Kal and kareem blea me away yesterday....kareems attitude friendliness an attention to detail is what got me in the door all the way from bensalem....while he was pulling my parts kal got me set up with all the paper work for a comercial acct....been doing this a long time and very rairimpressed great job boys!!!

Great local auto parts store. Theyre fairly new to the area, prices seem to be a bit cheaper then those other part stores.

I started out with 5 stars. But have since lowered that. I got a part and the package was opened and part of the package was removed. I took it back and they were going to refund my money but I needed the part. Although they were going to give me the missing piece I didnt like having to go through the bullcrap. I dont think that Ill go back to this store again.

I usually go to AutoZone but since I found Wholesale direct I get a price from AutoZone and usually theyre a lot cheaper than AutoZone in Pep Boys. And the service is outstanding

Whats the point of having a face covering must be worn inside of the store policy when the employees are not even wearing masks and allowing customers to.shop not wearing them either...No social distancing or mask rules APPLY AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!

Great,new auto parts store in Mayfair shop/ctr. Clean,had what I needed on all three occasions,staff very knowledgeable and friendly!

I commented on this place over the holiday and spoke to the district manager. He by the way was the nicest experience. The store itself with employees especially was a joke. The store manager stood there like an idiot. He done nothing to help me even when I addressed him. Didnt even know anything about car chargers. Woilsnt even pick up thw phone to find out. I left went to rhw auto parts store sown the street and purchased my gift for Christmas. Thank you district manager you were vwrt nice but hopefully you made changes at that store. Get those employees off the phones. I mean their cell phones.
