Awsome service! My tesla was crashed, this was the best place around to handle the fix. They were extremely fast and professional. K and A are Tesla certified to work on their electric vehicles. They made the whole process smooth as butter, excellent work 5/5 rating! .. forgot to mention they gave my car a wash and cleaned up the inside before I picked it up, worthy of 10/5 stars.

They fixed my car in a timely matter. They fixed everything that was wrong (windshield had big crack) dents from rocks and a big dent and discoloration on driver door. My experience was very frustrating. Once the parts came in, they said the job should take between 7-10 days, it took about three weeks, not to mention waiting for the parts for a month to begin with (which I understand is not their fault). No one ever called me to reach out and mention it would take longer than expected, I had to call several times to receive any information throughout the entire process, nor did I ever get a straight answer from anyone. I asked to come by and pick up something in my trunk and they told me I had to come in two days later, claiming they were closing soon when it was in the middle of the day. The day I went to pick the car up; two hours after they said I could come by as it was ready, I was still waiting a half hour as they were finishing washing the outside and other details. Only for me to get into the car and there is dirt all over the visors, inside doors, and seats from the job. They told me to come back and they will detail the inside of the car. So I call back when they say to schedule a time, and they yet again say it has to be another day and they will call me to schedule. They never did. Poor businesss and customer service experience for sure, I will not go back and I will not recommend this place to anyone in the future.

I was in an accident on November 6.2019. My rear tire drivers side came off. While I was driving. My truck was towed there. I have dealt with K&A auto before with my daughters car. And they do a beautiful job. Work is BEAUTIFULLY DONE. Chris was very nice to me when I called me when my truck was ready. TEKLE also he talked to me About everything.I was asking a lot of questions and he answered every one. With no problem and told me to dont worry. I will take my truck back if I need any other work done. The technicians there are very very good. I need new tires so he said that he can order them and put them on. For a good price. I am very pleased with the results. I got my truck back on November 26. 2019.

I took my Mustang in to check the belt because it was squeeking when accelerating. I figured I would take it to K and A to support a small business in my community. They found nothing, but then told me I needed new front struts, rear shocks, and rotors and breaks all the way around. He also said I need a tire rotation. Little did they know, I had just gotten my car inspected at Meineke and had gotten 4 brand new tires 30 days before, so I knew that could not be the case. I drove my car back down to Meineke same day and they confirmed that the repairs K and A suggested were bogus. My front breaks were 8mm and rear breaks were 10mm. My car has 45k miles and the shocks were great. They were trying charge me $550. Not sure if the mechanic or the owner is running the scam, but highly recommended staying clear and avoiding the headache.

I tried to have my door repair and was told that since i do not have an insurance claim report. they would not be able to fix it . i was willing to pay for it. what type of place does not except money. can someone please explain this to me.

This will be the second time unfortunately I had to bring anvehicle on for service. This time my brand new F-150 caught fire after some guys dumped and burned a motorcycle right next to it. He towed it within an hour and as soon as the insurance company got their act together he got my truck fixed and back to me in a few days. Looks just like I pulled into the lot. They even detailed it for me in and out. Great service!!

Someone hit my PARKED car an hour before I took it into this shop. I was still very anxious and upset & the owner of the shop was able to not only help me but calm me down. He offered to help me with my insurance and took pictures of everything for the insurance. He was extremely helpful and kind and I feel so much better after leaving. I was involved in a small accident and was unsure about what steps to take with the repair of my car. Luckily, the other individual involved knew the owner of the shop and highly recommended him. I took his suggestion and contacted the owner (Teclin) who asked a few questions and met me at the site within minutes! After assessing my car, I brought it to his shop and was able to have a plan within hours. This also occurred the day before July fourth!! His awesome and quick service is appreciated. I recommend would recommend him and tell him I sent you!

Was referred here by a friend and was very impressed with their work. Over 11k in damages to my Infiniti M37 and they made it look like the accident never happened. First thing I looked at was the paint job which was superbly done...somehow they were able to match it perfectly. If you drive a foreign car I highly recommend this place!

I was in an accident and Chris from K&A happened to be at the scene and jumped in immediately. He offered to tow my car to K&A and I accepted not knowing the wonders they would do to my car. I do have to agree with an earlier post on how clean the shop is. They even have an office with a comfortable sitting area while you wait. They took my info and worked with the insurance company directly, so I didn’t have to do a thing. About a week later my car was ready. It looked brand new!!!!! I honestly thought they had gone out to buy a new car and called it mine. No signs of damage whatsoever. No scratches. No bumps. No nothing. I’ve been driving my car for the past few days and no funny noises, no funky sweaty body shop smell. They even cleaned up the inside. With 2 kids - I don’t know how they got everything off the inside. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a body shop. Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Brought my white 2016 Nissan Sentra here to be fixed (those pictures are my car) because I had hit a newspaper box and damaged the entire right side . The owner was so very polite and fixed my baby :)Like literally look at the before and after in the photo’s ... not only did he fix the doors but I also had a large scratch on the front bumper and he painted that too free of charge 😊My car took a few days as expected and when it came time to pick up my car I was short but he gave me time to get the rest of my funds together and didn’t charge me a storage fee. Hopefully I won’t have another accident but I recommend this place if you want you car to look BRAND NEW AGAIN 😊😊😊

I took my brand new 2018 Kia optima here for repairs after having it for eight days and 146 miles just to get it back two weeks later with 444 unexplainable miles on it. Not only that my tint on my window was scratched as well as my car was not hand washed so it has fine scratches all over it. I lost so much dealing with Tekle and his shifty staff

Took a car to this shop to get it fixed. I was lied to, disrespected, and abused verbally by the owner of the shop. I have a 2010 Honda accord that needed a new computer module. Not only did they charged me for BRAND NEW parts, the installed a used 2008 Honda computer module. The check engine light was on after he installed the part. When the check was done, he gave me a code for a solenoid, which I went and bought the solenoid. He looked at the solenoid and said he thinks is a wrong part, but yet went ahead and installed it. The engine light was still on. Finally I took the car to a Honda dealership who later informed me that he he used an old used computer module, and that it was a 2008 module, which is why the check engine code was not matching because the computer module was searching for a solenoid B from a car that has only one solenoid, Solenoid A. When I asked him about the used part or if he put in a new part, the guy answered me and said to him the part is new, that i need to figure out whether it is new to me.
