/design for reviewing which never happened (today the owner stated that it was a simple vanity and there was nothing to review). Moreover, when I tried to clarify the mistake the owner yelled at me and hung up on me.WOW what customer service!

Good customer service typically means providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to a customer, and making sure their needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company or business. If this is what you are looking for this is not the place to get it. If i could give a negative star I would. Customer service is horrendous - not attentive and needs are not met, nor do they care about fixing THEIR mistakes. They allow and must condone their workers speaking negatively about a customer/client in that customer/clients own home. Not sure the type of clientele they typically deal with..... we did not pay pennies we paid THOUSANDS of dollars. SO if you are looking for good quality, customer service and timely and correct delivery of products....search elsewhere.

Nice place. Selection is good and prices are reasonable . Very friendly staff. Will recommend it.

Be aware of this place, they only do curbside delivery. You will have to haul in your big boxes of cabinets or pay someone else to do so. They wont tell this to customers you will find out on your delivery day. Delivery personnel is not at fault is the sellers for not telling you and the companys policy. At delivery you will have to sign stating everything is in perfect conditions and full order is complete. How will you know this without opening and taking everything out of the boxes??? In my order some pieces were missing, one cabinet was broken (lucky it was in the back panel so no one can see it, but I saw it) Paint job wasnt on point. Toe kick board/little panel not wide enough to cover for the gaps. Missing doors handles and knobs. Cheap easy to break wood quality, but still charge you a fortune. In resume A COMPLETE HEADACHE!!! Go ahead and spend $$$$ at your own risk. You will have to wait for ever until someone comes and help you out too!!! Dont waste time and money in this place.

Wonderful experience at KBWholesalers! Javier Gonzalez, helped immensely with selection and ordering, total full service until completion. The installation of countertops was great, the two guys, prompt and professional, from making the templet to installation of the finished product. Our kitchen redo was awesome due to the quality of their products and the service provided. Would highly recommend.

The owner son name Allen he is a no good he is a crook and a liar treats his customers with disrespect and very rude I would never walk in this place ever again.

The parking lot was blocked by a huge loading truck so I found parking along the side ok n Berks Sreet. Not knowing where the entrance was I walked carrying my one year old in the car seat to the wrong end of the building to find out the only entrance is at the parking lot. Once inside I cought my breath for about 10 min, in all that time no one came to say can I help you. I walk over to the front desk and see that there is a gentle man there sitting so I tell him Im looking for backsplash options for my kitchen he says there over there wait for me and Ill be right there. 20 min later he doesnt show up. There is no one else in the store so he wasnt attending another customer. When I leave he says did I find everything. No salesmenship what so ever, no customer service whatsoever. They get one star for location.
