It’s been a super stressful time moving into a new house but the manager Steve Cruz has been extremely helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Great customer service is one thing but I will always be grateful for how much easier he has made this transition into our new home. This is the only company I’m going to store my stuff in for the rest of my life.

Both managers Ive spoken to at this location have provided exceptional and friendly service. My unit was clean at the time of move in.

I recently moved my stiff from Georgia to Texas. I shopped around this CubeSmart was by far the best deal AND it was climate controlled!! Next, the lady at the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful. She took her time with me to show the units, discuss prices, and dimensions on which would best accommodate me. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are searching for a storage unit—- im pretty sure you cant find anything cheaper, cleaner, climate controlled, and great customer service!

Steve Cruz is amazing! We truly appreciated meeting him when he set us up with one and then another storage unit at your Pflugerville, Texas location. He was very professional and helpful. To top it all off, on New Years Day my wife and I arrived from Denver to clear out the second of two of our units. We messed up and brought the wrong keys with us, however, Steve was there and was gracious enough to step away from his family (this was a Holiday) and help us resolve the problem we created. Had to store here for about an month and a half while my new place was being finished and Steve and Shelli were very helpful and wonderful to work with. Great storage options, clean facility and area, there were several tools and equipment that Steve had to help with moving items like 6-wheel flat bed movers and dollies that came in great help. Steve, Shelli, and the rest of the staffs customer service was superb and went beyond the norm to ensure that I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this storage location to anyone in need of it. Thank you Steve, Shelli, and the rest for making the process of moving a little less nightmarish.

Everything I own was ruined by rodents and the company takes zero responsibility for it. My children’s baby clothes, my childhood memorabilia - not to mention an entire three bedroom house worth of furniture - completely destroyed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the company will actually care for your items and take responsibility for their units.

I have to wonder what is going on here. This storage facility was recently bought out, or repossessed in some way, and I assume that contracts transfered...?Well my automatic payment went up with no explanation. They did not contact me about it, and when I contacted them, they did not respond...I am honestly left wondering if my stuff is even still there?They only called me back after I CANCELLED my credit card!Then they asked me to pay my bill... of course I did it... but they did not charge me the amount that they said they were going to; they charged me more!Then I just stopped getting a bill...Um hello... where is my stuff?!

Steve helped me get setup. Prices were reasonable compared to surrounding areas. Facilities were clean and climate control seemed to work well. Will update after a few months.

Increasing rates for a mediocre facility with no security cameras, during a pandemic is extremely greedy.

Excellent clean facility! The first time I went there Shelley helped me out and set me up so that I can move my items into storage. She was pregnant, but she even swept the inner part of the storage which I insisted that she didnt have to. Even during my last day as I was moving things out since it was time to move things into the apartment, she was helpful and so was her manager. Both very nice people and I will definitely come back to this place if I need to store items again!

Its a storage facility. Climate control is still an issue. Protect your valuables against mold.

Steve and his coworker were very pleasant and helpful. Steve guided me on the code to the gate and the storage. I told him that I would not need the unit long and he advised me to let him know how long and they would hep prorate the unit for the time used. I was very pleased with his help and information and I was also very grateful to his co worker helping me also with other information.

Originally I was a little upset when I realized the office didnt open until 9:30 and my reservation didnt reflect the same time frame. Once I arrived my view changed a LOT! The people working in the office were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and they also apologized for any confusion. They quickly handled my paperwork since my movers were right behind me. Im glad I went with this location.
