This place is excellent! Went here to get my brakes changed (which they were far past due) before a big trip and my experience with them was seamless and smooth. Caesar was very friendly and provided great customer service, giving me updates throughout the whole process. The mechanic, I believe his name was Alex, did excellent work on my car. I’m writing this from San Diego and the trip went safe and smooth. I recommend these guys!!Thanks guys!!

These guys are super helpful and we’re really honest with us. We are heading back to Utah when a new light came on in our Jetta. We weren’t sure if we could drive it and there were no mechanics nearby for miles and everyone else was closed being a Saturday. They were quick to answer and helped us determine the problem and how far we could travel before getting a part replaced! Huge help!

Honest Mechanics. I went in for brake pads and an oil change because my ears were playing tricks on me and I thought I heard the brakes squeaking. The head guy came back to the lobby to ask why I wanted them changed and explained that they were still in good condition and did not need the extra work. Then they changed my oil in less than thirty minutes, even though there were five other guys in the lobby. So fast, so professional. But mostly I am just impressed with their honesty. Oil change for my car was $60 total, 70% of what the Honda Dealership charges.

I had originally taken my vehicle to henna Chevrolet because a notification to service my cruise control and power steering was coming up every time I started my vehicle. I took my vehicle to henna Chevrolet on a Monday morning and they had yet to look at it Friday evening because of what they say it was a very large workload in front of my vehicle. A friend recommended three points Automotive, and I am so happy that they did. Not only were they able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle within an hour, they were able to get the parts needed and the vehicle fixed I’ll before the end of the business day. Cesar kept me up-to-date throughout the entire service of the vehicle. I know it’s difficult to find good, honest, mechanic work, but I have honestly never Have had better customer experience or service at any other automotive shop.

One example was when I got ripped of at a shop in Austin and they couldnt seem to pinpoint the issue (not sure I believe that). Anyways, I take it to Three Points and they instantly know whats up and give me a good deal to make the repair. My family trusts them and uses their services as well. You wont be disappointed.

Great service, they stand behind their work. I did a break service with them, after a few days the break on one wheel was making a weird noise. They tested the car, the issue was because a bad breaking pad, they changed it and problem gone, at no cost. I will be back for future services.

I visited the shop to talk through the error codes and issues I began experiencing with my car couple days ago. As an avid DIY person, after completing a few tests with my OBD2 scanner at home and pulling an all nighter down a rabbit-hole of research, I had a pretty good idea of what the issue(s), causes and fixes were for my car. At that point, I sought and wanted reassurance I was on the right track before starting the work at home this weekend.There are several auto shops nearby with great ratings but, after doing a drive-by of them all before circling back, Three Points appeared as the most engaged with customers and active in-shop of all the options.Upon walking in I was immediately welcomed by Cesar and explained to him the issues I experienced while driving, pictures from my OBD2 tests and hypothesis on the root cause(s). He proceeded to talk me through what, how and why I was likely experiencing these issues. Though he confirmed much of my thought process, Cesar took the time to explain the things I had missed in my own research and/or didnt fully grasp and proceeded to provide me with my best course of action and prioritization.Despite continued confidence in my own ability to troubleshoot and complete the repairs at home, it eased my mind knowing Cesar had already pinpointed my needs without even looking at my car. As my check engine light was longer on nor any error codes were being reported, he provided his guidance on best next steps.Before pulling out of the parking lot, I decided I will not be completing any of the work myself. When the issue resurfaces (which will be in the near future) I will be taking my car straight to Cesar/Three Points and trust they will have no issue confirming and completing the necessary repair(s) in a timely and professional manner. Thanks for your help and appreciate your customer approach.

Ive been going to Three Points for years now and always have a great experience. Today I had my kiddo with me, but they were able to get my in and out under an hour for an oil change. And at a great price! They told me about a small leak near my oil filter, too. Thanks yall!

Bought a used car from here a while ago, ac stopped working after about a year and a half. Did all the repairs myself and still was unable to fix it. Three points took a look at it for me free of charge and then actually showed me the problem (a leak) and were able to fix it AND recharge my system all for about $260 and it was entirely worth it. Real great team and definitely willing to work with you. Going here for any future car troubles for sure 👍

I had my 2001 Toyota Camry towed there late afternoon this Wednesday 7/17/2019 and needed the radiator replaced. They were able to get it done the same day and the price was very reasonable! Cheaper than dealerships but not that cheap, they dont do cheap work though and they warranty their work and parts they install. They are friendly, knowledgeable with good quality work and quick to fix cars. Highly recommended!

I have used them a number of times and they are the best around. They will inspect your car and advise what needs to be done and they will explain alternatives and do it at a fair price. They have, on more than one occasion, fixed a small problem for no charge. Dont know of any other that will do that.

Loved this place. You know how hard it is to find a good mechanic. Well i finally found one. From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted with a smile and at no point did i feel like they were just trying to take as much money as possible. I would highly recommend this place.

They saved me $3,000! Even before the service I was amazed at how nice and honest they were. They gave my husband and I great advise on car shopping and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was friendly and they really care about you. They were able to service my car for almost half the price of my dealership. They also have a shuttle service which is super convenient. I highly recommend them.

These guys are miracle workers. I initially discovered them as I was looking for a shop to resurface some brake rotors, and they did an outstanding job at a great price. Once I put everything back together, the vibration upon braking was completely gone. I have another car that needed a drivers side CV axle replaced, and the shaft was stuck in the transmission. I had no success with it, a mobile mechanic could not dislodge it for me, and another shop that I had greatly trusted for 10 years tried to sell me a transmission. I brought it to Three Points, and they were able to do the job! They took great care of the vehicle and paid attention to detail, which included replacing the inner seal and topping off the transmission fluid. The price was very reasonable, and their expertise is evident. I definitely recommend Three Points for any mechanical work you may need.

Ive saved over $1000 coming here versus other mechanics or the dealership. My anecdotes are below if interested. Finally, a shop that is honest and will really tell you what needs to be done or not done! Super friendly and very quick turn around. Very fair pricing. Its absolutely worth the drive if you arent near by.1) Had one mechanic at some other shop tell me my rack and pinion was out and needed to be replaced and wanted over $500 to fix. Three points said it was just a tube that needed to be replaced and cleaned up, wanted $100. Worked fine ever since. Saved about $400.2) Clutch went out on my car. Dealership wanted around $1900 to replace it with another OEM clutch which I was not impressed with (went out at 45,000 miles). Three points said buy an aftermarket clutch and they would install it. They even verified that I got a good brand. Purchased it and Three Points installed it with the overall cost near $1100. Clutch is much better and after over 15,000 miles has been smooth. Saved about $800.

This is my only choice for car repair, note my mother-in-laws Mercedes can drive a big repair bill at the dealer, this place has saved us thousands with better service than any of the MB dealers in Austin.

I had a performance muffler added to my truck. Work was excellent and price was very good. I will use them again.

They are very fast and can change a catalytic converter cheaper than a dealership or high end mechanic shop. They are polite and answer any questions you have. We had to go to them to pass inspection. I will definitely return to them.

We discovered this shop by accident and that was four years ago and they have never failed us. Our entire fleet of 10 vehicles are trusted to these guys and they have been courteous, accurate and most importantly honest.Car repairs can be costly and headaches. I am glad we have people like this close by to be there when needed. Highly recommend- Very honest people who definitely go above and beyond what is required of them.I purchased a used truck from them at a very reasonable price. It should be noted that I bought the truck as is with no warranty. However Ceasar told me to give him a call if I had any issues with the truck. The day after I purchased it the check engine light came on and read a misfire code. I tried to fix it myself by replacing the plugs and coils but it became obvious that there was a bigger problem. I gave Ceasar a call and he was very helpful and has been doing everything he can to get the truck back running smoothly.

Got an exhaust leak fixed for a great price and it was done in a mater of hours!!! Would definitely recommend for an auto repairs needed.

I bought a Mazda 3 from this place, its in great condition. I had a couple of issues with the car, but they fixed all of the issues, no questions asked! I highly recommend this place!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for two years now and the service just simply couldn’t be better. This is the type of mechanic shop that you’ve been looking for, with good and honest people that will shoot you straight.I tell every friend and family member to bring their vehicles here, no matter what the issue is. If for some strange reason it can’t be done by them, they will direct to someone else you can trust. The only disappointment I’ve ever had with this place is that I lived in Pflugerville 15 years before bringing them my business. I have since moved to Georgetown and it’s still well worth the extra drive to be able to trust who I’m dealing with. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazed with this place! I had purchased a part for my Minivan a while back and it was hard to find a mechanic that would install it. They told me to call a body shop since it was a part inside my sliding door that needed to be fixed. After calling everyone and having them say they wont install an aftermarket part. They helped me out and gave me a more than fare price to fix the door. The guys at the counter were so helpful and willing to work with me. They will be getting my business from now on!

This was probably the best experience Ill ever have at a mechanic. As a touring band from out of town, it was scary to have van troubles. We took the van here first thing in the morning, they had us in and out in less than an hour for way less than we thought.What great people, were very impressed.

When I first arrived to live in Austin TX, I needed a good mechanic to solve an immediate problem with my car that three other mechanics had been unable to solve. So I have already wrote a great review for Cesar and James at Three Points. I have been taking my vehicles to them exclusively for over 3 years now. Last week I had a potentially fatal mishap with my Dodge. Once again, they handled my situation and repair like no other shop I have ever been to. They really bailed me out of a bad situation. I cannot say enough about this shop or James and Cesar. Always a great experience with Three Points Automotive. Thanks again for everything you do.

Not very pleased with solving my issue! I told them what was wrong and was told they would fix it. I was also told I needed a brake job which there was no indication of noise or immediate action. I declined the brake job and said just correct the initial issue. after 3 hours of waiting was told the issue was fixed I paid and left.....after 2 hours same issue started again. I felt I paid for nothing! I dont mind paying if the issue is repaired. Now he wants me to leave the vehicle there all day to diagnose the problem? well why didnt they do that in the first place!! Not very happy nor do I TRUST THEM NOW!!

Fast friendly service and know what they are talking about. They tell you what they suggest you get, and if you cant afford it they try to work with what you can. But they try to help you get your vehicle running perfectly again.

By far the best car shop Ive ever seen! When we first started coming to them we had some dispute with a body shop and they actually called them to argue our case. Theyve consistently gone above and beyond in not just fixing our vehicles but in consulting us on upcoming issues while being honest about how long those things can be put off. Weve never felt like we were being upsold.When weve been strapped for cash, theyve consistently attacked issues by presenting multiple solutions by showing us what it would take to patch the issue (and how long it would last) and what it would take fully fix it. When possible theyve put in extra time trying to find the best deal on parts they need.If you live in the north Austin/round Rock/Pflugerville area this is the shop to take your car. Period.

While travelling thru the area, Our A/C went out in our vehicle. Just had the AC Compressor replaced 3 weeks ago!! But anyway passing thru AC quit working and we are frying in the car even while driving with the windows down.. Anyway we were recommended to this place by another Franchise Store and anyway .. They got our car in quickly and assured me they would check it out before doing any major repairs.. Granted we are travelling so our budget is limited... So anyway he said worse case scenario he would only charge us $350 to replace the compressor but Thank God (Prayers Answered) It was a simple fix and they had me fixed and in Cold Air in 30 minutes and he only charged me $30... So I cannot remember the guys name but he was such a blessing to us in a desperate time of need and so I would recommend them in a time of need or even local people need to check them out!! Thank You...

This guy is a crook. Told my wife she needed water pump changed for the same water pump he had changed less than 9 months ago. when confronted with the facts, he said the heater hose to the car was bad and would need to be changed. Charged $180.00 to replace hose but did not change any hose. Complete lack of customer service tact. Be ware customers. This guy ripped me off for long . charging for services and parts not performed. watch out. you are warned!!!!

I recently had my 2002 Subaru Outback serviced for several things, leaks everywhere, squeaks all over the place, and it was smoking everytime I turned it on. When I got the car back I cranked it up and I thought it was a new car. It will now throw you back in your seat, just a fantastic job all around. I recommend this shop because they always do a great job!!
