I walked in to return a trailer that I rented from north texas and the reps here 9nly said go around back to drop off and look for a lady. I went looking around for what seemed around 20 minutes and finally found the lady.... It would have been easy if the front office people could have called the lady or called her over intercom but no I had to go looking around like a crazy person. π
Even though it said theyre were 4 trucks available and let me complete an anytime pickup reservation at 3:30 but the rep said no one got the truck ready and there are now none. What a waste of time
I ordered 2 Uboxes. I paid $125 to be delivered to me and picked up by their rep. I moved across states and paid a large amount to have a hassle free move. They have a guaranteed delivery date which mine were late. That would have been okay with me, but then the website was never updated so they still showed in transit for 8 days. Supposedly they were delivered within a day and only 1 day late from the guaranteed date but I just think they did not want to compensate for the 8 days it was late. SO, had to call and be stuck on hold for hours to explain my situation and transferred to different departments and holds and talking to many people...they ended up waving the monthly rental fee for me so I could make arrangements to get my stuff out and return them. Ok cool. Now two months after my move they want to charge me for a toll violation bc their rep who picked up my boxes took a toll when the storage center was only a couple miles away. Called their location and rude girl would not let me speak to anyone higher up. She put in a request for investigation & sent it to the wrong department. So I ended up being charged. I have been in contact with several reps and departments and hours on hold AGAIN to resolve this situation. Not one person got back to me. They ended up charging my card. Again today had to call several different places, departments, reps, hold times, etc for the final rep to tell me to go online and put in a ticket. Are you kidding? This is no way hassle free and will probably not ever use Ubox again. They dont value their customers time. This should not have been such a big issue and headache as it has been.....Waiting for the next random charge.
Anthony, who is the GM of this location is incredibly disrespectful. I would avoid this location if at all possible and take your money elsewhere. He needs training to improve on his severe lack of customer service skills. I would be embarrassed to have him running my storefront and I think whoever is above him needs to look into this.
This is the place to rent your Uhaul Trucks, trailers, carts just about everything you need for your self-help movement. Storage facility as well. Very friendly staff. Great equipment. Decent prices. Conveniently located on the Toll 130 access road just south of Gattis School Rd. If I ever move again, and I hope I dont, Ill be utilizing their services for certain.
The truck was not ready for 6am pick up as I reserved it online...the keys were not in the lock box when I opened it. Once the office opened at 7am I went inside and they handed them to me.The dolly was missing and the blankets were already open when we opened up the back door. Heres hoping I dont get charged because they forgot to reset the truck after last usage.
They put my reservation on the wrong day after confirming with me the date and time when I initially made the reservation and of course they donβt have any way to fix their mistake or get me another truck. Absolute horrible service and completely messes up all my arrangements. Terrible location and employees.
Great customer service! We missed our pick up time earlier in the day and our reservation was cancelled. They went out of their way just before closing to ensure we had the truck we wanted and everything we needed to move. The great customer service and amazing staff is why I always use U-haul for every move.

DO NOT USE U-BOXES FOR MILITARY MOVES. They apparently cannot do weight tickets. This facility may as well be a Government agency. Its bureaucratic, one staff area is not communicating with the other staff area, and the facility doesnt communicate with the U-haul reservation center and vice versa leading to trash customer service. Im ashamed to admit I spent about $2,000 at this facility, only to cost me $3500 because they improperly answered a question pertaining to a military move.

I rented a Ubox from Albany,OR, and moved to Round Rock. The treatment I received at this location has been top notch!The manager of the Ubox department, Sean (forgive me if the spelling is incorrect) is a tremendous asset to the company .. along with Anthony, the manager of the facility. They truly understand the concept of customer service!If anyone is looking for a recommendation .. THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

I really wish I could give this 0 stars. This place is awful, though the problem is probably more deeply rooted with U-Haul as a whole than limited to just this location. First, they never contacted me when my u-boxes arrived as they were supposed to. Then, I had multiple instances where I set up appointments to access the boxes to get my stuff out of them and when I arrived the boxes were not out and I was told there was no record of my appointment. I set them up both at the store in person and over the phone with customer service. Neither worked. The last time I was there, I had movers scheduled to come load the items out of the boxes and had set the appointment and stopped by the store the evening before to ensure they were out in the morning. I was told they would definitely be out and not to worry. Not only were they not out, but they were loaded very far into the storage unit, so my movers had to wait a very long time until the boxes were finally brought out. Of course as I am paying movers for time, this ultimately ended up costing me more money. Now, to top it off, I was just charged another months rent despite the fact that I emptied the boxes and did as they said by telling them the boxes were empty and that I was done with them. Ive tried calling them multiple times today, been routed to the main u-haul phone line, which ultimately just routes me back to the store itself to no answer. There is never anyone at the front desk. You will wait forever to get in contact with someone at the store. Definitely do not do business with these people at all, or u-haul in general if you can avoid it.
I rented a Uhaul trailer for my move from Lubbock to Austin. The process was easy and the employees are nice and helpful. I was able to pick up in Lubbock and drop off here in pflugerville. In Lubbock they changed one of my lights for free becuase it had gone out and I needed it for the trailer. Recently I rented an appliance dolly for 4 hours. It was also an easy process and cheaper than the one at Home Depot. I love Uhaul. Thanks for making life a bit easier.
Good service, friendly staff and good quality equipment
Service went well at first, our 2 Uhaul Pods were delivered in a timely manner. Shane was very nice and professional. We had the pods for 2 days, and hired movers which all went smoothly. However, I noticed that the pods were not picked up at the time that was promised the next day, and I reached out to Shane at Uhaul to see what was going on, and I was informed that pick up was delayed (I was not reached out about it). I asked if this was going to delay the shipping, and Shane did not know. It was disappointing because I then had to take extra time out of my day (as if moving wasnt stressful enough!) to call Uhaul cooperate, which confirmed that it would in fact delay shipping. While they were able to pick up the pods STAT after I told them that this was unacceptable, I am now experiencing a lot of complications with my delivery, which has added on to the stress.

Worst place ever!!! Go some where else. If could give negative stars I would. I got there 10 min before my schedule pickup. The guy at the front took over 20 min getting all my information in the system. While waiting 2 other ladies arrived to pick up their truck. Another worker came in to help them. another 15 min pass and it was finally time to pay but there system went down. Now the other employee helped the other 2 ladies get there truck even tho the system was down but decided not to help the employee helping me. So there is a way to do it but she decided not to help. Now I have been waiting for 50 min and then she decided to tell the employee helping me to do it how she helped the other people..... really why didnt you speak up earlier. These employees need classes on customer service as they do not have any.

Got an email to pay missed toll. Threatened to charge me extra $30 if I didnt pay now. Went to the Uhaul store to pay and they could not help me or take the payment that they were demanding.Need to up your game Uhaul:(
I ordered a U-Box to move my stuff to another state. At first I gave them a temporary location for a quote and before they dropped the box at my home I request to change the destination. The guy at store nicely helped me to up date delivery information and re-quote but failed. As a result my U-Box was sent to the location I wanted.Their service is not as good as they advertised.
This place is a joke literally! I pull up and the kids working here were washing their personal cars in the rain. Then another kid is riding his scooter around the parking lot with headphones on in the rain. So I pick up a trailer and bring it back in 3 hours before they close. The kid on the scooter who is still riding it around when i get back refuses my receipt, takes of the trailer and tells me I can leave. The next day i get billed for a late fee of 20 bucks and another 15 for cleaning the trailer. All i put in the trailer was a couch in a box, how could it get dirty? So I call customer service and they say the manager is not in so basically deal with it, front desk says theres nothing they can do about it and now im left with 35 bucks out of pocket due to some kids and poor customer service.

Me and my brother rented from this place a week ago. took 20 mins no joke for someone to help me out or even find me. the lady that helped treated us as if we were bums. they also charged us for things we did not use or pick up. I will never rent here again.

Pretty Clean place. Ive used them before old owners and the new owners are even cooler. Theyve got everything I need for packing and give options to have access late until 11pm .I know my stuff is being watched all the time. I recommend getting climated controlled unit which lets you have access to the air conditioning when your in there. Verr good price two with promotions they run too.

The storage rate has increased three times in the first year since they took it over from the local owners. Second thing is they block everything with u Haul trucks making it difficult to move your own personal storage.

Me and my brother made arrangements yo pick up an auto transport trailer at this location. We waited around 15 mins before they opened at 9am. We were told they didnt have one at this location so they sent us to a different uhaul that had our trailer .
Even though they had record in their computer of multiple rentals from me with never a late fee, they required a second contact and had to call that contact before they rented to me to verify. I also was charged for a 24-hour rental, but the contract only stipulated 20-hours so I got cheated out of 16% of my rental.
Rented a trailer, fair price and had no issues.

Real cost of renting a truck per miles is not properly explained and gone overusing checkout, we got hit with an extremely high charge when we return the truck, kind of deceitful and unprofessional, corporate office does not care to respond or address this situation at all...
Despite us telling them up front how long we needed the space, they were unclear about when we needed to give notice.
