I came to Adley Automotive Group with a flat tire at 830am. The guy that was working said he dont do tires and the guy that do tires is not here yet. Hes running late. I said well what time do you think he will be in because I cant continue to ride far with this flat tire? He said he have no idea what time he will show up. I guess people just come to work when they feel like it at this tire shop.

I love this place so much. I have taken multiple cars there over the years always great customer service. My recent experience was 05-29-2020. I arrived to get a tire plugged come to find out I had 4 nails in one tire. The woman behind the register informed me it wouldn’t be a great idea to plug them because it would just mess up again she told me to buy a new tire to be safer. I am glad they have people like that working there because most would’ve just said plug it and go. I also want to thank the mechanic working there for his time and patience. He plugged the tire and than put the new one on. With no attitude at all. It was around 6pm I wish I would’ve got his name.

Mechanic is very unprofessional and rude and told me he was not working on my car I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. Every time u show up for any service all of their workers always on some type of vacation. Very unprofessional and will mess your car up would not recommend unless u want to wait 3 days for your car just to get looked at and some of ya parts stolen.

This is my second time here and both times have been quick, friendly, attentive and efficient service. The staff are quick to acknowledge you even if its to let you know its a wait or theyre finishing with a client. Would definitely recommend them to all.

The service was fantastic!! We were so happy to find a a 24 hour tire shop that does more than just change your tire at 9pm. Daryl gave us a quote over the phone, the tire was ready when we arrived. The other guys there took care of the rest, showing where the flat tire was damaged and even placing the new tire in the car. All around great experience

Burnt my daughter for $50. Replaced her flat tire with a tire that didn’t fit her car. Refused to give her the right tire or give her $50 worth of satisfaction as a paid customer and of course no refund. I would’ve been happy with a fire that fit her car. As a driver, I’m furious and as a mother I’m disgusted. You would put this young girl on the road with other vehicles in this way. Karma will be back for your business. In the meanwhile I pray no one gets hurt behind this business regarding safety and the people they take money from. This business is a fraud. You don’t even deserve this one star.

They got this Lyft driver back on the road quickly and efficiently, and were very understanding about my financial situation. They have a customer for life, or at least for as long as I live in Germantown.Id like to add that I was directed to speak to the owner personally, and she is simply incredible. If you make a point of supporting women-owned and/or Black-owned businesses, this is the tire shop for you.

Bad service, messed up my wheel never paid for it. All crackheads and cheap daily labor. No craftsmanship or detail. This is a cash cow with user’y and a bit of tricker’y. Save your money, time and aggravation. Go someplace that has a valued clean work environment. Stay away from places like this. Not the tidiest of garages...however theres a great staff and prices are reasonable...its the go-to place in Germantown for 24 hour tire service. They handle all types of service from tune ups to state inspections. Be careful when exiting...the lack of space in front of the service bays may require you to back out into Germantown Ave.

I had a very nice experience here ..I thought I had something lodge in my tire when nothing could be found the nice gentlemen check my tire pressure which needed air he also explained how much I should keep my tires at thank you so much I didnt get his name yet it was around 11:30 pm or so on Tuesday ..thanks young Man.

Quick service early on a Sunday morning. He found that the valve was the problem not the tire. He charged too little so I paid him extra. I was on my way in 10 mins.

Had a flat tire and called this place 9pm on a Sunday to buy and pickup a tire. The guy on the phone said they had it so we were there in 10 mins to come get it. When we got there a worker told us it will be a 30 min wait for him to get the tire because he was about to work on a car. All we wanted was to buy a tire. So we waited 30 mins and finally was helped just for the guy to tell us he didn’t have the tire. It only took him 2 mins to come to that conclusion. What an inconvenience when we was trying to rush and get our car a new tire before it was towed. Terrible place!

I went to many places here in Philadelphia late at night trying to fix my tire...two places are Posted in the Internet that they are open for 24 hours but they are lying (they are not open and thereno one answering the phone) but this guy answers and opened up his door for me and he really did a great service and I like his behaviors attitudes.
