Went to the store during open hours and it was closed and locked. Dont waste your time coming here. Go to a different Sallys.
I called this store to see if they had a certain hair product I was looking for and the lady that picked up the phone was really kind and informative. When I went to pick it out in person, she was really nice and helpful. I didn’t get her name, but she had black hair and glasses.. Thanks again!
Its smaller but neatly and tasteful done,the girls very helpful of what I was looking for.

The sales Lady had clocked out, but still helped me and another customer.
Went to this location over the weekend. Bought a pair of clipper blades due to my clippers falling to the floor and the blades breaking. Well I bought a new pair at this location. Got home, screwed them onto my clippers and tested them out by cutting a patch of hair on my arm. The new blades pulled and matted my hair instead of cutting it. Took them off and screwed them on a couple of times to make sure it wasnt a installation issue. ... Same results.Took them back... And thats when the experience took a turn for the worse. My interaction with the store Manager was horrible. She was cold, contentious, and passive aggressive. I was basically told all sales are final (wasnt mentioned at time of sale), and that there were no refunds ( I wanted an exchange). Called customer service and was basically told it was my responsibility to deal with the manufacturer to resolve. Now Im out of the money I spent and Im stuck with a pair of defective blades. Until l contact, pay to send, and wait possibly weeks for new blades.Sallys will no longer get my business, and Im telling all my friends about my experience.Thanks for nothing Sallys Beauty Supply.
Great customer service between 5-6 on a FRIDAY!! I got all that i needed because a rep named” Linda”(?) (black hair wears glasses)She was a really great help for me. “Linda” found the exact items I needed from a description and was patient. Helped me out a lot : ) they were out of a lot of things esp on a Friday : /Didn’t planned on spending that much but it was great deal/sale so win win

All the time I buy from sally beauty and when I buy clippers or anything they give me 2 months Warranty, today I bought clipper and I don’t like it so after 7 hours I going to them they told me we don’t accept refund anything from July!!! I told them why you don’t tell me that, she said you can read the receipts!!! I don’t buy anything from Sally beauty more and I’m very sad because I lost my money now
Courteous and helpful staff at this location. I asked for a specific product and lady got it for me. Even though I decided not to purchase this product, I asked about a product for twistouts and the lady recommended another product she uses herself, which I ultimately brought and its a good price and more bang for my buck.
Worst customer service I ever had on this store, the cashier super rude and makes customers super uncomfortable. I don’t think I will comeback
This place really sucks... They never have managers on duty. The receipt says one thing and they obviously dont follow their own rules. Do not recommend to anyone. Go elsewhere but this location.
A really nice Sallys, clean, bright, well stocked. There employees were really great, even considering we went in right at closing (Im so so sorry yall) out of this entire area Id say this is the nicest around.
I always have the absolute worst experience at this Sallys. The staff is extremely rude, and would not even let me sign up for a Sallys card of my own. Never again.

Called today to inquire about my discount as a cosmetology student. Spoke to an associate named Cynthia who said I would not be eligible for my discount unless I show my financial aid paperwork to them. I informed her that it is private and confidential and that they are not allowed to require that, she refused to assist me and in turn offered their corporate office contact info, when I called to complain the # was wrong so I called Cynthia back and she gave me a similar # that again didnt work- she insists that is the number they use to contact corporate, well thats a lie too because I called another Sallys location and they said my permit is sufficient to get the discount and that the corporate # was different then what was provided. So in the end I called Cynthia back and told her the correct number to their corporate so she can give it to customers when they ask :) In the end Id say go somewhere else the employees here are incompetent liars.

I just got off the phone with them. I asked if they have a certain product. Before I even gave the name of said product, the woman on the phone said No. Seriously?!
Only one employee worked the entire store while the other 2 sat in the back room. Employee was clearly new and did not know anything about what I needed. Got the products I needed but service was not good.
