Today I came in to get some gifts for teachers and really appreciated all the help I received. An employee was quick to help with a basket, attention to detail with candles and soaps and the lady at the register wrapped everything so pretty for me. Thank you so much!

Lots of scented products to choose from, was sceptical about finding products there for men, but found a good selection, colognes, lotions body sprays, body washes. I didnt find a scent I was looking for, but I found something worth trying. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The workers were rude and inattentive. I called to ask a question and got hung up on. I then had to drive across town to ask in person about a product. They were just as rude in person as they were on the phone and they didn’t even have the product I was looking for. That was the point of me calling in the first place 🙄the store was messy and the floor was sticky. Just go to a different bath and body works. The Round Rock location is much better.

There were only a few people in the store - no long lines and social distancing.

This store just opened up and it is beautiful inside! They have a room just for their candles and home scents! Their employees are all friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Stop by! You wont be disappointed!

They need to update their store hours online. Showed up twice when “they’re open” just to have them say they’re closed when I get here.
