As Philadelphia turns to pothole swiss-cheese and the driving gets crazier, Ive had a lot of work done here. Its the only place ill bring my car to at this point. Minivan broke down in South Philly. They helped my family out. Fixed our alternator and allowed us to make it home safe to NY.

The mechanics that fixed my car was kind and helpful. He drove my car n know the problem right away. He was able to tell me what’s wrong with it n he gave me an estimate cost of it which isn’t so bad. I’ll def go back there again

Recent inspection (May 26th 2020, and I have pics of the stickers and Ill post a pic of the receipt to prove it - contrary to the owners response below), tire rotation and oil change. Oil wasnt topped off and I just added 3 quarts this morning. The thing was dry. No leaks - they just forgot the oil. Good thing I dont drive the car often, or else the next step would have been replacing the damn engine. $45 wasted for oil change w/ filter per the receipt.

I am really grateful for these guys. The owners and the staffs was great. Respectful, honest and helpful. These guys work hard fixing my problem. on my minivan sliding door I suppose to replace the whole door per dealer suggestions, the guy at Passyunk auto onlyhonly suggest to change the door parts thats broken. It safe me money and time. Thanks for the hard work and great customer service.

I bought a 92 Ford Econo van to live in that turned out to be a total lemon. I was experiencing electrical issues and other mechanical problems. Had damaged rims and so much more wrong. Considering Im temporarily living out of my van, I couldnt go without the repairs I needed done.These guys made sure I was well taken care of. From the moment I called, they got me in quickly to take a look at my vehicle. The level of detail and time they took to ensure I was aware of any issues whether it was minor or major was something Ive never experienced with most mechanics. They didnt have to do this but took the time to explain everything, and also made sure I understood what I could go without or push off for later. They showed they care about their work to the point where they removed the middle seats I needed taken out to have more living room. I couldnt even get a scrap yard to do that for me and I was willing to pay. Thats above and beyond.Cost was reasonable and saved me allot of money. I was quoted by other mechanics and would have paid much more and in some cases double if I had gone to another shop. I couldnt ask for better service and will definitely come back for the remainder of the work I need done when its time.Jeff, you and rest of the crew are lifesavers. Thank you.

Needed an inspection and oil change, didn’t have an appointment and the owner and his team were able to take me within minutes. The owner was very knowledgeable and even with being busy with other customers they got me in an out. I have been coming to Passyunk Auto since the first time they open. My family have been coming to this shop for years since the previous shop owners, but now the service is even better and the place got some facelift. My brother and my dad come to this shop for any car related issues. The crews are very friendly and welcoming. They complete the work on timely manner. If I have any car issues, Jeff is my go-to-guy. Compare to other auto centers, Passyunk Auto price is very reasonable. Jeff is a handy man. Not only he can fix the machines, but also he can handle mechanical and body works too! Passyunk Auto is an one stop shop. Why coming to an car dealership when you can get same services with less price?

By far the BEST in south philly! I have had such wonderful experiences with Jeff and his team. After looking for months for an honest, fair, and knowledgeable mechanic, I finally found my go-to auto shop! Customer service was fabulous! One time, my gear shifter was not working and I was running late to a client meeting. Jeff fixed the issue immediately on the spot and I was on my way! His compassion for his customers and pride in his work is the reason why I continue to go back for all my car’s needs!

I really do want to support local business and not just the big corporations. This place just doesnt have the skill or talent to handle jobs bigger than a oil change or tire rotation.I got front struts and rear control arms changed out (was not cheap), my car sounded worse than before having them fix it. Front struts were installed incorrectly. Then the rear control arms were making some noise after they installed, after bringing it twice I brought it to meineke and they told me they were bad control arms. keep in mind this is only 4 months from initial install. after going back to NS Auto, they simply said there was nothing else they could do, just a disappointment and clear sign of lack of knowledge for auto repair.

This is the must go to shop in south philly. Everything your car needs in replacement or repairs, these are the go to guys. They do their best to get your car in and out so you can continue on your busy work schedule. No matter the condition they will get it done!
