Dropped my car off at 10 am and didnt get it back until 6. As soon as I got a couple of blocks down I realized that my heat and cold air knob wasnt working, so I checked the climate settings and that wasnt working either. I took it upon myself to look what was wrong and when I saw, the cable was snapped off that controls the different settings, The installation guy broke the components behind the controls, refused to tell me and on top of that quoted me 125 and only ended up charging me 75. I may be white but Im not dumb

Never will i ever take a car there again they burn 7 radio in my car and i had to take it to someone else so that person can fix it they did the worst job i can ever imagine never take your car there they dont do good job they just damage your car

Purchased fog lights for my vehicle, the lights looked really good but one blew after a little over a year of use. Their warranty is only good for under a year.

Their tint guy is the best in the city hands down. I take all my cars to him. He tinted my 96 impala 10 years ago... still looks new to this day, no wrinkles, bubbles, etc. They worked on two of my systems, clean work. I go early in the morning to avoid crowds. There customer service was never a problem, but it aint the best. They bout their business.

Excellent place to go when you need electronics put in you car

Dropped my 2020 jeep gladiator off at 9am, noone showed up until 920am, late. Called them around 3pm so they knew I was a 45 min drive away. They told me to come at 6pm. I came at 6pm for them to tell me it wont be ready until the next day.... spend $100 in Uber already.... went to pick it up the next day, my speakers buzz and pop with start and turn off. For them to tell me its because of my factory head unit. ( I have proof of everything with recordings etc) funny because I brought it to US1 stereo on the boulevard before I upgraded, they put a system with a sub, and highs and I didnt have a single peep out of that system, no buzzes no pops when I start and shut it off etc. Oh and yes if was my factory head unit.Poor install from erietronics. You should see how they grounded my amp, nothing but lazy. Didnt sand the metal or anything, just threw threw ground onto a painted area. SmhIll be bringing it back to US1 on the boulevard for them to correct erietronics mistakes. More money i have to spend. Ill be sure to update the costs as well.Avoid this place.

Manny did great stopped by and they did my tint on my Chevy same day. Reasonably priced I live in jersey everyone here tried to tell me tint is 350 and up manny did it for 200.00 with a lifetime warranty can’t complain it was done great.

I’ve had tint done here two different occasions. Guys are fairly quick and are priced right. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for automotive window tint.

If I could give this place a big fat No Star I would. This place stay busy and is never able to work around your schedule. You have to work around their schedule. You cant come in for an installation. You must make an appointment first. If your there early enough before closing your still not guaranteed to have an installation done that day. Its possible they may see you but you have to leave your car key with them for hours until they are able to service your car. They have seating for 3 or 4 people. Everyone else who is waiting for their car to be serviced uncomfortably wait outside because theres no available seats inside the store. Go to US1 Car Stereo. Plenty of seats, no bs and they aim to please and will install on the same day you come in. They are about their business and execute customer service much better than this hood place.

I had them put led light on my car and they put the wrong light and now i am stuck driving with high beams on my car. I was being told to come back the following day and now I am getting all kinds of attitude and they are telling me the boss that I paid to isn’t here and called out. It sure feels like a scam Buisness if I have to be honest.

These guys are professionals. They know their craft. The only problem they overcharge the customers. But I prefer to deal with someone who knows what they are doing. And they give you guarantee on their work. So if they decrease their prices that would be awesome.

Ive been coming here for years for tint and radio installations. Best place hands down.

This place was great. Been searching for good price to get car radio fixed and all locations found wanted over $200 just for installment kit alone. This place however told me a better solution and had price difference of over $100. they didnt have what i needed but the manager called around and went above and beyond to get proper pieces. After finding it, driving to pick it up, and installing it i was ready to go in 1 hr. My radio sounds great and im very satisfied. Will be returning for business.

I already had 4 pioneer speakers & a bullshit amp that were installed all wrong, they had no power, and distorted even at low volumes. I purchased 4 Kicker speakers offline and went to erietronics to have them amp em & hook em up correctly. Got it done in same day for a good price and was blown away, my system now gets VERY loud with no distortion. Gonna hit up this place again within the month to add a sub box. Employees were polite and knew what they were doing. Thumbs up!

I brought a slingshot there. Paid 2000. I had l.e.d lights put in and they are coming off I put gorilla glue to keep it on. Radio and speakers were put in VERY SLOPPY AND UGLY. the screws show on the face of the radio. Its in crooked and sloppy. Then the speakers went out. They changed the amp box....then the speakers and the bass box went out. Then wants to charge me 75$ for each speaker and the bass box. If they couldnt do the job. JUST SAY SO. thats 2000 Down the drain. I will never bring a dime there again. People work hard for their money. This is what upsets me.theres cushion holding the radio and its put on so bad that one side of it has a gap which is going to mess up the core under the radio.

Got some work done today. First attempted to do it myself, I used electrical tape for a temporary Connection on my new radios wiring harness. I got my radio to turn on, but wasnt getting any sound to the speakers. So I brought it in to the PROFESSIONALS. The professional at Erietronics completed the installation for me. When he was finished, I explained to him that I wasnt getting any sound from one of my speakers and prior to him installing the new radio I checked all my speakers with the old radio to insure the results. He explained to me that he was sure about all the connections and told me I would probably have to run new lines to to get the to the speaker to work. I left their shop and removed the radio so I could install a USB cable. When I removed it, all the connections still had electrical tape on them and one of the speaker wires werent connected. Im truly aggravated with yall. I expected alot more for you guys.
