Place is a complete rip off. Took my car in for brakes, they called 3 times to tell me it would cost more and they kept finding more issues. Then when I complained about the price they said they would take $300 off.

I took my car to Firestone tire because they could get me in in the next hour. My tire had a leak and I wanted it to be fixed. They told me it was in a location that they couldnt fix and I had to get a new tire. I told them that I was going to pass because I was going to take it to my normal tire place to put on new tires. I set up my appointment with my other shop and told them I need a new tire because theres a nail in one of my tires. I did not tell them that I took it to another company. They brought my car back out and told me I didnt need new tires because they fixed it. Tire works perfectly fine now. I would not go here again. Give your money to a local company that deserves it and Is honest or qualified.

My tires were at the end of their life and I wasnt sure id make it back to Houston so I googled this firestone. When I arrived Laron at the front counter told me they get a lot of out of towners and that he would try to get me serviced asap. He was very friendly and helpful and suggested that my tires be installed first before aligning them. Firestone did not have my original Toyota tires in stock so he sold me a lesser brand that I was familiar with. I got my new tires, alignment and balancing done within an hour an 30 mins and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you !!

My first experience at this Firestone location was great. I went in one day to look at new tires and get a price estimate. Tire Manager LeRon was great! He was very informative, clear and concise. I returned a day later to have my tires installed. Everything went smooth and I was in and out early morning to enjoy the rest of my day. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tires and or other auto work.

Nowhere else in the world can you make an appointment to wait the same or more than you would as a walk-in. Ive been here 3 times with 2 vehicles, made appointments each time and still waited hours. Sitting in the waiting room today, it was about 90 minutes before they even worked on my vehicle.Firestone- Just be honest and with your customers that there isnt a service appointment function.

Great service at this location. I have 8 vehicles and all my services have been done here. They always keep me updated if any of my cars need services while is in the shop. Never had a bad experience always great and I recommend this location to all my family and friends. Very friendly employees

I ordered a tire through Simple Tire, the price including installation at Firestone. When I called to make sure the tire was there for my 8am appointment the next morning,the guy told me to come at 8:30, so you wont have to wait too long. Apparently, he cant get the workers to show up on time. I got there at 8:30, and 3 other women were waiting. They werent done with my 1 tire installation until 10:00. The guy tried to charge me $17 for my (prepaid) installation until I produced a print-out of the Simple Tire Email. And when he checked me out, he told me I had a dirty air filter that needed to be replaced. I asked why they even opened the hood when I was just there for a tire installation and he said the full sheet of diagnostics was complimentary. I guess thats why I sat there for an hour and a half, so they could try to sell me an air filter. I didnt buy it. I will either shake mine out or get one at AutoZone, like I hope other women realize they can do.To make matters worse, they used a drill and over-torqued the lug nuts. I could barely get them off with my husbands help to rotate the tires and would have never been able to get them off if I would have had a flat and had to change it on the side of the road.

Im not the guy who likes doing reviews but I think I will do one for this visit, I went in knowing that my current tires were pretty much shot but I was going to go in and try to get some form of discount but that did not happen.I walked in and met the manager who is in charge of tires his name is LaRon, he walked me out to my car and measured my tires and I knew then that my predetermined plan was over. He confirmed that my tires had no remaining life . He told me that they were currently having a sale event and that he could give a good deal on a set of tires.Long story short this was the best interaction that I have had with any company, he was personable and he made me laugh and he was straight to the point and got me into some great Bridgestone tire and a 100 dollar rebate, my Ford Taurus is riding great on my new tires, thanks LaRon.

Came here a couple years ago, but while selling the vehicle I had been reminded. Be careful when you come here. Took it in to get a parking brake fixed... was told the part was totally done and that I needed a whole brand new part for quite a bit, with an added Fat Pad of labor pay. The day they checked it, I was irritated enough to open it all up myself. I came to find out that what caused it to not work was a Very obvious part that was actually out of its place which kept the parking brake from locking down. Hundreds of dollars of work for something that didn’t even need to be fixed. I would recommend using a family shop instead

I brought a freshly-acquired vehicle to this place to be inspected. I expected no issues at all, given the vehicle was brand new. I then get told that there is a nail in one tire and a screw in another.When I refuse to pay $700 and come to pick up the car, I overhear the same exact story told to a different customer. 100% identical. I then took my car to Discount Tire to get the tires fixed for $80. My brand new tires were definitely both fixable and probably not punctured when I first visited. Total scam and ripoff.

They chipped the paint on outward facing side of my wheels and horrible gouged the inside with their tire machine. I am not a picky person but they desperately need someone to give the techs knowledge of how to use their machines correctly. By looking at the stick weights stacked on eachother I can tell you that none of the wheels are balanced correctly.

Great service, communication, and pricing! The only complaint I have is that they’ve tried to sell me on replacing air filters for my engine and cabin. The tech claimed they looked filthy. I refused, because it’s easily done at home, but once I checked the filters they looked very clean... I don’t think I’ll need to replace them for a while! I’d definitely recommend them anyways. Just err on the side of caution!

Went into this location with my mom while we were traveling from Beamount to escape the potential hurricane. Well guess what happen?We had a blow out and it was just me and my mom so I got stuck with putting the spare on in 100 degree weather . Not being from this area we didnt have a place in mind so I had to call family for recommendations and good thing I did because she said she had a friend who works for firestone. I called the location and spoke with LaRon and he made the situation a lot better when we got to the store. He walked us through the process of buying tires and have us a pretty good deal. My mom thought he was so sweet and handsome I thought he was pretty funny and cool. The waiting area was clean and social distancing is being enforced with only three chairs in the waiting area.

You can go online and make appointments for as late st 6pm but when I arrived for my appointment they said that they do not do appts after 5pm nor will they do car inspections that late. I arrived at 545p and they close at 7pm. If you do not allow appointments then maybe you shouldnt allow your website to offer them. I will be choosing another place. As you can 6pm is an option but they will not honor.

What’s the point of having an appointment if the employees are gonna still pull cars in after yours. My appointment was at 11:00am, it’s now 12:30.With my experience of working at NTB, we had tire machines down and also balance machines, we still got cars that were having a 4by done within 15minutes, meaning dismount and mount and balance all fours.1hour and 30minutes later I’m still sitting outside the store waiting for my TWO tires to be dismounted, mounted and balanced. I can only assume these people don’t like getting paid, because(judging by the slow movement of the technicians) productivity level is LOW.I don’t recommend coming here even with an appointment set in place.

Archie, you’re communication skills arent very good. I came in to get a new tire after I took it into another place who didn’t have the right size tire but Firestone did. Told him exactly what I needed; tire size and all. My company is paying for it. Firestone put two tires on the work order and after he told me that they needed it authorized by my company. He disappeared. No clue where he went. Ended up telling them to take my truck off the lift and I went elsewhere.

My wife took our car in for a vehicle inspection, they failed it for an out third brake light. The repair estimate was 200.00 dollars and they pressure her to get it fixed, luckily she chose not to get it fixed and brought it home. Upon arriving home we looked at the car together and the third brake light was working just fine. I had to go back up to the store and get the car reinspected wasting my time, needless to say the car passed inspection. This is the exact reason why people ( especially women) dont trust mechanics!

I was not impressed with how we were treated. I called at 5:50 to see if they had time to put 4 tires on my truck. On the phone the guy was all friendly, Of course we have time come on in, how far away are you? I told him we were just down the street be there in about 5 minutes. I show up and my boyfriend and I were separated in Traffic, tires were going on his truck, so I went in to get things started. The guy starts asking questions and I answered best I could. He tells me We only have one tire in stock. I told him we have the tires just need them put on. Well thats when his whole attitude changed. He glared at me and said well you didnt tell me that From then on it was we have to hurry we close soon. WHERE are your keys.. I tell him the keys are in the truck already and he storms off. He keeps telling people to hurry and get the truck done and out of there. He then tells me we are trying to get multiple guys working on the tires to get it out in time, but most our guys hate putting THOSE kinds of tires on. ( whats wrong with those tires? they are normal tires??) Then he comes back a few minutes later and says its almost done and I said wow already and very rudely he says well yea our guys want to go home its late. At this point I have had enough of his rude comments I CALLED AND ASKED if they had time he said YES. Stop being RUDE! I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to go here. If you dont have time tell me that in the first place and since you told me I could come in STOP being rude!!! 0 stars!!

The quality of service has declined at this place. They overbook vehicles and dont finish work in a timely manner. If you drop off the vehicle it takes them even longer to complete the services, even if you have made an appointment. The technicians do good work and their prices are fair but they need to do better with turn around.

This is the slowest place around to take your vehicle for routine oil changes and tire rotations. I generally am happy with the work they do for me but always slow... Sometimes even slower than slow.They do some things that Discount Tire doesnt do but Discount Tire is way faster turn around with tire service.

Im pretty late to writing this review, as I usually wait a good while before submitting a bad review to give myself time to cool off, but this happened back in December.I got a flat tire (beyond repair) on my car so I ended up taking it in to get a replacement, and also got my state inspection done at the same time with an oil change. They got me all sorted and I went on my way. Driving home, I noticed that my ABS and emergency brake lights were on (emergency brake was 100% not engaged) when they werent before. Figured they might turn off after a while. I get home and lock my car, but I noticed that the horn didnt do that little honk to let you know yes, you did lock the car so I get back in and try to honk my cars horn manually. No dice. It had been working before I took my car in to Firestone.So now I have my ABS and emergency brake lights staying on in my car AND my horn now no longer works. So I call Firestone and they tell me to bring it back in so they can charge me $20 to take a look.On a different day, I get my car back into Firestone. They take a look for a while and then come back with Oh, well your brake pads are also worn down pretty low, so you should probably let us replace those for you. Also, we have no idea why your ABS and emergency brake lights are on and we dont know why your horn no longer works. But we can charge you $200 to have us diagnose things!As this was pretty ridiculous, I told them no and to put my car back together. I can replace my brakes myself for a tenth of what they were asking (and I did).Lo and behold, what happened after they put my car back together and I drove it back home? My ABS and emergency brake lights were no longer on! Does my horn work though?! Nope. That didnt work. Huge disappointment. BUT the lights turning off showed me that it was definitely something Firestone did to my car to make them come on in the first place. AND they wanted to charge me to diagnose their mistake.My brakes are all still great, as I got those replaced and Im happy that those two lights are no longer persistently on.But I still have no horn -- HUGE safety issue in my opinion. Thanks.So this Firestone took my car apart and messed a few things up, and didnt want to take any ownership of it. They just wanted me to pay them more money.Needless to say, I will never be giving this Firestone one more cent unless I dont really have any other feasible alternatives.Im not sure why the people at this Firestone disabled my horn, but its very frustrating.

I recently needed to replace the tires on my vehicle and after going back and forth with Costco (see my other review) and Discount Tires I called to give Firestone a try. My good luck that Jim Stewart picked up the phone. He is a person I can only describe as an automative enthusiast who is obsessed with making his customers happy. When he realized I was interested in the INDY 500 performance tires I could almost hear the excitement in his voice. He offered me an amazing deal on the price and setup the appointment for Monday. This was on Friday. On Saturday I realized that they were open on Sunday so I called him and he moved my appointment to Sunday. I only found out later that he actually drove 130+ miles to find all 4 tires from me from various Firestone locations, just to be be able to keep my appointment! What more an one say? There is more. The tech had lost my Lexus branded stem valve caps and I was annoyed at that. Jim took care of that by ordering replacement valves from Lexus and they were ready for me to pick up the next day.My vehicle was serviced on the scheduled time and Jim gave me all applicable discounts to give me an excellent value on these tires. He walked me through the multi-point inspection and explained the alignment results in detail. I couldn’t be happier, and I unreservedly recommend that you see Jim Stewart and Firestone - he’ll take care of you.

Thank God they were open on Christmas Eve or my butt wouldve been stranded here almost 300 miles from home. Bob, sales manager was so kind and fair to me. As a female customer, often times I am skeptical when going to any service store other than Mercedes Benz Plano (where I normally go) but Bob made me feel comfortable and was honest. Another company quoted me a price of $800 parts and labor for my run flat tire. This store got the new tire on my car for under $300 in a very timely manner. Less than 2 hr wait time from arrival, on a major holiday when the local Mercedes Benz dealership was closed, they changed my flat tire nightmare into a painless memory. Thank u again Bob and the technicians that worked on Christmas eve. You saved Me! Im so thankful! Merry Christmas!!!

UPDATE OF FIRST REVIEWI have to give Firestone credit for taking responsibility and fixing the situation to my satisfaction.Immediately, I was contacted by the Store Manager, Robert, and he treated me with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He apologized for the situation and said, that they had dropped the ball on this one. He wanted to know what he could do to earn my trust and to get me back as a customer.After discussing all the options, I agreed to bring my truck back that Saturday, and he said that he would personally oversee the repairs. True to his word, he was there when I arrived to leave my truck. He said that after they ran the diagnostic test (waived the fee), he would call me to inform me of what repairs needed to be done. He called, I agreed to the repairs and Bobby took very good care of my truck.So, thank you Robert and Bobby for getting my truck back in excellent running condition. Horrendous customer service — the front desk guy was so incredibly rude it made me wonder how he was hired to work there in the first place. Laughing at me because I accidentally overfilled my oil and was in need of help! Then it made me wonder if their employees even know what they’re doing, because if you don’t even know the basics of customer service, and that customers make a business then how the hell are you gonna trust them to fix your car?

This firestone is honestly the best shop I have ever been to. Honest techs, helpful sales people, and over all just a friendly environment. I brought my car there last week for some weird noise it was making and one of the techs took the time out of his day to actually SHOW me the issue with my car instead of just vaguely explaining the situation (like some other companies I’ve been to)Over all, the experience of getting your car fixed is never a fun one but the people here really make you feel welcome. They do everything in their power to help you get your car fixed!Very HAPPY and SATISFIED customer!!!! :)

This place is a joke. Took my work car in for a flat repair and oil change. 3hrs later Im still waiting and see my car out front. I have to ask if its done. No one knew. Finally they come forward and say its done. They assure me everything was taken care of. Not 5 miles down the road my tire goes flat again. On the toll in the rain. Thank goodness for the low tire pressure sensor or I could have blown the tire off at high speed. Ive never had a good service experience at Firestone. Avoid at all costs.

I have been at Firestone since 11am. It is now 1:41pm. Came in for an oil change and brake check some work they said the completed in May. Shame on me for not saying so before, had to come in 4 times about my brakes that were still making noise. So, back to today my car sat for 3 hours on the lift and nothing. When I asked how much longer at 1:12.... I was told 15 minutes. Well. At 1:45pm. I am told my brake pads & rotors will be replaced again. then saw the oil change began and tires off for the check!!!!! When I tell you after this... as I sit and its now 2pm. I will not be back!! I really hate this because the guys & lady up front customer service is always pleasing. The service does NOT match their customer service so kudos to them and they alone, get 5 stars.

My daughter brought in her car after hitting a curb and they said it needed an oil pan. They supposedly fixed it ($500) but obviously did not test drive it. As soon as she left Firestone she noticed a strange noise. She pulled over looked under the car, but did not know what to look for. She thought that maybe it was just a wind noise. So she kept driving and a few minutes later the motor mounts broke and the engine fell out. We had it towed to Firestone. They said they couldnt fix it. Got it fixed at a repair facility ($4,900). Firestone said a person from their claims department would go investigate claim. After 3 weeks the person from the claims department had not looked at car, so I contacted him and let him know that car was almost ready. Conveniently, a few days after we picked up car, he went by the repair facility. Since the car was no longer there (it had been there 3 weeks and 2 days) he denied claim. I am in the process of continuing to get Firestone to take some responsibility for their mishap (a simple text drive would have discovered that there was a problem with the car). Will keep you posted on if Firestone does the right thing.....UPDATE: They did credit my account for the work performed incorrectly. Of course, they did not accept any responsibility. Still, the credit ups their rating to 2 stars. As I may have mentioned before, use Firestone for basic stuff like tires, batteries, alignment, etc. Bring our car to a real repair shop for any true mechanical work.

Update: 3/5-Firestone requested on 3/1: New front and back brakes requiring new rotors because hot, resurfacing not option. Quote $900.-Dealer on 3/4: New front and back brakes w/ resurfacing of rotors. Quote $500.As previously stated were ripping my wife off and taking advantage of what thought was lack of female knowledge. Saved $400.•Service on 3/1:-Very displeased with the service my wife went to receive on her brakes. Set up appointment online days prior and when got to Firestone Chris D was shocked she wanted to wait and not dropoff and immediately seemed agitated by this. 2 hours later get a quote stating new brakes and rotors, said nobody would do just brakes, that always need new rotors when replacing brakes, eventhough not to bad, even said driveable for few thousand more miles. Quote $500 for front. Ok so tell them to start, after waiting and wife questioning quote because thought awkward since inspected in October and no mention rotors going bad.Then Chris M tells me that I need new back breaks in about 20k miles but car is ok to drive just replace in bout a year. So after waiting for minutes my wife decides to go ahead and do back breaks and ask for quote instead of waiting longer and messing rotors up like said on front. Now Chris M says $400 for back brakes, because the same car that could be driven for a year moments earlier, that brakes were not that bad in back, not only needed new back breaks but rotors with as well. This same person moments earlier told me could drive my car for a year or 20k miles.Weve gotten tons of brakes installed on vehicles and never be told mandatory need rotors when installing new brakes as well that they go hand in hand for insurance reasons, and kept enforcing they were hot so resurfacing not option.Needless to say my wife immediately canceled entire appointment and told them that they are not ripping her off. Very sketchy situation with a lot of stuttering over words on staffs part. Would love a contact for better details on this matter.

It took 1.5 hours to replace 4 tires when they were not busy. On top of that they decided to check other things on my car to try to find other things wrong with it. Did I ask them to check anything? No. All I needed was tires put on. Seriously, just go to discount tire. Cheaper, faster, and they do what you ask since they arent trying to upsell you. I bought my tires elsewhere and just brought them to have them put on and by reading other reviews that seems to be a sore spot for them.

Employees are nice but the wait is horrible. Any service you want they REQUIRE you to leave your car for a minimum of a day to TRY to get to it. I went in for a state inspection and I was told I would have to leave my car through tomorrow morning (it was 10am). They wouldnt even consider an appointment so that I could wait since its my only vehicle. I also took a work vehicle in for a flat tire and was told the same thing. I would rate them a 1 star for customer service, seeing as they were nice and trying to be understanding, and zero for service.

I went into Firestone on Sunday looking for new tires, an oil change, and have my A/C checked out. Scott helped me decide which tires were best for me and got me a great deal. Although my A/C needed further repairs, I now know whats going on with it. Overall, great experience!

Ive been to this place on 3 different occasions and left pleased each time. On my last visit I got a set of 4 all season tires installed for free (they had a deal going on for Firestone/Bridgestone tires). They did a stellar job and the staff was friendly and honest as usual.

Got in nail in my tire. Took it in. They said the tire is unrepairable since nail was close to sidewall. No problem with that. My problem was 3 fold.1) Only solution Bob (service advisor) offered was a new tire for $200. This is despite me telling him I bought the tires from Tire Rack (Firestone is an authorized installer for Tire Rack) and they come with hazard warranty. He didnt offer to just put the spare on until they received the replacement tire. I had to ask him to do that. I get sales, but you will retain more customers by giving them honest options and letting them make an informed decision, rather than just trying to make a sale every time.2) Bob was just sighing the whole time like he was annoyed I was there. Then he just became gruff after I told him I didnt want to buy the tire. There was no one else waiting for help, so he wasnt missing out on anything.3) They put the donut spare on the front! Really. An auto mechanic shop. Even a lay person knows not to do that. I was in too much of a hurry at that point to say anything.Ive been to a few other Firestone locations and they were great. So this is a one off location and definitely wont go to this one again.

Stay away!!! Spent $1200 to get brake system replaced. Took it to get an oil change and rotation elsewhere and they said my brakes were not adjusted properly and the e-brake is not engaging, yet Firestone passed me for state inspection after the brake job. Tried to tell them the issue and they said make an appointment and leave all day on Saturday!! Pretty much we already have your money so you can wait!!!

I called about a simple estimate about my brakes and rotor, the man on the phone has an attitude, was very rude, and also lied about not being able to give me one just because it was close to closing. I know this because I called another Firestone and they were very polite and gave me the answer to my question no issues. So this firestone needs to get their customer service fixed.

Staff members not really nice. My wife had a bad experience there.Wanted to charge a whole bunch of money because they say the oil plug screw had stripped the threads and that the oil pan needed replacing to the tune of 900.00 .I had to go pick her up in a thunderstorm.They pushed her broken car into the driveway.They told her she would need to have it towed home.My son in law beat me there, and he had the oil changed and the car running in about 15 minutes while it was pouring rain and lightning was striking all around.I got a speeding ticket by an Elgin cop on the way to rescue my stranded wife.Thanks Firestone.Real classy.

We got the oil changed and the alignment done on Saturday. This took 2.5 hours, but from what Ive seen and heard, this is pretty normal no matter where you go. Sunday, my husband noticed that there was a scraping sound when he drove the car. He took it back to Firestone, and they said that theyd forgotten screws to hold up a metal plate (this has to be removed to change the oil). They ordered the screws, since they didnt keep ours, apparently. They held it up with zip ties in the mean time. They called back a couple days later to say the screws were in and when we showed up to get it taken care of, they didnt fit us in. Instead, they made us wait. Total time waiting this time: 42 minutes, including the 12 that it took to actually put the screws in place. I just dont understand why it took so long the second time when we already had to wait 2.5 hours the first time, and we were just trying to get fixed what they messed up. NEVER GO HERE. Other Firestones are great. Weve never had issues at other Firestones in the area, but we will not be back to this Firestone.

I think they stripped a screw on my son in laws car when changing the oil. It now has to have oil added often. My oil was not due to be changed miles wise. They wanted me to go on and change it. They are nice but not sure they have customers best interest

I had a great experience replacing all my tires on my 2012 Prius. My sales person was Robert Miller and my technician was Tommy. Very straight forward as far as giving my options and listening to my needs. I felt I got the best option and the best deal compared to my a quote from another discount dealer for tires. Worst customer service ever. First they did the wrong diagnosis which caused me around $500 and when I went back and explain them that the problem is still there and you guys should do something about it, instead of admitting their mistake and fixing the problem they were rude and want me to spend another $700-800 in order to fix the actual issueotherwise they cant do anything abt it.Have been giving them business for almost 7 yrs not anymore.

I had made an appt at another location to get 4 new tires mounted. when I got there, they did not have my tires in stock and would have to wait an hour to order some from a different location and told me I had to wait 5 hours before my vehicle would be ready because they didnt have anyone to put them on anyway.They also didnt want to honor the online price I was quoted. I called the Stone Hill location and Robert told me to bring it in right away. It was out of my way about half an hour but I went anyways. Not only did he honor the online price, he got my car done in an hour! The inspection machine was down and thought they werent going to be able to do my inspection but When I came to pick up my vehicle, Robert explained they were able to fix it and complete my inspection. Extremely satisfied!

Chris saved the day! I got a flat on the toll road and was fortunate enough to be right by the exit, so I was able to limp in to Firestone. The problem? I had to get all the way down to the Alamodome ASAP to watch my son compete at the State Band Championship. Chris was able to switch out my spare and get me back on the road. I got there 15 minutes before they performed!The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that I had to wait nearly 90 minutes the next day for them to put my wheel with the new tire back on. They knew I was coming back that afternoon. I could have done it myself in 30. (I know, because Ive done it.)No matter what, I really do appreciate Chris taking such good care of me and helping me to support my son at such an important moment.

I was a bit worried about taking my car to a tire shop for engine trouble but I red the reviews and took a chance. I was very surprised at how knowledgeable Scott, Rob, and the rest of the mechanics were. They were able to troubleshoot and fix my problem before lunch and this was a Nissan which are known for giving mechanics the runaround. Had I taken it to the dealer, I would have paid twice the price to have some snobby over paid Tech. tell me he dont know what the problem is, but can make one up for GP. Then charge me for gracing me with his awesome lack of knowledge and a free paper floor mat. PS. I speak from experience . As long as the employees dont leave this Firestone will stay awesome.

Dont go to Firestone StoneHill at Limestone for anything engine related, ever. Check engine light came on, went to Firestone. Charged me $100 to absolutely misinterpret the engine code (then told me AutoZone does it for free).Code was for coolant not reaching the proper temperature. Firestone told me the code meant coolant levels were low. They then proceeded to diagnose a water pump leak, which never existed. They estimated a $1,600 repair to replace the pump and also charged me for replacing the thermostat, which was the real issue.Im glad I found someone honest to deal with. $180 to fix a thermo valve.Firestone StoneHill at Limestone are crooks. They tried to rob me $1,500 dollars.

Ive only been to this location twice, each time for an alignment. The first time was fine, business as usual, nothing remarkable. The second time I was there, a different employee handled my account and was very rude and condescending. The wait was also over two hours just for the alignment.They also wanted to charge me $120 to change a tire sensor I told them was out, $20 for the TPMS check alone and another $100 for parts + labor. I took my vehicle to Discount Tire and they ran the TPMS test for free and then replaced the sensor at cost, less than half of what Firestone wanted to charge.I think their Lifetime Alignment service is a good value, but they want to bill you through the nose for anything else. I wont frequent this location again but I hope to find friendlier staff elsewhere.If youre treated like a cheapskate for wanting to save money, thats a good sign someones trying to swindle you.

Dont go to this shop they will RIP you off!I went to this shop for an inspection 2 weeks ago and they said I needed a new tire, so I had them replace it and 2 weeks later the tire developed a bulge in it so returned to have them replace it and they said there was no warranty on the tire and I had to pay to get it replaced again. They try to tell you something has to be replaced EVERYTIME you take your vehicle in for anything and they dont stand behind their work. Dont waste your time and money here there are other local shops that are honest and are not just trying to make money off of you everytime you take your vehicle in.

Great serivce. Car was having bad vibrations after new tire install somewhere else. People told me to go here to have them rebalanced with road force machine.After they balance then vibrations vent away completely..Wait times are long so come early or drop of your car and go shopping.

Came in to this service center on a Sunday morning. I had somehow got a screw in my tire on my BMW Z4 coupe. I came in to see if they could pull the screw and patch the hole. However, my tires were needing replacing anyway, so inquired about new tires. They had 3 in stock for my car at a great price, and had another at their sister store down the way, and were willing to go grab it for me to get me fixed up, despite clearly having a growing line of customers behind me that would have been easier money. After they had my car in the shop, I needed something out of my car and walked around to the bay where my car was and asked one of the guys if they could grab it for me. While there I made a comment about my rear bumper reflector that had fallen out because of someone side swiping me in a parking lot and leaving without a note. He looked and it was still trapped down in the bumper. Never actually specifically asked him to fix it. Upon getting my car back, drove to work and then back home, and noticed the guy had taken the extra 5 minutes to get the reflector out of my bumper and put it back in! They didnt charge me for that. Excellent customer service. The following week, my tire pressure light came on. Checked my pressure and the rear passenger tire was about 12psi low. Brought it back in to them for them to inspect. Turns out my TPMS sensor was stripped and it was leaking around there. They replaced it for me free of charge! I dont know if they messed it up when replacing my tires or if it was just already messed up, but they seem to have taken the fault for it and replaced it for free with no hassle. I will most certainly be a returning customer to this Firestone location. Highly recommended.

They treated me so well, I delivered cookies the next day. They will share mfg recommendations, and help you decide which ones are the best for your needs at the moment. They dont try to scare me. Theyve even said an item could wait until my next oil change. On another occassion they felt the repair should have been covered by the dealer, and sent me back with documentation. The dealer conceded they were right, and did $1500 work under warranty. I really appreciate these guys.
