The experience here was horrible they use wreck chasers, and then when I went to pick my car up they wouldn’t release it and try to charge me 1000 dollars for one day. They are very unprofessional they overcharged for everything. Sent a text begging for us to keep car there once we wouldn’t they over charged

*UPDATE*10 Aug 2020Got my GT-R back mid July after 6 months of waiting around for it to be finished. It was a nightmare to even get it back,None of the structural work that was listed on the insurance estimate was completed.The radiator support was never replaced as the owner claimed it was.Numerous connectors are disconnected and just hanging.Mounting brackets for the bumper are broken.The front bumper is NOT new as claimed.The front lip fell off while driving down the highway.The bumper itself was held on with sheet metal screws tapped into the fenders.Numerous lights were burned out.My driver side door wont open from the inside.The driver side mirror was disconnected.The $5,000 custom paint job has so many swirls and holograms in it youd think it was 3-D.Theres well over 10-15 THOUSAND dollars worth of repair work to fix the things Vanessa broke or neglected.This is a classic case of insurance fraud as she was paid well over $30,000 to repair this car and she used the money to go on trips and purchase new bags with.Avoid this shop at all costs if you dont want to have to get an attorney involved.

Quite honestly, I am very disappointed with this repair shop. I will NEVER be back to this shop again.I have brought my vehicle to this shop 2 times and both times were horrific! The first time I had to take the vehicle back, twice, and still the vehicle wasn’t what was expected.This experience was even worse!I got into a crash in October of 2020, brought my vehicle to her because I didn’t have any other suggestions of where to take my vehicle, so I decided to bring it back to her, with the hope, “hey; I’ve been here before, she knows my standards.” At first, I thought the vehicle was going to be a total loss, $12,000 in damages for a car worth $14,000. (2017 Honda Civic coupe) however, it wasn’t and she began to work. I didn’t get the vehicle back until April of 2021! 6 WHOLE months. Asking weekly, for an update on my vehicle, with no response, and empty promises.Promises that it’ll be done “than Friday, or next Tuesday,” for months at a time.To continue, now I’m not accusing anyone of stealing, but I had a series 5 Apple Watch left in my vehicle, that I went to go and pick up, and magically, it’s gone. But no worries, I bought myself a new one.To add on, I come in April, to pick up my vehicle, and it is completely unfinished.The interior is completely filthy with spray paint, and dusty from sitting for months. The axles click every time I turn, car had no oil, car had no fluids, (which I know they are not required to fill, but having my car for 6 months you’d think it would be a courtesy.), and so many things broken. The driver seatbelt made a loud click everyone you pulled on it, the radio didn’t power on, overall just a terrible experience. After voicing the concerns, I reached out to Vanessa, and asked her if I can take the vehicle back to get those things fixed, and she basically told me no.She isn’t responsible for any of the things I found, and closed my claim. I wish I can post the screenshots of the messages. Completely unprofessional and I do not recommend this shop what’s so ever.Other things to add… car always shook insanely every time I powered on the AC.This was a message from Vanessa,“Radio was submitted to StatefarmThe cleaning is a courtesy but I will address itIt’s not a paid serviceWindow washer fluid is not part of the job as well since we are an autobody shop that is more general maintenance however the alignment can be scheduled and we will inform u when Statefarm gets back to us in terms of the radio the vibration that’s tricky as well especially w the aftermarket radio and systemI have done everything I was paid to do as per the insurance company the cleaning of the vehicle and top off of windshield washer fluid I will contact _____ to see if he can do possibly as a courtesy but again it’s more like a wash and Vac we do ”Vanessa also stated, that she “did not WHATSOEVER touch suspension”, however, on the work order, it clearly states that there was work done to the Front Suspension, after sending her a screenshot, she stated,“Oh, that was done” “if needed we can maybe get them to cover that again”Overall the professional, and work ethic this shop has shown, I will NEVER be back to this shop, and I do not recommend it for ANYONE.

The damage of my car took two months to fix I had a rental car for two months that she came out of pocket and paid for due to the time limit of her having my car!!! Hollywood collision was great. Vanessa the owner and Madeline the office manager/secretary were both very helpful and professional in every aspect during the whole process while my truck was in the shop. I was out of state while my car was towed to Hollywood Collision and the staff there was incredible with their level of communication and care for my car. They ensured I was kept in the loop every step of the way and that I knew my car would be in good hands even though I was out of state. They took great care of my car and had my back with insurance to ensure that my car got the best treatment possible and made sure the insurance company didnt cut any corners. They are caring and considerate through tough conversations and very transparent throughout the process. Hope I dont have to use them again but would highly recommend them!

I wouldn’t even want to give this place one star but unfortunately I have to. On Labor Day of this year My brand new corvette was shot multiple times my friend referred me to this facility and I decided to give them a shot. That was possibly the worst decision I have ever made. My insurance paid out over $10,000 to replace and freshly paint my vehicle. The car was just delivered to me two weeks ago and instead of replacing my parts they were repaired and they did the WORST job the body work is literally leaking through the paint. Then my brand new car with little to no mileage left me stranded during rush hour. My left suspension and tires had bullets I had to pry out myself! After I spoke to Vanessa the owner her attitude was disgusting. She basically said screw you I told her I am not satisfied and she told me she’s not fixing my car leave her alone. Never knew a business woman could even conduct herself this way! you should be ashamed of yourself and your work.

Work was done in timely manner. All transactions between the insurance company & rental was smooth & I was satisfied with the work & paint. Would highly recommend to others...👍🏾

Great place to have your car repaired. They finished my car in 2 weeks when it was originally a 30 day job. My car was cleaned from head to toe when it was I picked it up.They also have rental cars at the site so your able to drop your car off and get right into another car.

They had my cousin car for 6 months not responding to text messages or calls no nothing bad customer service would not recommend anyone taking their car there

Vanessa kept me in the loop with updates and worked with Geico so I didnt have to go back & forth in between. Great quality body work that has my brand new 2018 VW looking flawless and running great.
