Cynthia is Awesome! I stopped in to get a few boxes, I ended up with a lot more! Not only does she have the knowledge of what you may or will need, she has it all right there in her store very organized. It is a must see and lots of Must haves. Did you know there are dividers for all your dishes? Mattress protectors, wrapping paper, bubbles, tape, about 6 different size boxes One of them is for TVs!!! This is a jewel of a hidden treasure!! I was able to get an early appointment. Cynthia helped me fill out all of my paperwork and get the unit ready for me. I was able to move in same day. Cindy was very polite and professional. The property seemed very well taken care of as well. I don’t have any doubt that my item are in a good placeAdding to my review. Public storage pro-rates the rent when you move in, but does not pro-rate it upon vacating. My rent was paid in full at the first of the month and I was moved out on the 4th. They don’t refund you the days that you were not using the unit. They just re-rent it and prorate it for the next person, doubling their profit. I knew this going into it, but I don’t know that everyone is totally aware. That could make it make her break decision on whether to store your stuff here or not. My rent was $150 a month so I essentially lost $130. I didn’t have to check out of the unit until the end of the month, but I had nothing to store in it so there was really no point in keeping it.

Great place for storage! Needed work done at the house and had to move my antique car out for a while. Moved it in and never any real problems that I didnt create myself. Thought I lost my keys and was having them remove it for me when I found it. Went to get my car out and the door stuck in the up position (went past the stop) and wouldnt come back down. She was out there right away and got it fixed. I liked having the web/phone access to open the gate to get in. great on a rainy day or when you dont want to use the pad onsite. All in all they did everything they were supposed to, were friendly and helped me when I had issues. Cost was also reasonable compared to others. Would use again if needed.

Ive been here 3 weeks now and I really do appreciate and respect Cynthia she is kind and she always seems to be where she needs to be. Sometimes she in the office other times shes out riding around on her cart cleaning the place up and driving by waving and checking to see if I ever need anything. Hubby needed more packing boxes. Cynthia was extremely helpful inn making decisions about size & number of boxes needed. She didnt need to, but she also helped carry the boxes out to his truck . Wearing a knee brace, he really appreciated that!After a couple of weeks, we decided to rent a storage unit. The process online was simple. Hubby went over to get more boxes etc and Cynthia was great - 5 star service at its best!

100% Satisfied with my time at Public Storage. I needed a small unit for my move from a one bedroom apartment to a 3bd 2 bth house. Needless to say, we didn’t have a lot to move but the unit helped with the organization and process better. Cynthia was extremely attentive to our unit needs and was kind enough to share some laughs as we walked to the unit for viewing.I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with any up her upsells as she took a need we had and used it! Cynthia is a very good rep for this Public Storage location as she definitely knows here job. From all of the details pertaining to the storage unit(s), to coming over to me (while she was on her break) as I was preparing to enter the gate to let me know that I could simply use the QR code reader on my phone to open the gate (via the app)! Every other time I would simply get off of my truck to punch in my code. She goes the extra mile for her customers and qualities like that are sad to say becoming a thing of the past...But not with her! I do apprecaite her and would highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone needing their services in the Hutto & Pflugerville area.

I needed to pick up some boxes simple task for me but I was not expecting that I would leave this little store with the biggest smile. Ruby helped me to my car with the 10 boxes I got but I just cant get over how she made me feel so welcomed. If I need any packing simples again I know where to go.

I’ve been looking for a storage unit for a week or so. I need a large unit and everywhere I find is almost $200/month. I got Public Stoage’s we sit on Google. They had a special for the first month half off. I called the office and talked to John to see if there were any stipulations. He said no so I immediately reserved the unit. I called John again and told him I’m coming in same day to pay. We got to the office and he was super nice. He showed us the unit to make sure our stuff would fit. Then he walked us through the paperwork quickly and with a bit of humor. I won’t be a tenant long but for the short time I’ll be here, I’m very happy with the services and facility.

John the new manager of this branch has been very helpful and pleasant. He takes time to take care of each customer. The office used to smell heavily of cigarette smoke, I mentioned it to him and he was very apologetic and told me the old manager used to smoke and the smell seeped in through the office. He must’ve scrubbed the walls and floors of that place clean I came back a couple of weeks later the smell of cigarette smoke was gone. It now smells great! Awesome job John!

As far as the management at the facility is concerned I would say John is a great asset to this company. He provides great assistance in anything you need with a great attitude. CJ was also willing to help when ever needed, she was the previous on site manager. As far as upper management I can not say the same. I have been a customer for over 5 years nowYou would think that would account for something. But they never give you any discounts or perks or breaks of any kind. In one instance I asked to speak to the General Manager and she never called me back.In conclusion, the management (John) at the facility provides excellent service with a great attitude

CJ is the manager and phenomenal to deal with. She is knowledgeable and tried to really serve what was needed for my mothers move. Helped setup nicely and even saved me some money with the specials they had going. Drainage system is great throughout the units no water issues with multiple flood warning storms 👍Good sized units no issues with bugs, rodents or water during the time my mothers house was in storage waiting for her new house to finish getting built so she could sign on it and get back to having a house 😍

CJ is a total class act. I highly recommend this storage unit. I needed a temporary place while moving and was able to use this place for a month for $1 (about $68 when all said and done with taxes and app fees but still $1 for 30 days).

Gail was so helpful and accommodating. I came in at 4:45 on a Sunday when the closing time is 5 and she was so sweet and willing to answer all questions and show me the unit. Did not feel rushed and just great service!

Management at this location is awesome. They were very prompt in calling to schedule a time to come review the unit and CJ was very informative and helpful during our first meeting. The facility is clean and gate code access is required to enter/exit the facility. The location is very convenient to the tollway as well.

I’m a bit disappointed and angry at the service here. I had put a 10x 20 unit on reserve May 12th. The morning I was suppose to come in, I was not feeling well and did not want to infect anyone in case it was something serious.Spoke to a woman and she told me someone else wanted the 10x 20. I felt pressured and told her if they want it, she can give to them. She even stated that she rather I did not come in since I was not feeling well.Because I opted to give up the reservation, she says she has a 10x30 coming up and can give me the price of 108$. I told her it would be perfect as I have a 10x 20 and a 10x 10 and trying to consolidate everything.She said she’ll make a note and someone would call me when a 10 x 30 was available. It was suppose to be available by the 19th. I have been waiting on a phone call for this unit!Imagine the disappointment when I received a call stating my 10x20 was open and I can come in. So you guys got a message to call me today when the 10x 30 was suppose to open up, BUT did not see the note about a 10x30 being on hold for me????The lady I spoke to today states there was no such note documenting the 10x 30 was reserved for me or for the price of 108$.Honestly, it felt like a d*ck move and bad business practice. I was given the choice of a 10x 25 for 108$, but by then I felt screwed. I’m not sure if I’d be comfortable storing my belongings with them and leaving Uhaul after 6 years of business with Uhaul. Extremely disappointed as I have been getting everything ready for the move.

Was short on time due to a pending move. John was quick, helpful, and professional. I will definitely rent here when I make the move.

Today I came to Public Storage in Pflugerville and I couldn’t ask for more better service John explained everything detail. I was ready to move in that next day, thank you so much for your excellent service.

My experience with this Public Storage is good for the most part, however, since I have been renting a unit my rent has been increased 6 months after I moved in and I have been a renter for almost a year and since I have been there the keypad to exit from my side of the property has been broken which means that I have to get out of my vehicle and walk to the one that works to type in my code or I have to drive all the way around the entire property to pull up next to it. This is very inconvenient and I think for it to still be broke after a year is just not acceptable. But they still increased my monthly rent after just 6 months. Customer service has always been good though.
