...the paint job and repair were excellent, the cleanup was horrible. There was overspray and residue all over the car, including the rear window and windshield. My backup camera now has to be replaced bcs of it. The car has to be buffed and polished, all from a small dent on my bumper. Not too happy.

My RAV4 looks amazing! Price (1700$) could have been lower because there was only one dent! But I’m pleased!

I’ve had my truck over 10years and it is in great condition but sustained a lot of sun damage. A real eye sore but still. My baby! When my truck was done it looked showroom new! Show! Room! New!. After painting which they did one coat of paint, paint job look good from far but up close you can see the quality of work.

I can’t say enough things about this location!! Jerry was quick with a quote and completely honest and upfront about some other repairs in saying that it wasn’t worth my money to do them. The car was ready when promised and looks great. I will definitely return to them if we need any work done again on either of our cars.

The one day I called girl said she would let them know I was coming I got there at 5 p.m. doors were already locked called again guy said he just left, came back the next day around 3:30 p.m. computers were being updated he couldnt give me no estimate printed out, wanted to write it on the back of a business card.

This one. These guys came recommended by my mechanic, so I figured the extra driving distance might be worth it. They didnt disappoint. Jerry was a pleasure to deal with. The estimate was affordable, even for premium paint. The truck was done on time and they really went the extra mile. It looks amazing. I was hesitant to go with a chain, but what matters more than anything is the shop you choose.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy..I would give 0 stars but that was not an option...my car needed a paint job badly so I was in the area and I thought to myself, maaco would be the perfect place! BOY WAS I WRONG!! I would go to any other maaco before I would go to this one ever again in life. I told the owner Jerry I wanted dark blue and he gave me a light blue color on my car. When I picked up the car I was outraged, so we agreed to change the color to black because nobody can mess up a black paint job..it’s a simple color. So i had to pay (even though it was his mistake) to get the color repainted AGAIN..to black because I did not want to risk him messing up the dark blue again..Jerry was not happy about the fact that I wanted to get my car repainted and called him out on his mistake. When I picked up the car a few days later when it was ready, I thought everything was fine..Later to realize the next day that my car was malfunctioning. My car was 100% fine with no problems and when I picked it up, my car was overheating due to my upper radiator hose being slashed. When I took my car to pep-boys to get it fixed they confirmed that my Radiator hose getting slashed was NOT a natural occurrence in my car and somebody had to have cut it because the slash was too clean cut.Please save yourself the headache from coming here! Please! It is very upsetting that my car has problems that I have to now pay out of pocket for due to Jerry being upset that I needed the car repainted from his mistake. I will be calling the authorities.

Got to meet Jerry over the weekend for an estimate. Took him 10 minutes to give me an honest and fair price. Very open about what I should spend money on and what I shouldn’t being that my vehicle is 25 years old. Very polite guy and I’m looking forward to having my paint done here in a few weeks.

I live nowhere near here, but I was in the area and wanted to get an estimate for my car, which badly needs a paint job. I had the pleasure of speaking and meeting with the owner, Jerry. He came out to look at my car and got straight to the point and told me how much it would be and that it would take about 10 days before I can get my car back (they are super busy). Jerry has the greatest attitude, he’s honest and despite the location being far from me, I will take my car to Jerry when I figure out how I will get around for 10 days. Needless to say, I am super excited for my future visit and cannot wait to see how fantastic my 2009 car will look.

The GM Jerry is great. Very nice and honest. The pricing he quotes you at is very fair and reasonable. Just remember...youre at Maaco and you get what you pay for. If youre looking for a car show quality paint job youre in the wrong place. If youre looking to spruce up your daily driver this is the place to go.

Will be taking my Chrysler in at the end of July, they are fair, honest and I know the work will be done right, I dont mind not having the car for 10 days as know their is extra work to be done and I live in South PHILLY, no problem. Would highly recommend. George Kelly

Had a fantastic experience here! I searched for days trying to find a place to take decal off my car and no one could do it. I could maaco and they did it no problem. Only took 3 hours and looked brand as new. They even washed it! I really recommend.

The store manager at this location is very personable and friendly you dont detect any pretense he gives you fair and honest assessments and timelines my experience there was great and a relief as I dont generally trust any auto or body mechanics

Great costumer service! They were very honest with pricing and recommended not bothering to pay to have a dent in my hood fixed and having the hood repainted because it would cost me $200+ and would leave the hood looking slightly different/newer than the rest of the car. Instead they painted over the spots on my hood that exposed metal as to prevent any rusting from occurring until I want to spend the money to repair it. They didnt charge me anything!

I just had my 2003 Toyota Avalon painted and it looks like a new car. Maaco Pleasantville did a stellar job. I brought my vehicle, a 2001 Lexus IS300 just to get the hood fixed and ended up paying $700 in repairs in addition to this location charging me $360 for the paint job. The Manager told me that my car did not work and they had to push it in to get it painted. Would you call the owner if their vehicle did not work before you did the job or push it in? They acted as if they did not know what happened but the garage stated that the battery died from something that happened while in their possession. They must have tried to jump the vehicle and used the wrong heads (switched by mistake or something) on the battery and it created an electrical short. I am very disappointed on this locations dishonesty. My vehicle had never stopped before this incident.

Im very disappointed in the work done to my Wifes Mercedes took it there just to get the door painted with no damage just to get painted cost about $700 they did a really bad job in taping the trim up and cleaning the dust/ dirt off before painting it and had to bring it back twice each time worse than the next I just gave up on them. Even the clear coat started to peel in 3 months to make things even worse, I would not recommend this place to a enemy... Theres not a shot in the world this place gets repeat customers...

I was told not to go to macco by friends. I just bought a 1977 corvette so i went to macco and i met jerry what a great guy! He explained everything to me what had to be done. I cant be any happier! They did a great job!
