DO NOT order from this business. The customer service is terrible. We are on month two of poor back and forth communication to rectify broken soft close hinges for nearly ever cabinet door and a spice cabinet that does not function (incorrect dimensions, missing the required hardware, and does not stay closed). They have only agreed to replace the hardware but have not followed through and are avoiding all attempts to contact. We have been reasonable and requested a refund for the malfunctioned cabinet and they will not take responsibility and resolve the issue. The quality of the cabinet boxes, drawers, doors and hardware are subpar and not as displayed in the showroom.We are in the industry ourselves and do not enjoy writing bad reviews for any business but this has been an undeniably bad experience that others deserve to be warned about. Avoid this business, spend your time and money elsewhere.

Very helpful, we had designed via email and when I got there I had a lot of changes to make it just right. They were very patient and Mimi the cat even sat on my lap to help pass the time. Delivery scheduled in just 2 weeks.

I have had a great experience. Very reliable service and high quality cabinets and granite, competitive pricing. I remodeled my entire kitchen and have had cabinets and granite installed for 8 months now and I am still very satisfied with the product, no concerns. I also recommended this store to my contractor who has been using Washington Kitchen & Granite since and is also very happy with the quality and service.

I purchased a FOTILE hood from them and its absolutely the most strong and powerful exhausted system I ever had, highly recommend this FOTILE product if you want your house not smelling like food after cooking.

I have ordered a granite counter top 10 years ago and the stone been great all of this time, I have dealt with the owner directly Mr. Hing without any issues and my friends ordered floors also from him and no one has complained, I hope this business still owned by the same owner because I will shopping again with them in the near future.

If youre looking for good customer service and a reliable company Washington Kitchen is it.. I have been using Washington Kitchen for about 7 years now as a contractor. If you need a company that will stand by there word-they will. If they say Monday its Monday. The prices are good and their quality is excellent. Iv tried other Granite and Cabinet companies in the area but I didnt receive the same customer service or fast turnaround on my items. But dealing with Washington Kitchen they have always come through for me as a customer.

Im not one to rate things unless I felt I was done right and honestly I have no reasons why I shouldnt leave 5 stars here.Honesty pricing and service is what youll find here. A man named PC helped me in my buying process and after I order I had to reconfigure my space and it wasnt an issue plus re refunded me the difference which was very professional(where as most places would have kept a small difference like that without noticing).This is my 2nd tine using these guys and they have quality solid wood cabinets for competitive prices. No need to negotiate here.

DONT PUCHASE anything from them. I purchased cabinets, the base cabinets were weak and fragile. I was charged a 20% restocking fee, over $700.00. I was never shown what the cabinets actually looked like, despite asking on several visits. Save your money and time. Stay away.

Worse cabinets ever ..never again

We had ordered granite from this company and it was deliver February 20th. The men who installed the granite had oiled the granite and we couldnt see the flaw in the stone till the next day. The stone has a lot of discoloration that looks like it was filled with glue and smoothed over. When we realized, we called right away for the company to send someone to fix the problem they said that the representative that dealt with granite counter issues was out of the country for a month. I went in two more times to talk to their representative and they kept delaying to send someone. They stated that they would definitely help us with the issue and after multiple calls the representative finally got to us and came to our house to check out the counter. He took a couple of photos and later said that they wouldnt do anything to fix it. So if you couldnt refund or do anything about it why did your employee tell me for the past 2 months that this issue would be resolved? I understand that granite counters have discoloration but the amount of discoloration is not normal. The granite looks like a slab with lots of hole that were filled in with special glue adhesive. So if you order make sure you check your order before they put on the shining oil and make sure your granite dont have discoloration prior to installion. Or just dont purchase from this store. Prices are cheaper but the quality is just terrible, so just save your money.

Bad customer service. They mess up my counter top. Which is lamanate. I gave them writing 84inche he wrote 48inche. He Made honest mistake and I have to pay for another one. I paid double for his mistake. So please shoper watch this guys. We bought 11mm thick laminate here for about $1.70 per sqft. the boxes look high quality claiming the laminate is anti-scratch. well, they are NOT scratch resistant. worse of all, if you ever spill anything, it will mess the laminate for good!so im thinking they sell cloned chinese goods. who knows.i regret doing my floors with this stores laminate. sure my house looks great because the laminate is very shiny/polished... but they are definitely not durable. and we dont even have kids!
