I dropped my car off to have my door replaced and it was fixed on time and with great quality and communication. They were nice to be generous with the paint blending to the effect that my car had other unrelated scratches taken care off as part of the repair. I certainly received my car back in better condition then before needing the door replaced.

My car was dropped off for collision repair and the estimate said it would take 5 days to fix. Over double the amount of time later I got my car back. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My supposed point person, did not call me a single time with an update… even when the wrong part came in and the timeline was pushed back. I was told my car would be ready days before it actually was and he promised me calls back that I never got with further information. I would never bring my car back here.

Very disappointed in this service. I was first promised that my car would be ready Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. I heard nothing on Wednesday so I called on Thursday thinking that the car would be ready and then I was told it wasn’t and that it should be ready on Friday (the original promised date). I called again on Friday and was told that it would be ready Tuesday! I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication. I finally picked up my car and made sure to check everything because I read the reviews on how poorly they handle customers cars. I found a crack in my windshield and my keyless entry is showing an error in my car. There should be a quality check person or someone to walk the car with you to assure top quality.

Poor communication, I always have to call them. Took my car apart and didn’t even fix it. My deductible is 1000 but the repairs only cost 600. For whatever reason, they’re trying to make me pay the full $1000.

Great, quality work from the body shop. Time was a lot quicker than expected. With that said, I received a call Christmas Eve that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and they close at 5pm. I received the call around 4:10pm. Great, Ill be on my way. I hit some traffic and arrived at 4:50pm and they were closed. The lady knew I was on my way. Fortunately, there were a few guys from the body shop who took care of me so Im not wasting more time and gas.

Brought my sedan in after someone hit the left corner of the back bumper/rear door panel. Took a week to repair (not bad) but didnt really communicate with me over that time period.My issues are:Left multiple paint scratches from other carBumper is ill fitting on car bodyIf Progressive or any other insurance asks to bring the car here, ask for someone else!

Car was being repaired here. Faulkner shop said the car was done. So waiting on the Insurance Company to pay so 4 weeks later go to pick car up.WHAT the Heck! The car Was Not Finished. Faulkner Pulled A Fast 1. The hing to open hood was missing the emblem was missing the spoiler was not fasten. And Im sure the alinement is off. Plus the car still had scratches. Not Good Auto BodyWhen confronted Nobody could explain what happen. So Faulkner Never gave a rental Due to the car stayed another week. Plus still missing the hinge.Never Take Your Car Off The Lot till You verify the details of the car.If Your Insurance Company ask you drop your Vehicle Here Tell Them NoFunny part I knew Mr Faulkner as a child and meet the daughter. Things Are Not Quality in the Faulkner Name Anymore.

Great service. Customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. They are friendly, professional, and go over every detail of the repair with you. Fast turn around and the repair was perfect. They even Vacuumed the interior and it looked better than when it arrived. Thanks A++

I have taken multiple cars there over the years in the past year or two they have started to fall off in quality. The biggest drop off just happens to be communication. Parts could be ready or your car ready for pick up and you could waste a week because of communication.

Took awhile to get my car fixed, but the job is perfect. Cant even tell someone hit it. Everytime I called the person I spoke to was professional and eager to help get me the information I needed, and they handled the rental car I needed right in their building. No need for me to go back and forth between them and Enterprise.

In the past 6 yrs, I had to have repairs on my car. The service was very good. My back end was hit bad. I got my car back and they did a beautiful job. It took an extra week, but worth the wait.

Took my brand new Honda there to get fixed and after it was delivered. I had to bring it back three times in order to correct the problem. dont waste your time going there. They Rush their work in order to meet quotas not customer satisfaction

A big thanks to the shop manager Eric, who is clearly helping to make service here as quality as possible. Some growing pains apparent as is common with any collision center but he clearly cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. Any issues at all, definitely contact him.

I am so thankful for the way Geico, Faulkner Collison, and Enterprise Rental work seamlessly to ensure repairs are done promptly with rental car provided for customer use. I had the absolute worst customer service experience at Faulkner Collison. For one, my vehicle was taken there due to an auto accident. The passenger rear was damaged horribly from the door to the quarter panel and bumper. It took them three weeks to fix the vehicle which wasnt the issue. I picked the vehicle up Monday, July 18, 2016 in such an awesome because I believed my car was fine and fixed. However exactly 72 hours later my bumper and the quarter panel begin to fall while I was driving! I contacted my insurance company which is State Farm and they told me to bring the car back to Faulkner. When I arrived at Faulkner, they immediately assumed I hit something or something hit me. Which is impossible especially when they wasnt a dent or a scratch on the car. I want my deductible refunded and I want them to pay for the rental car that I had to purchase yet again for being inconvenienced.

This review is more about State farm than faulkner. State Farm claims adjuster Andrew Stertway told me that because my car had previous damage they would not fix my car, because in order to fix what their customer did to my car when he hit my parked car, would mean fixing the previous damage too, and my car would be in better shape than it was before their client hit me.That was crazy to me. I told them that they should just pay because their client damaged my car, and they should pay for the damages he caused. They are shady.I also told them that I have my own company that is getting ready to buy a fleet of buses and vans. I was going to use them as my insurance. As a responsible business owner there is no way I will trust them to pay out claims now, and I will NOT be doing business with them now.So I thank them for sharing their unfair policy with me, and helping me to know that they are not an honorable company, and I will NEVER be doing business with them. They lost very big today!

This is a long rant, so bare with me.I brought my car here on 3/17/17. The only reason I chose Faulkner was because there was a Geico adjuster stationed there and because it came with a Geico lifetime guarantee. Throughout the repair process, I received text message updates from the shop on the status of my vehicle and letting me know that they were still on track to finish the repairs by 4pm on 3/31/17. On that day, I did not get a call or message from anyone at Geico or Faulker letting me know whether or not I could pick my car up. I tried to reach out to them but didnt get a hold of anyone until the next day. I spoke to the assistant manager at Faulkner, Tom, who apologized and informed me that my vehicle would be ready by end of the business day on Monday (4/3/17). When I picked it up, I was shocked to find that the rocker panel beneath the rear passenger door was loose, there were scratch marks on the trunk door that were not there before, and that the interior of my car was completely filthy! At this point, I was not angry yet, so I jokingly asked Tom he was seriously returning my car in this condition. He replied by saying sorry and since they missed the deadline of 3/31/17, they just rushed to get this car back to me as soon as possible. That was the first excuse he made for his incompetence and the poor workmanship of Faulkner employees.He then asked if I wanted to leave my car here so he can have all these issues fixed. I had no way to get home, so I told him I would have to come back another day. He could have offered me a free rental car to save me the hassle of having to come back, but I guess that thought did not occur to him. I dropped the car off again on 4/8/2017 and was told that they would pay for an Enterprise rental. This time, I spoke with a different Geico appraiser who told me he would have the issues fixed, get the interior detailed, and have it ready by 4/10/2017. I came back to pick it up a 2nd time and, once again, I was disappointed. Even though it was still a little loose, the rocker panel looks to be attached. However, the scratch marks on the trunk door were still there and the interior was still filthy! I dealt with Tom again, but at this point, I was no longer patient. I pointed out that the scratches were still there, and, instead of a detailed interior, it looks like they just wiped the inside of the car with a paper towel. He responded with more excuses by saying they tried to remove the scratches, but it was probably there before so its not their concern. Additionally, he claimed that they dont normally do a full detail when they return a car to customers and that the dirty interior is just from dust and debris, which is unavoidable. I reminded him that when I initially brought the car there, I, nor the appraiser, noticed any scratches on the trunk. I also reminded him that the interior was almost spotless when I brought the car in, so that was the condition I expected it to be in when I get the car back. He asked me to leave the car there again, but I refused.I immediately contacted the managers of both Geico and Faulkner and expressed how frustrated I was with my experience. Of course, they wanted my absolute satisfaction, so they asked me for one more chance to fix these issues. I agreed to drop my car off again on 4/14/2017. This time, I dealt with another Tom who was with Geico and not Faulkner. He assured me he would personally see to it that my car would be presentable based on his high standards before it is returned to me. This time, they used an outside detailing company to detail the inside and outside of my car. I was finally able to pick my car up on 4/19/2017.This is, by far, the worst auto shop experience I have ever had! It took a little over a month for me to get my car back for a repair that should have taken only 2 weeks. All of this headache could have been easily avoided if the professional(s) working on the repairs and the manager(s) overseeing the repairs would not only do their job correctly, but take some pride in their work.
