US Trans was such a friendly, great, professional and reassuring experience. The staff members were very precise and accommodating to my needs as a customer for my vehicle. They serviced my vehicle in a few hours at a moments notice. I would definitely recommend everyone to experience such great service and fair prices. Extremely satisfied customer !!!!

Worst case experience ever do not and I repeat do not bring your car here. They are rude and ignorant they talk to you any type of way and clearly they don’t care they yell and say they aren’t when they clearly are. If it’s up to me I would have this place shut down. Avoid at all cost

They dont evaluate your car they just guess took my car there 4 times each time I got it back my car still had the same code. Np really dealer was paying but frfr after about a grand or more still same issue. They are very impatient and rude.#LikeTheyWorking4Free

Trusted for last 3 years to get my cars inspected. There is always a line so come prepared to sit for at least 30min. Very polite hard working men.

Very rude and all have bad attitudes. Only came here to get my car inspected and the workers were very nasty.

This place is so unprofessional when its comes to handling business and interacting with people.The one guy Vlad likes to scream and yell at the customers whenever they have a question or concern about their vehicle.Nobody knows what they are doing when it comes to the customers and the workers seem to argue among themselves about petty issues.The shop is extremely dusty and dirty from the outside it looks as if it could be a chop shop but luckily it wasnt one. If I had another choice to take my vehicle somewhere else to be serviced and fixed I would in a heartbeat.They need better professionalism and customer service skills as well and I pray I never have to get my vehicle serviced from them again.

Disagree with the first review. Have had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in three times for different reasons over a two year span and my daughters Jeep Liberty in twice over a year and a half and never had problems. Very professional in every way and keep you informed of how things are going. Would highly recommend them.

Super disrespectful and I told them to fix my problem and he didnt fix it, so he start talking to me like a child when I told him to fix it (dont want to go to jail) I just took my business somewhere else ....rossi told me to go there too and dont buy a car from there too

The other reviews must be an inside job.They try to hold my car hostage and raise prices.They arent professional and they do not respect women.They are not to be trusted.Find another place.
