The store was out of everything and also very messy with merchandise all ovet the floor looked like opened packaging with missing content went back next day and it was much better@

I give them a 5 for the huge improvement in this location. I used to work for Dollar General and stocking those stores and cleaning up the toy aisle is an open to close nightmare.They are also very personable. Thanks!

They used to be okay. But everyday they are making their own rules. Some would love and welcome people use their coupons but the next day another cashier wont let you. I hate the manager named PETER! He wont let you use your coupon or would just take one. Seriously? No wonder why my friends and neighbors doesnt want to shop in this particular store. I was the only one because it is the nearest DG to us. I have given up to this store and wont come back anymore! But I do want to commend the young white boy working their in the afternoon. I didnt get his name but he is so warm, doing his job with passion and will always make you feel welcome.

I was super excited to find some home goods items at this store. The manager was great and helped me with a picture that was damaged but salvageable. Thank you!!

So far its ok for me, since i dont live near a family dollar that is a little more reasonable, i have to shop here. DG prices are on the higher side but you gotta make it work, but at least the staff are very friendly and very helpful, this is why i dont mind spending money here but its at a limit. Store is clean and well organized.

The location in pflugerville needs some serious help. I have been coming here for year but now I travel an extra 5 miles to a different location. Please give this location more attention. They line is very long with only one register open. 3 employees and 30 customers with one register checking out. Shelves half stocked. Employees are not customer friendly at all.

Wish they had a better selection like Family Dollar

It was a mess. Understaffed. Employee complaining that she hadnt peed all day... multiple times... very loudly so we all knew for sure how much she needed to pee. No type of order to the way things are put on the shelves. Stocking pallets blocking already tiny aisles. So cluttered. Couldnt avoid bumping into other shoppers maneuvering around stuff. I never like giving bad reviews but this was a bit much yall. I asked if there were tacks/push pins in the store and her response was, This isnt a convenience store. All the teachers came and bought everything when school started... Um... okay. What does one have to do with the other and its been like 3 or 4 months since school started. How was that in any way helpful? Ive been in quite few Dollar Generals. Its been a few years, so this one was the first one Ive entered in a long while. Ill pick the one a bit further out next time I guess. But geez guys. Cmon.

This is a smaller older Dollar General set back off the street on Pecan Street in Pflugerville. I was looking for tissue paper for some Christmas presents last minute stuff you know! They had a small but varied selection of tissue paper for gift bags and the prices were absolutely right on a dollar to a dollar fifty. They are easy to see from the road. This is a nice neat clean convenient Quick Stop Dollar Store.

Love this place!! Staff are awesome! Sometimes it gets super busy so theres a line but they are quick to get a second cashier. :)

Well stocked shopped with wide variety of stuff for your home use. The shop stores items beyond beyond a dollar price, its important for you to check out the price tag before picking the items. Its good to note to that theres a huge difference between dollar general store and dollar tree shop. In dollar tree shop with full green tree logo sells every item on display $1 dollar same items you could see in dollar general for a higher price but generally dollar shop prices are cheaper than typical stores out there

Its a decent run store, better than any other Dollar General in Austin, seems like its managed well, sometimes I gotta wait for a clerk or get their attention to check me out, but its not like they are slacking off, they are working on their store. Had a few clerks that where rude or didnt want to give me a plastic bag, but they to have gotten weeded out. Overall a good store to shop in.

Super friendly young lady in braids and a great smile working the register. Meant it when she asked if we found everything ok. Also, she addressed me as well as my young daughter. Fridge along west wall pretty low on drinks but otherwise store well stocked. Again, the friendly service with a great smile felt good. Especially in light of the fact that good C-Service is lacking in many places these days.

It is poorly organized. I was on the hunt for batteries, as i had heard they were a great value, not true. HEB is cheaper on batteries and most of the brand name goods i would consider buying.

No matter what time of day it is I can usually get in and out. It doesnt matter how many items I get either. Everyone always speaks and says welcome which is a huge plus. Dollar General has always been my go to store. Im starting to see them get more items for 1.00 as well. This has been and probably will always be my favorite little store.

Better options than their competition.

Staff gossiped as she received the merchandise for the day. Speaking very rudely about her customer and how they spend there money in her store. I thought the idea was to bring ppl into the store not talk about them for spending with the company much less gossiping. She also made comments regarding the costumes oder and their children. It was cringing to listen to and I shouldnt of been subject to it. This was at noon and there was plenty that she could of productively been doing.

Coupons are great, but only offer $5.00 of but it exclude certain product on the total purchase. Dollars sold are dollars sold, shouldnt make a difference. They make a profit on every thing sold. Why are they selling product that is considered not acceptable for total sales amount????

Needs to be managed better. We stepped in for 1 item and it took 20 minutes to check out. Staff very unprofessional and manager acted as if they couldnt hear her employee yelling her name for the 7th time. I simply stuck it out to see how it all goes down...

Really had good experiences at this store. Im a regular customer 3yrs+ Ive seen employees come and go. Here recently went in normal night near closing and had the worst experience ever. Ms. Denise was very rude and dismissive to my concerns as a customer, when I asked the other employee Ms. Barbara for assist she did what she wanted to do which was unethical as well. The following morning went in with the hopes of resolving things because Ms. Crystal manages the business and she familiar with me. Ms. Crystal is also rude with no people skills, for her to be in position she has no patience for resolving things she very defensive which displays through her staff as well. Ms. Crystal refused to give me Corporate number I had to call police to meditate the situation. They made a honest mistake which could have been easily resolve but escalated to something else. People make mistakes all the time as customers and employees but its not ok to have a nasty attitude. An as regular customer that behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances I was able to get Corporate number and I will follow up

Customer services have gotten better I raised it from a one star. If they paid thier slaves/employees better I think they would be willing to work more enthusiastic for them. Theyre rate of pay is for the birds I have a client that works at one...over worked and underplayed...and you wonder why no ones at the register all the time or takes forever to checkout customers.. and cashier not trained good enough to be left alone without mgr assistance that takes five min for them to come help with two registers one checker a d a piled up line by the time help arrived... they need more employee ratio to customer frequency and helping them to not over work them...we like to be happy to buy.. its picking up but yall really need four people on the floor at all times. Two on the floor...(stocking/inventory intake/pricing front and facing and organizing/checking dates on expired refrigerator items and shelf life daily rotations do a sweep and log it in FIFO order)...cashiers need to look like they didnt just roll out of bed, and nicely put together and modesty is the key. It pps up morale...you can tell the MGR..is exhausted allll the time, and does her job but it can be a bit excessive work load to train effective employees and stick the floor too? And help customers with one cashier...its a bit much what do you think dollar general??! Pay them more at least 15hr. I bet the stores upkeep and stocking would be on point...and do four part timers and two full timers so the energy levels will stay up n things stay stocked....

Great local store... I found some hair products and household items I had been looking for in other store at this store.

Pretty messy and onl6had 1 of what I was looking for when website said they had plenty. Cashier was so slow and tried yelling for help to someone in the back who never came. At another Dollar Gen6the employees had headphones on or listening to music high volume from cellphones so maybe the pers6was plugged up. 🤷‍♀️

Each stores service is dependents on its personnel.This store does not have produce,and is usually poorly stocked and has price discrepancies.. Quicker than Walmart and HEB
