Hands down the most unprofessional business Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Lets start with the fact that they dont answer the phones they do business through text. I made an appointment for a service that typically takes 15-30mins tops. I waited 9 hours just to have no one show up. Then I was asked to call my mechanic myself to find out his eta. The mechanic advised me that hes been free all day& now that its almost 9P hes home& wont be coming back out. I took the time to write this to say buyer beware! Unless youre on house arrest with nowhere to go or just enjoy wasting your entire day just do yourself a favor& go to the local crack head mechanic...youll get a better deal& more respect for your time. Throw the whole business away!

I called inquiring about replacing my rear brakes and how it wasn’t safe for me to drive. I was told if I schedule an appointment during the morning it would be a $50 fee anytime after the morning it would be a $70 fee so I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday morning only to get the runaround I’ll text the guys I’ll call him to tell me the mechanic is in a town and now the fee is actually $99 and they charge for labor my angel I have my own parts.. It got to the point where The mechanic text me give me two other guys phone numbers because none of his mechanics came in. This was the worst service ever I never received it and had I not kept reaching out to the guy I would’ve never known anything that was going on that poor businessman skills I would never use them or so anyone else used for that matter do not use these guys.

I was talking to someone last night(1/5/21, 9pm) and while we were in the MIDDLE of a convo, he told me to hold on and he had to check the price, then NEVER RESPONDED again until THE NEXT NIGHT with 80 bucks. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY or need consistency in convo, THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOR YOU! They are NOT courteous OR empathetic! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This might not even be a legit business! UNRELIABLE!! I think this isn’t a real business feel like someone was just playing around guy said he was at my location looking for a parking spot then I haven’t heard or seen him had me outside waiting for nothing! Then two hours later the guy text me and said he will be sending someone to me because his truck was making weird noises I was done after that like nope this is a JOKE

Scheduled a 1:00PM appointment with them and went to the auto parts store to pick up parts I was told they would need. Ive waited all day and spent money just to be no showed. Two thumbs down find a reliable mechanic.Update: Guy calls me 7hours later and upcharged from 90 to 250 to change spark plugs. Dont waste your time

Waited around all day for this guy. Zero professionalism. Excuse after excuse, the man clearly doesn’t care. He stated he didn’t have basic equipment for the job either. After 6 hours I had to cancel his services. Do yourself a favor and read some of these reviews. He will waste your entire day. Unprepared, unprofessional and certainly a case of poor time management. Don’t use him.

I read some of these comments people made about this place I was hesitant at first but Mike was first class service all the way he called me in the morning told me he can do the job and he got it done my starter went on my GMC Acadia other places was giving me estimates ranging from 600-800 for part and labor I paired a fraction of that while he was changing my starter he noticed my motor mount was broken he call let me know said just pay for the part and he can install it cause if I wait to get it done it will cost me more for labor and he can’t do it now I never felt so comfortable with a mechanic before in my life So call Mike he the one to get the job done for good honest prices

They try helping me on a sunday. They were on top of everything. They were quick to respond.

Bad customer service, over priced, late and they only do the bare minimum. And on top of it the don’t clean up after themselves. The suspension guy “Chris” is very rude and unprofessional.

James was awesome! (I believe that was his name 😅) my car battery died and he came right on time to help me diagnose the issue, and solve it. I highly recommend this service.

OMG! Great service and they never got tired of my billions of questions. The customer service is great! I needed to a new starter and it was replaced in minutes. I also got a diagnosis testing! Definitely great rates and they answer/work quickly and efficiently. They are definitely my go to from here on out!

We were in need of a mobile service for the car and this was our first time doing this and we contacted a different company and they never showed up so I contacted this company and they came out right away after contacting them about the issue. Chris was very friendly, nice, on time, and good person. I would definitely recommend this company.

Came last min diagnoses accurate

I was looking into purchasing a new vehicle in the Philly area. It’s costly so I wanted to make sure that everything was all good before purchasing. I call these guys up and I’m telling you within 30 minutes they had a really cool and knowledgeable mechanic on the scene. He walked me through everything that was good(most of the things in our case😁) and also what there was to look out for and what he was checking for. After surveying the vehicle, He took it for a spin and told me the status of the engine, transmission, and brakes. He even told me what he was looking for so I knew what to look for the next time I look at a vehicle in the future. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use again

I waited for the person to come out 3 times said got to busy then was said he was 5 minutes away and then says his truck to big to fit on my block if a trash truck can fit I’m upset and won’t be recommending anyone to come here first time and it’s bad not professional at all

I was in need of someone that can come take a look at my Jeep 🚙 I was having trouble with my brakes and the brake light kept coming on. After I had already put 4 bottles of brake fluid in it & the light still wouldn’t go off. So I decided to google travel mechanics near me, And these guys was the first put up, I gave them a call nobody was able to see me that night or morning but by the even my Jeep was fixed and back on road. I’m very satisfied with the work and price. Thank You so much Chris you did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a job for a great price. I was looking for a “mechanic that would come to me.” On Google but the search engine was filled with people who didn’t. I went on Craigslist found Mobile Mechanic and I got a response back in a meaningful amount of time. They came out the next day and even worked with me on the payment. Frank replaced my wheel studs on my passenger side and after he was done, Frank even rode around in the car with me to make sure everything was cool. It felt smoother than before.

James Williams is a Con-man. His Mobile Mechanic is a scam! I contacted him with a battery problem. I had been told that my battery kept draining due to an electrical problem. James came with his little diagnostic tool ($40 charge) & convinced me that there was no electrical problem, just a bad battery. Two weeks after he put in a new $165 battery (5 year warranty)my car was completely dead! I called him & he promised to call back in 20 minutes. After I made several calls & texts, he promised to come the next day. I spent the day calling & texting him. No response! Save your money & contact a real professional mechanic! James Williams just uses the name Mobile Mechanic. He is a mobile crook! Be Advised!NOTE:I had a REAL mechanic check my car & it now runs fine. Due to illness I still rarely drive. That has had no effect on my battery!STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK! His response to my review was nothing but lies! I stand by what I said.I Stand by my Review! Do not trust this con-man!

Really awesome service, especially in a pinch. Our driver side window was stuck and wouldnt go up. Was able to call, Chris and his dad came out within about an hour and a half. He was able to put the window back up the night before it rained all day the next day!Chris even took the time to run a computer diagnostic test with his tablet/system and was able to let us know of a tire sensor malfunction that we thought was a slow leak in one of the tires!Thanks again!

I normally do not write reviews but simply put they are truly the BEST MECHANICS EVER!!!!! I had car trouble on my way home from Philadelphia to New York on New Years Day at around 7 am. Not one mechanic shop was open. Luckily I found Mobile Mechanics online and they came straight to me during my anguish and saved the day. Both the mechanic and customer service was amazing. My car was fixed and I also got a free inspection. Thanks again for everything!!!!!

Awesome job John! and thank you James for recommending me to John. Well, this is how it all played out. I needed an Alternator installed. I called James @ Mobile Mechanic (I used the service last year). James wasnt available so he gave me Johns number (his partner). John came over, he got all the slick tools. less than 30mins my alternator was installed, he also fixed my battery terminal, changed one corroded terminal free of charge. Awesome job guys. If you have your part, sit tight and call Mobile Mechanic. I will.

Got a call back 5 hours late.I was quoted $500 to $650 (labor ONLY) to change a sensor on my VW Beetle.(Based on a random website)1/2-1 Hour Job. Req flat head screwdriver, 10mm socket wrench and a car jack. Easy to access.I DONT RECOMMEND!

Mike came from Northeast Philadelphia to Brookhaven Pa and fixed my tire hub at 12am. I would of went through hell getting to work the next day. Highly professional and does great work

Quick response time and a fair price considering the amount of money ot cost for a tow. i had service mechanic Max, nice guy very honest and hard working. If i had two critiques there should be receipt given at the end of all transactions, the customer should not have to request one . That covers both the mechanic and the customer. Also professionalism is of the upmost importance, never should the mechanic be touching a car with greasy dirty hands and limit help to one other person. Having too many people touching or around a car can cause potential issues.On a whole i am glad i reached out to this company to have my tire plugged.

Aug 2017- I Called got quote, but had to prepay in order for James to create an invoice to come out toto service my vehicle.After arriving late with a passenger he proceeded. After a few hours he told me he was finished when he actually did not complete all the work I prepaid for. In addition to causing more damage to my driver side seat controls, which he also did not fix. I did forget about it for a min, but yes I am still waiting for my refund dam near an year later Even after tracking him down about 2/3weeks ago with proof my refund was not processed back to him/his business. So today July 30 2018 I will attempt to get my refund. AGAIN!

James Serviced my vehicle before so I wanted to continue to show support. James was supposed to do my brakes and rotors on 7/23 @ 5pm. I purchased my parts and he never showed up nor texted me to say he couldnt make it. I contacted him on 7/24 and he apologized and stated he was down because of the storm ( the storm was Monday 7/22 ) and said he will service my car between 530 pm and 630 pm. STILL a NO Show. I texted him at 7 he read the message but never responded back lol. Never Again will I Support. Communication is Key when it comes to your customers!**UPDATE 8/03: I get it things happen. What Im saying to you is communicate with your customers if you cant show up after you have scheduled with them.

I called this crew about an electrical issue with my 05 Volvo. There repair guy came out, damaged my alternator so now Im cant even drive my car, now they wont return my calls

One of the worst services i ever had in my life. I swear that one of the mechanis is acting like a child. I called him at 1:00 pm and he told me that he will come and then i called him more than once and he kept telling me hes on his way and the street is crowded.However, at 4:00 pm he told me that he will not come. Thats semple. Also he hanged out on my face more than 5 times. I swear very bad service.

So unprofessional omg i made an appointment for today my brakes to be fix and the time was between 12-1 so they called to tell me that the tech was running last that they would text me the number of the text and call me in a half hour. then i got another call from and another company quickfixhere and they came out to fix the problem right away. quickfix here is so professional. if you honestly didnt want to do the just you could of just been honest to tell me. instead of having me wait almost all day. you also dont know how to text a customer. very uncomfortable and unprofessional. no company asks for the money upfront. a customer pays after the job is done. thank you for not coming because i now have a better company to work on my car

These people are very unprofessional!!! I spoke to them at 11 am and they didnt come until 1pm. When the mechanic arrived he said the price is $90 and he would be back with an hour because he had a brake job to do. I had to call them again at 3:45 only to be told that hes caught up and would call me when hes enroute. 5:12pm still didnt call I texted him he gives me his partner number and the partner tells me its $150. Bottom line do not deal with these people they have no professionalism nor do they honor their word and time frames. And needless to say I didnt get my car worked on by them at all. Such a waste of time

Gave me the wrong diagnostic for my car told me it was my fuel and that I needed a whole new fuel pump went to get an second opinion and come to find out that it was just my ignition control module paid 75.00 for them to give me wrong information smh won’t use them again

I called these guys to diagnose the problem with my motorcycle...They charged $60 just for diagnostic, in which they didn’t properly diagnose the problem...I suggested that the carburetor was dirty and they checked everything else, but what the root of the problem was...They really don’t fix problems, but they do just enough to get stuff running temporarily...To make matters worse they accidentally ran into my backyard fence with their truck...Never will I call again

They send me someone lazy who doesnt fix my car but asked for diagnose fees.rip off...take your car to the garage,it will save you time & money than this rip off company who just call random mechanic that can not get the job done but will ask for diagnose fees then leave.
