Extremely friendly and professional crew! Called in Monday after spilling a jar of coin down my back seat and being unable to retrieve it all. The team removed the back seat, and even dug out the coins without any complaints and didn’t even laugh at me which was impressive because the situation was ridiculous!Appreciate you guys!

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for the entire day and did nothing. When I came in to pick up the vehicle they blamed another employee for everything. No communication and very unorganized. They had my paperwork mixed with another customer and had no clue what I needed done or why I brought my vehicle in for. Dont even get me started on the loaner and all of its issue. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

Excellent experience! My car acted up and was able to drop it off short notice, get a loaner vehicle, and have the car repaired in about 24 hrs. Really liked the way the service was handled from a quick drop off of the car thru communication about the needed repairs (the video from the shop floor showing diagnostic results especially) to easy pick up of my fixed vehicle. Top notch, would definitely recommend.

I called this place because my air conditioner in my car stopped working. I took my car in the same day, turns out, it had other things on it that needed fixing. That is what I love about this place, they take their time and inspect your vehicle, and fix everything that is needed. The price is a little steep, but it is worth it because of everything they do. If you want your vehicle fixed and running right, I do recommend luxury auto.

I took my Volvo to Luxury Auto Works for the first time after visiting their website and reading reviews. I was looking for an alternative to the dealership, which is where I have always taken my car in the past (for over ten years). My experience at LAW was fantastic! Patrick, Chris, and everyone who assisted me were incredibly professional, responsive, and customer service oriented. My car needed some major repairs (new rack and pinion, new CV joints, and AC work), and the LAW team did a great job in completing them. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to order/receive the new parts and finish the work. My Volvo drives like new! Ill definitely be a LAW customer going forward.

I 100% recommend anyone with a luxury vehicle to ditch the dealer and give these guys a shot. I brought my Mercedes Benz in to Work on A very big engine job that the dealer was trying to over charge me on, (also trying to add in other parts that never needed to be replaced). Luxury auto works did a phenomenal job of figuring out what my exact symptoms on my vehicle were by going into detail, as far as allowing me to speak to a tech and explain exactly what I had been experiencing. Luxury auto works had the answer and resolution to every question/problem that I brought them. They were very detailed with everything I needed to know as a customer, allowing me to rest assured that my car was being left in great hands. And assured that I was spending my money wisely.

I worked with Patrick on the repair of my 2017 Mercedes AMG - replacing a tail light and break pad replacements. Their shop is very nice - clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area. I really appreciated that Patrick was ready for me with all the paperwork when I came in (we had emailed each other prior to me coming in and I had made an appointment). I was in and out of there with my Mercedes loaner car (it was a little older car, but it ran great) in 5 minutes! He kept me informed on when my car would be ready, and when I picked up the car, it was ready for me, repaired and even washed. Their pricing seems to be very fair/competitive. I will definitely use Luxury Auto Works for any other future car repairs. My car looks great and runs perfectly. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service, friendly staff, nice looking location. They kept me informed and gave regular updates. They were very honest about what needed to be done and what wasnt needed immediately. They also helped to try to find more affordable options for parts. I was provided a nice loaner car while mine was being worked on. They washed and vacuumed my car when I got it back also. We will be back when we require their services again.

Dont usually leave reviews but i wanted to say how well this place treated me. Normal shop was all booked and i had to get my car worked on quick so i could commute to work. I was surprised how nice the facility was and how quick Patrick was to drop what he was doing to get me helped quick. My car needed to be left there overnight, but they were able to give me a loaner to use for free so i could make it to work the next day! Safe to say these guys are now my go-tos. Thanks again Patrick.

Luxury Auto Works is the best! I had the worst experience at a highly yelp rated repair shop that had my car for 90 days and $5.5k later the car was still leaking oil! I took my car to Luxury Auto Works and they fixed my car in 2 weeks! No leaks! Shuttle service was provided. Everyone was excellent! I will be bringing my vehicles for repair here. Excellent service, I took my X5 for an inspection snce the dashboard was not working. Patrick and his staff were very professional about inspecting the overall condition of the vehicle.After finding a few issues with the vehicle they contacted my warranty company and worked out all of the possible payouts and paperwork to get my car fixed. I use to go to the one in Cedar Park but the distance made it inconvenient . Thank Goodness for the one in Pflugerville. Frankie (my Rover) had some unexpected issues pop up and they got her together. She is now driving beautifully and I am rolling again. Patrick was a great help, professional and stayed in constant communication with me. Also, they have great loaner cars which is a A++ in my book.

Quick and efficient service. I appreciate the clean surroundings and this companys dedication to customer comfort by providing a loaner vehicle as my car was being repaired. I was pleasantly surprised they washed and vacuumed my car, and returned it looking as though it had been detailed. Nice! The only thing that unnerved me was not being addressed by my name. Every customer deserves to be respected as a professional courtesy. I felt uncomfortable with Patrick repeatedly addressing me as girl (even after I corrected him.) Other than that, my experience at Luxury Auto Works was a positive one. Thanks for a job well done.

First off let me start by saying I rarely write reviews unless the service is amazing... and the service (and ambience) here was awesome from the time I handed over the my baby blue BMW 3 series to the time I drove off. Clean, professional and honest sums up my experience. Honestly felt like I was at the BMW dealership in all the good ways and NONE of the bad. Just wish they sold shirts with that cool logo!

My experience was far better than I expected! We had been holding off on getting repairs done for fear of the cost! We were given a quote which was much less than expected. The work was completed quickly and we are very satisfied with the entire process. We were also given a loaner for the couple of days. We will most likely use them again in the future for all of our vehicles.

I very seriously could not recommend this place less. For a diagnostic, apparently there is a two hour limit and after that they will charge you again for the diagnosis. My $430 three hour diagnosis took 4 days to complete, and when I was emailed the diagnosis I called two other repair shops who said that should have been less than an hour diagnostic exam. Then, the quote for the part repair was $200 upcharge over the part if I were to call the dealership and ask for it myself as well as coming out to about $200 per hour of labor. Go literally anywhere else. Do not waste your time or your money coming here.

Fantastic service and communication throughout a challenging situation I brought them. I asked them to upgrade parts instead of replace and work with a specific parts vendor that ended up being more of a challenge than we anticipated. Despite the fact the timeline/scope were well beyond originally planned, Chris & team kept me in a loaner the entire time and only charged what they originally estimated.

Ive been a long time customer of a Lexus dealer for servicing my car. I needed just to get a headlight bulb replaced, and couldnt get an appointment for a week, and was told walk in service takes 3 - 4 hours. Id seen an ad for Luxury Auto Works and thought Id give them a call. Im sooooooo glad I did! They made sure they had the part in stock and were more than happy to let me just come on over when it was convenient for me. The waiting area is comfy, they have drinks and snacks, and a window into the repair area so you see what was going on. I learned they also have a loaner car program, so there is no reason to ever visit the dealer for service. Im coming back to Luxury Auto Works!

I took in my 2016 Jaguar XF and my wifes 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport for scheduled maintenance service. Patrick, our service manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what services we needed, and what was recommended. We are new to owning European cars, so it is nice to go to a place where they specialize in these kind of vehicles, since the average quick lube would not be able to service them properly. The location is much more convenient than the dealership. They provide a lot of extra services, such as a porter to take you back home or to the office while your car is being worked on, or a loaner vehicle if it will take longer. They even replaced a piece of trim on my wifes Land Rover with no hassle, after it came off in the car wash service they contract with (Mister Car Wash). The manager was very apologetic and made what could of been bad experience into a good one. Overall, I feel like our cars are well taken care of here, and that the job will be done right. It is nice to have that peace of mind.

Very expensive to get anything done here. I took my Z3 early last year to get a window repaired. I paid 700+ bucks for this job. This was after turning in an invite brochure for $100.00. Will never go back even for oil change.

I dont enjoy writing negative reviews but theyre lucky thats all Im doing and not reporting them to the BBB.I came in because I replaced my tires so I wanted to get an alignment.(Note: My car is my baby and has only gone to the dealership once for maintenance. All other maintenance and upgrades have been through my mechanic brother or myself)I keep a binder full of all my invoices from parts purchased/installed, maintenance done, and any other documentation involving my car.After moving out of state and away from my mechanic, Ive had a hard time trying to find a place I can trust, especially being a woman.I found a place that looked promising (not luxury) but unfortunately, they didnt have the proper equipment to accommodate my car. That shop only recommended luxury auto works because it was down the street from where they were.I spoke with Patrick and we scheduled an appointment.Fast forward, I came in for my appt, everything seemed to go smoothly. At the end when I was checking out I asked for a print out of the alignment so I can add it to my binder. Patrick told me no one ever asks for that but hell go to the back and get it. He returned empty handed saying the equipment and printer were having some communication issues and it was not able to print. He told me he would email it to me when it go fixed.After a couple days of not hearing from him, I emailed him saying that it doesnt have to be a print out, Id be fine with a screen shot or even a phone picture of the screen.Silence...A week goes by and I havent heard anything. I email again asking for him to please email me on the status of my paperwork.After 2 weeks of silence I finally recieved an email stating that they were able to get the computer and printer working together but my vehicle history was lost. If I wanted a print out of the alignment I would have to come in again.I wrote back saying,I dont have the time to go back for another alignment. Its also pointless because you would just print what its at right now. It wouldnt have the before and after to make sure an alignment was even necessary. This all seems a little odd and at this point its questionable as to if an alignment was even done. How do I know if I was provided a service when you cant provide the proof? I would like to request either a refund or the proof of service.He forwarded it to the area service manager, Justin, who then wrote back saying he guarantees the service was done and he would not give a refund. So, I requested to go to the Cedar Park location. When I arrived, all I told them was that the Pflugerville location couldnt print out my report and I was told that I could get it from them. I didnt say anything else.First question they ask me after putting my car on the rack, Did they even do the alignment? They showed me the alignment numbers and all the numbers were off.Cedar park ended up actually doing the alignment and I have nothing but great things to say. Everything they did was what a good shop should do.So now Im curious, when Justin guaranteed the service was done, what was that guarantee based on? How am I supposed to trust this shop and feel confident that they are doing what theyre supposed to?
