I went to the showroom, staff was very humble, helpful, polite. Place was over the top, they help us see, understand and explained every details. Of course it’s high end appliances..... not cheap. Don’t go with the expectations of finding cheap stuff. I purchased pro 48, double wall oven, and wine chiller..... was disappointed they did not give anything free with that. My overall experience was great 👍

Great facility. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible customer service. Demands payment in full but does not deliver my appliances for 180-210 days or more, a moving target. Excuses, excuses, excuses... zero results!

Absolutely loved it!

We had an amazing experience here. Jessica provided us with the all the information we were looking for and more. To top it off, I had a 5 and 3 year-old running around while trying to absorb the information and get my questions asked. She helped me manage them so wonderfully. I was sold on their customer experience and her insight sold me on their products. Weve been to several experience rooms, but Jessica and this experience was incredible compared to all of them.
