Well, while standing in line at 7975 w. Peoria, I called corporate manager was down helping people self checkout. Only 2 cashiers open. 20 or more people in line waiting to be checked out. Walmart does not seem to care about elderly shoppers. Our eyes, body and joints dont work as well as they did years ago. We need help, in little ways. We dont need a job. Please keep real live people to check out the elderly quickly not till our cold things start melting and spoil while you wait in line.

Its clean. And some of the staff r personable. The guy in gardening was very helpful. But we went back to electronics... oh boy. Had to wait 15 minutes to get one of those popper things for back of phone. Evn tho there were 3 people working, 2 disappeared. Before we could tell her we needed headphones too, she ran off. So we waited another 15 minutes found a guy to help. We never did find gardening gloves... not in gardening section, or hardware (where we sent by gardening). We did find some things on clearance we just had to have... HUGE SELECTION!

Store is just fine and clean. Its the employees that are hit or miss mostly miss. Its like they know you want to ask them a question so they dont make eye contact and run the other way. But their are a few that are very helpful. This location whoever did lie to me about their return policy. Once again I think it was the person more then the business but it is all in the training, right?

Has Everything I need at a great price. I just bought some Stars Wars Chip clips and I really like them. Good clothes at great price as well. Groceries at an excellent price.

What? The store has five star reviews? I doubt their honesty and validity. Just try to catch somebody wearing a blue vest. Curbside pick up is a very bad joke. And for more fun, you can go stand in the customer service line for an hour. Let’s talk about their.com! It’s the absolute worst. I’m finished with it and I’ll never go back. I tried adding the app To my phone hoping that it would work better but it is actually worse. The question is how much can you personally tolerate to save money? The answer for me is absolutely no more. I just can’t. Goodbye Walmart and I hope you get what you deserve.

I was in there looking for something for and hour, and no one noticed me, or asked me for help...but I like how the store was clean...

I exclusively use pickup and delivery right now. I think they use door dashers for delivery and I often do not get all the groceries I ordered and paid for. The items are not out of stock, or substituted, they are just missing from my order! I rarely have this problem with pickup, in fact, with pickup I often get items I did not order. Lol! Check yo bags, peeps!

Woman at pharmacy was not helpful at all. I got back in line and Vicente took very good. This was about getting a covid vaccination of all things. I have immunity problems so I really didnt want to go through the line again. Please let Vicente know what a great job he did.

Couldnt get down the aisles with out saying excuse me a million times. 8 people with carts down 1 aisle is ridiculous. People are so rude!!! We found 1 worker to help us who was super helpful but the other 3 just said they couldnt help us because it wasnt there department. We did self checkout and double ran our potatoe chips and put our service light on for help and waited for over 10 minutes for the 3 men to help us who plain out ignored us so just paid for it with out getting it. Just sucks!!!

Walmart had exactly what I was looking for. Food, kitchen supplies, Birthday Cards, ICE CREAM 🍨🍦soda, everything that I need to keep me Happy.

All you have to do is ask and they will show you where its at.

It’s a great place to get whatever you need but there’s usually way to many people and honestly can be overwhelming and hard to find parking unless you go far far down the aisles.

The guys in the tire department are awesome. I had a blown tire on the freeway the week before and was driving on my spare just blew. They found me a good deal for two tires and took and put my old tire on my spare. When I get the money to replace the other two I will come here. Its refreshing to be treated with good customer service. Thanks walmart!

I love this Walmart they have fruity pebbles with marshmallow the generic kind in a giant bag we are addicted to this cereal and go thru tons of it every week my wife likes the womens underwear section and I am waiting for the spicy fried chicken to come back in the buckets!!art by sicko 2021

Picked up group home food order. A Very polite lady loaded my car with the food. We ordered online makes it faster and easier.

Be prepared for a walk because the parking lot is always full, but the store is great, it may be busy at times with shoppers, buy always quick check outs and customer service is fast and no lines!

I have called this store from kansas city many many many times, day and night, morning, afternoon and evening to talk to the pickup department. They Never Answer Their Phones. I have to bully other departments into getting them on the phone. And they never solved the problem. The resolution the person who finally took my call didnt work when the pickup person arrived. So when calling back.. guess what? They never answer their phones. If Walmart wants to compete with Amazon, theyd better improve customer service. Amazon has that way over Walmart. I try my best never to use Walmart. Hate it every time I have to. Customer Service for online shopping is unbelievably absent.

Good most of the time. Girl who signed me up for Sprint phone service seemed helpful BUT she totally screwed me up after buying 2 new phones and paying for month to month service I got a bill for contract services. What should have been 2 lines for 65 bucks per month ended up 160 bucks! Thats RAW Sprint!!!

I came for an oil change which was done in a fairly timely fashion. However because of the pandemic there is no place to sit while you wait. This was somewhat inconvenient for me as an older person with bad knees. The woman working the auto center was very nice & professional though.

Guaranteed to be a frustrating shopping experience, missing half of the items that go together. They will sell SSD drives but they dont sell any USB 3.0 cords, they sell lighters but not butane, the list goes on. Also good luck getting to anything in the locked case within 30 minutes, because no employees are going to unlock them for you. Inconvenience comes first. Its not like they treat their employees fairly either. An all around bad place

This is a very busy Walmart. The parking lot was full in the middle of the day and it was hard to find a spot. Once we were inside though, the place was well organized and clean. This Walmart had several specialty shops inside including a hair and nail salon. It also had a McDonald’s - just in case you needed some salty french fries while you shopped! The self checkout lines were very short and it made it easy to bag our items and go. I appreciated the clear signage in the store that made it easy to find the food items we were looking for.

Great deals found a lots of clearance items starting from $0.50 to $10 their sandals for women were a dollar and many children shoes as well on sale. They have two clearance aisles check for.

Went in to gave two new tires put on rims and it took only 45 minutes. That was nice and prompt and the service was also above and beyond

This is my favorite Walmart on the west side of the Phoenix valley. This Walmart is very nice and clean looking and always well stocked. I love that they have large self-checkout registers with plenty of space if you have a full card of groceries and you want to check out yourself.

It was pretty well stocked I was there around 7 or 8 pm theyre were quite a bit of ppl there but so packed u couldnt turn around every thing I went for plus some way there to buy that was in my list there was a register open as we walked up so no waiting in line to pay and scan and pay and out

The employees are a bit rude the guys who greets at night kicked me out for bringing my one pound service pig. I returned to the store to then see a young man walking his puppy no vest? The greeter just happen to be walking behind me at the time and J said I thought NO animals were allowed inside. He proceeded to tell me that puppy was a certified service dog?

This is one of my favorite Walmarts bc its always very clean and I can always get what I want without having to go to another one the customer service is good as well !!!

I made a pickup order yesterday. When I got home I was very disappointed to see a mess to sort thru in my trunk, moldy produce and a leaking bottle of nail polish remover. I know that whoever did this to me would not appreciate the same treatment. Hopefully this post helps employees to be more mindful and customers to proceed with caution. Curbside pickup becomes less convenient when avoidable issues occur.

I did pickup for some basic supplies before we went on a trip, and the lady who delivered them to my car was super friendly. It was so easy to just pull up and everything in my order was just right.

Great! I was visiting from Oregon and very pleased at the store offerings and amount of available staff. Also, wonderful NEW electric scooters to use!!! Very helpful!!

Best place to get groceries and everything you need.

The self checkout lanes there are very spacious and have long benches for you to put your items and food on which makes it much more convenient for those two bulk shopping but I don’t want to wait in line for a cashier

I dont normally spend time at Wall mart. But the watch repair counter was top notch. Ask for Rita, she was great, super friendly and knew her stuff . Did the the whole repair for me for free . Cant beat that.

This store is always busy so best to go early in the day, even though some shelves are not stocked. I do like it because they have every category of retail goods you might want at competitive prices. The biggest drawback for me is the lack of open cashiers and increasing self check outs. A large order is too difficult for the average consumer to self check out. I wonder if that is the direction they are going?

This specific Walmart is always clean but when groceries are ordered online, they dont always give you what you want. They dont even contact you to see if you want to swap for something else, they just go ahead and swap your items, usallyforthe most expensive they have, even if its something you dont want

It took a long time to get help but I understand because they were short staffed I found everything that I needed for a reasonable price

I go to Walmart for specific items, and I always leave with extra stuff. Impulsive shopping. This walmart, I dont like that the associates dont acknowledge customers, and they are too busy to truly assist customers. I needed help to find items the associates point me in direction and I still couldnt find what I was looking for. Then I always make a point to browse the clearance aisle. And I went to next aisle to price a blower and nothing in the garden had prices. Including a large bean bag chair, that the cashier and other associates were to busy to check price. That stopped me from buying it. Plus most everything I go to walmart for, is usually always out of stock. Walmart has become so concerned about making money and cutting corners, and literally screwing over their associates, they forgot thier original core values that made them money to begin with. So there is no reason for me to go to walmart anymore. The only good thing about this walmart is its usually clean and there has always been carts available. And that could just be customers are tired of it, so less carts being used. I really dont have anything good to say about any Walmart. They made me feel unappreciated and not important to their business. I was a loyal customer, obviously they cant be loyal back and dont care about customers or their own associates. Its like they brought slavery back for their associates and enforce no communication with customers, work harder and faster slave. Customers dont disturb the slaves. They will be punished.Thats how Walmart makes me feel.

Its a wildly raucous intersection in suburban Phoenix/Glendale. You can encounter any number of interesting occurrences here, most requiring the intervention of authorities. The staff is usually friendly. They have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked because it is a very large and very busy store, but, its also a good place to find new and deeply discounted promo items! Definitely worth a visit....just be careful to lock your doors and drive defensively in the lot...otherwise, once youre in the store, its all good...just quite busy.

This is my to go place. mostly for the craft items. I can spend hours here just browsing

Better than some of the other Walmarts.

The store was clean and well organized. Before we go to another Walmart, we have always hit this one first because the lowest sales tax surrounding Phoenix area ( I believe 8.1 %) and pretty close to our home. If we couldnt find things we were looking for, then we will hit the next lowest sales tax stores which is Phoenix. Thats how we saved money from sales tax. It wont much but will added up eventually.

Sandy Carrillo is the nicest employee Ive ever dealt with there. She was in the self checkout area. I noticed she caught a dishonest customer(lying thief) that was up to no good. Anyway, she handled it like a boss. Anyway, each time Ive seen her shes always helpful and an excellent representative of Walmart.

For a walmart its what youd expect. They could stand to improve on the cleaning slightly or stocking usable hand sanitizer but other than that no complaints about them.

Note: Self-checkout has problems processing Chase Freedom debit cards. Second time recently this has happened. The associates apparently know about this but don’t mention it before you make multiple attempts to complete your transaction by both inserting and swiping your card. They will “suspend” the order then assist you at customer service, but that doesn’t help when you are pressed for time. Also, apparently the associates in one department are not willing to assist a customer in another department an aisle away, so friendly customer service definitely needs an improvement here. Positive note: the store is a little cleaner than most others in the area.

This store is really understaffed. Good luck getting someone to help you find something. If you are fortunate enough to find an employee, the shelves are ALWAYS empty. On multiple occasions Ive looked online for an item and it said it was in stock only to get there and and be disappointed. I am no longer shopping at this location. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a better staffed and stocked walmart.

Constantly has registers shutdown/only accepting card due a different reason every day

I love a trip to Walmart for any reason and I understand that items run out and get restocked or replaced by something else every day. However, lately this location has been sporting an increasing number of sparse and empty shelves for several weeks. Im frustrated by their inability to keep up with otter pop/freezer pop demand during the heat of the summer. Several freezer products, cleaning products, breads, office supplies, as well as pet supplies have all been completely out of stock not just during one visit but over the course of several spaced out trips. I easily found and purchased those things from other sources like Safeway and Amazon but I would have preferred to just knock it all off my list during one visit to Walmart.To add to my frustration, we went to this location the weekend before school was to reconvene on Wednesday and they had a next to nothing amount of school supplies. The few items that were out on the shelves had been ransacked and nothing was in the right spot so knowing prices of anything was not possible without first scanning each thing at one of their price scanners. We ended up not even finding nearly half of the supplies the kids needed. Last year, they were better prepared and kept things stocked and employees were good about putting products back in their spots when misplaced or moved or returned by customers.

Grocery items are usually well stocked.Many name brands have been replaced by Walmarts generic line of products.Some are ok others not so much. Best overall value on food items than any other local store. (Except perhaps Costco)

Very rarely do I get in and out so fluidly, without any delay whatsoever. I go often and I can say that this Walmart is really getting their groove on! Im not sure if they have hired more folks, or if it is simply better folks working there. Kudos to the management team for all the beautifully stocked and zoned areas. Great job Peoria Walmart. I go there all the time during the day on weekdays so it isnt so crowded ~ I shop at Walmart all the time because they carry groceries, hardware and clothes ~ Its a one stop shopping ~ I like that !

Service gets to you at decent time,especially when its busy. Also self checkout made it very quick in and out.

I just love how the old white lady in self check out left where she was to come behind me. The only person of color checking out. It made me feel sooooo comfortable. It was almost as if “nobody” else would steal

Decently clean location. Mostly stocked well. Clearance section isnt great. Parking lot can be somewhat congested but even when the store is busy there is the ability to social distance.

This still is well stocked, organized and cleaner than other supercenters in the surrounding area. GOOD JOB !!

I had the worst experience when dealing with the bakery. My mother went into the store and picked out a cake for my 3 sons upcoming birthday party that they offer in their book of designs. She gave them a couple weeks’ notice on what date and time we needed the cake for. She picked out a gamer cake. It had reds, greens, blues, yellows on it like a checkered board around the border, a game handle (which is where the printer was needed) and my kids name all in different colors.My husband arrived at Walmart the day of the birthday party to pick up the cake an hour before the party started. He called me on the phone to tell me that they told him their printer was down so they could not print out the picture to put on the cake and the lady at the bakery pulled out a plain white sheet cake. There was nothing on the cake! My mother did not receive a phone call to let her know the printer was not working, was not asked about other options…NOTHING! My husband asked why didn’t they tell us before coming to pick it up right before the party was starting? He was told she wanted to wait until we got there to see what we wanted to do. That is not how it works! As soon as they knew they ran into an issue they should have went to another store to print it out or call us to let us know. So, the end results were putting a light blue trim around a white cake and writing happy birthday with my 3 kids names. Told them how to spell the names and she still ended up spelling my oldest sons name wrong on the cake. I have never had something like this happen before. The whole situation was terrible all around. We could have just grabbed a cake that was already made that they have on display to take and write the names on the cake ourselves. It would have looked way better. This will be a disappointment my kids will always remember from their birthday party. They were told what the cake was going to look like and were presented with that. Word of advice, call and check in with them to make sure they can still make your cake the week of otherwise you may end up with a cake that looks like a 2 year old put it together.

This particular store was busy at the time of my visit but look clean and well organized. The only issue from this store stopping a 5 star grade was some of the associates working in the food aisles decided to bring full pallets onto the floor and into the aisles causes more than a few traffic James it was around 5:30pm Not a good time for that they have carts they are supposed to use. So the management not doing their job gives the store 4 stars.

The usual crowd blocking the aisles with their carts BB while they be talk on their no phones. Its a no shame that in they have no more cashiersHalf the customers have no idea what theyre in doing which makes the wait to see check out even longer

I bought a coffee creamer and it had gone bad in store. When I got home and was ready to use it the next morning, clumps came out instead of liquid. This is not the first time it has happened to me, its happened with milk, multiple yogurt products, and now the coffee creamer. Im very frustrated with these past events Ive been encountering. Walmart needs to make sure refrigerated items are well kept at all times!
