This Target is very clean and organized every time I go. The employees are also extremely friendly and helpful. Their is always a new variety of products at great prices. They have a great section of beauty, clothing and electronics. They are also always well stocked. Their groceries are also always fresh, and they have great fresh fruits.

Asking questions over the phone is a joke, employee at this location is to lazy to find answers. Claims target has no idea whats in stock or expected to show up on the trucks but Ive seen them check their scanners to find out if they are at least expecting something to come in. Just said we have no way of knowing and then when I asked if she can check she hung up on me. What happen to good customer service?

This Target is consistently one of the best Ive ever been in. The staff is great very courteous and friendly and the store itself is always clean and well organized. Everyone that works there is always willing to help out and always gives you a sincere hello and goodbye. Great selection and tons of variety for everything you need. Careful going in for just one thing though youll end up spending all your money, haha.

Really like this Target. It is clean, large and they have a great electronics section compared to other Targets.Their grocery section also had a lot better fruit then the ones I have seen in LA.

Normally customer service is pretty decent. There was a salad that said “best if used by” and the date was today. I’ve had the manager or checkout person give me half off or another sort of discount but today was something else. It’s frustrating when I come in one day and they tell me one thing and then it is something different today. Also they say they have things in stock online but when I get to the store it’s not in stock. So annoying

I picked up an online order here; great Target location. Signage in the store was clear and the pickup location was conveniently next to the front entrance. Staff were kind and made the process quick and easy.

Ridiculously hot in this store. I’ve never sweated in a major store before just from shopping. An employee said that the store is setting the air conditioning temperature high to help with the environment or some other garbage excuse. I’m all for helping the environment but it was extremely uncomfortable. It was 114 degrees outside when we were there, and it felt nicer outside! I feel very sorry for employees having to endure this every day. This is otherwise your usual Target store but I’ve docked 3 stars for the temperature.

I Love Target and I Love this store specifically. Its always clean and well organized. The employees are professional, friendly and always happy to provide great customer service. They maintain Covid-19 protocols which I greatly appreciate! I always see employees disinfecting carts and other things. I actually feel safe walking in here, masked up. The ambience is nice and welcoming. Starbucks being in the store is a bonus. They also keep everything clean, sanitized and looking sharp. Definitely recommend this Target!

Its a lovely store to walk into. Everyone there is so pleasant and friendly. The merchandise is always neat and appealing looking, especially in the food areas. I love to just walk around and see whats in the freezers while I try to pick something appetizing for dinner - so much to choose from! And on the way out I can browse all the kitchen items to see what I dont have in my home!

LOVE this Target! Always enough cashiers and they are all fast, friendly and professional. The isles are always kept clean and restocking is better than most chain stores. Guests are usually always clean and not wearing pajamas or slippers.

I was politely greeted by almost every single team member throughout my visit. Even those walking by with carts full of merchandise to stock asked me if I was finding everything okay or if they could help. The store is so clean and organized. And this target has always had clean bathrooms. The cashier was fantastic! Very friendly, not overbearing at all, and quick. This store is managed very well, and has some of the most competent employees of any similar store I’ve shopped in!

The way we were treated when my kids came in to purchase product.My kids purchased Pokemon cards and the cashier named Anise told my kids about the 2 item limit per person. Both my kids purchased 2 each. After the transaction the cashier Anise looked at both receipts after the purchase they didnt understand why she checked it after the purchase. You can look at the camera and double check this action on how my kids were treated.They told me that I can come in and purchase 2 because that was the limit. When I came to the register where they left the product the cashier Anise said I cannot purchased the product since my kids bought 2 each. I asked to talk to the manager and a man named Matt came up and told us that there was a limit per household and we can no longer buy anymore I asked why I cannot purchase the product and Matt again said there is a limit.Matt said we can no longer come back to purchase anymore cards. I asked for the corporate contact no. Anise pointed to go to customer service. I asked the person at the desk the names and phone number and she gave it to us.we were on our way out and Anise sarcastically said have a great night and I said yes we will. My son overheard Matt saying wow she sure is sassy. What happened to customer service? Is this discrimination because we are asians? When I asked who the district manager is the answer I got was Paul. So I did my research I found the VP of Target Michael Fiddelke.

You would think that when you spend $700 on items that the employees would act happy when you shop there but no, they act inconvenienced that your items are large and they have to go through the extra effort of finding the barcode and scanning them. I have a solution. I just wont shop here again. See? Now everybody wins.

The floors werent that clean. The items werent put at pleasing eyes. We came here to checked a few items that we are intending to buy when they put them on sale.The clothing area was a mess. The one that actually look nice was the electronic department. All other items were over-priced, the fruits look old and the groceries department arent well-kept.We dont recommend to buy fresh items here because they arent as good as if you buy at the store stores such as Trader Joes or the Hispanics stores.

ERWIN (or Edwin, I couldn’t hear the name very well) deserves a raise! By far the best target team member I’ve ever seen. While he was being harassed by a “Karen” over Starbucks cups. He remained professional & kind. He did his job well & made sure it wasn’t complete chaos when the Starbucks opened to sell the cups. I felt so bad for what he had to deal with as he’s just doing what he’s told. Erwin is the man & definitely deserves to be recognized.

Found everything and more that I needed.Wish they had more cashiers. The line for self checkout was very long.

I hadnt been to this location in a while and I decided to come on black Friday. It was clean, organized and not chaotic at all. And Id especially like to point out that every single employee I dealt with was incredibly nice and helpful. No grouches here. Especially the young man that helped me with lights and the super friendly guy pulling carts in the parking lot wishing everyone a happy holiday. It was wonderful. Keep up the good work!

Let me tell y’all. This target is amazing. MOST importantly the Starbucks is top tier. Management if you’re seeing this, Sierra the barista is so kind and polite. I forgot the other girls names :( but they’re amazing. I ordered a tea and I kid you not I walked over to pick up and they already had it ready by the time I got there. AGAIN, they ARE SO NICE. You go girls !

Social distancing is observed and masks are worn by all employees and almost all customers here. Very clean store with helpful and kind employees, they will help you find what you need. Only downside is that it can get extremely busy at this location, be prepared to wait in long lines before checking out!

Mary G at checkout is always very rude when I come in. Today she was even worse. Every other employee I have ever come into contact with is very sweet and helpful. But Mary is always very rude and has an attitude.

The person at customer service was rude. The lady said she could help me and then without saying anything to me, left the counter to go outside. I then stood there for 10 minutes waiting! There was no communication. When she got back, she still did not even apologize or explain herself. However, this target is cleaner and more organized than others I have been to.

Quality and variety of items at an affordable price. Red card is a bonus with extra 5% and perk of coupons in app. App is very easy to use and navigate. Store is always clean. And bonus of Starbucks located inside because no one can ever leave Target with just the one thing they are looking for :)

Cell phone service did everything riight

Double check your order. We received baby formula through their drive up service that was expired almost 3 months prior. Thats unacceptable. Id understand a few days or even weeks but 3 months? I wonder how many other people have bought the expired formula if its still on the shelves 3 months later

Target seems to be keeping up with cleanliness in stores and with carts and providing hand sanitizer for guests where other stores are tired of all the extra precautions and are very lax on cleaning or even making sure guests are wearing masks.

Love this Target but really have grown to dislike people. the lack of care that anybody shopping in the store has for the safety of others is ridiculous.Wear your mask. Keep your distance. Wash your hands. Its not that difficult to stop spreading germs 😷

First of all, love Target. Love when they have deal like buy 4 get a $5 gift card. Today I look at Target cartwheel and saw a 65% off clearance item and 50% off on cartwheel, was excited to go to the Peoria North, AZ to get it. Got there, pick up Vaseline Lotion, only have 3 left (buy 4 to get $5 gift card) ask 1 of the employee to see if they have any more, check and told me that all they have. That was a bummer. Got the clearance foundations but when check the price, scan as full price so decided to buy online and pick up in store but it say in store only (no line option). So I decided to go to check out to ask, show the cashier the advertise on my phone, so she call the manger. The manger tell me that is online price then I tell her that it say in store only there were no option to purchase online, so sh e tell me that I can either use my cartwheel to take the 50% from the regular price or she will do me a favor to change the price to the clearance price online. To me, when she say that she will do me a favor to change the price to match that advertise but to me, it should be same price as advertise not have to go to the store and asking the store manger to do me a favor then have one customer behind criticizing me for not appreciate what the manger is doing for me. I have never been embarrassed in a store in my life before, this is the first. I was so mad! Will never go to that store or any Target anymore. Have Target credit card,plan to cut it off.

Robby at this location went above and beyond to give me the most amazing customer service that Ive ever received at a Target! Robby is a diamond in the rough. The store and corporate need to be aware of this amazing employee and promote this powerhouse! Total Management material!

I dont like shopping at Target when I am unable to squeeze through the isles with a scooter and most of the women customers are not friendly especially the Gen X females, rude and condescending. It isnt really their fault because when you remodeled you unintelligibly and intentionally narrow the isles for one cart or scooter to go through. So I wanted to try out the shopping and pickup, it was fast and waiting for me to pick up within the allotted time. Thanks.

The people at the customer service desk were nice but seemed quite disorganized or inexperienced. I had 2 separate online orders. I got emails that they were ready, went in and they said they couldn’t find one order. It was a high back booster seat so it was in a really big box...While others searched for the booster, girl at the counter looked and said she saw my other order but it wasn’t complete so she didn’t give me the items that were ready. Just said I would have to come back when the other item came in from that order. I was like, sure, whatever.After a few minutes, someone discovered the booster in the back of customer service area and brought it out. After taking it out to the car, I get two emails saying that both orders have been picked up. I immediately called the desk and asked about it and she again seemed confused and “had no idea how that happened”. she said she would note it in my account. Haven’t had the chance to go back up there and when I called no one answered so as of yet, is still unresolved…

They have the stuff I was looking for... unless it’s GiJoe stuff...

I love Target. Its not a bad store. The people are pretty friendly and you can ask anyone anything... the problem I always have though is the bathrooms are disgusting. There is never any toilet paper or paper towels and its smells like sewer when you walk into the parking lot but on the positive note... everything at the store is great.

There hasn’t been one bad experience with this target and I’m so grateful for that!I’ve dealt with the store pick up and returns etcAnd every employee had been so nice and sweet and had gone out of their way to help me.Today took the cake when I hadTo return my sons backpack a week into schools starting the thing was falling apart horribly and I didn’t have the receipt and I was sure my husband used cash for it. We had just got done paying cremation and funeral expenses for our baby who was born sleeping so this was another exapense we couldn’t afford,I was so afraid I wouldn’t of been able to pay for another backpack, however with the help of the manager I was given a store credit purchase another one! They don’t understand how much this meant so I had to put it out there! Thank you Target for always being awesome.

If you appreciate customer service, do not come to this location. I came here with my grandmother because she wanted to do some shopping. The employees were all gloomy, which gave the whole store a weird vibe. Which wasnt terrible, just uncomfortable. And then we went to the pizza hut express. The male cashier was so overly fake-enthused that it came off as obnoxious, and the woman was just plain rude. She seemed super irritated, and when she had to call my order twice she repeated it with a seething attitude. Im deaf in my left ear and wear a hearing aid. I obviously have hearing problems. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. I would rather drive 50 miles out of the way to a target where people will at least have the decency to be polite than go to this location ever again.

Went there today and experienced rude employees. I will probably not be going back to Target for a while now because of the rude employees they have working for them.

Went for a pixel 3 as there is advertised $150 gift card with activation until 10/20. I was told they dont have any and dont expect any until black Friday. So I ask about the promotion and was told it was pretty much BS I said thats not right and the target rep said hey I just work here. Not the customer experience I expected at Target.

I waited about 10 minutes to make a prepaid pickup because one and then two employees got involved with another customer who was trying to do something on his cell phone. Finally another employee came up to help with with my less than one minute pickup that I waited 10 minutes for. When I left the other two employees were still fooling around with the customers cell phone.

I had lost my prescription eye glasses & Target employees found them for me & held them till I got there. All so nice & helpful !

I ordered 8 items and 5 were listed as unavailable. The person at the pickup desk said it wasnt her job to make sure all the items I ordered were there. She said Thats a whole other team, so I said Can you please bring someone out whos part of that team and I can point out to them Im missing five items that are actually available? She brought someone out but since they had just started their shift so they were not involved in my order. They offered to go back and look but the app wasnt working. These items were things like paper towels, Febreze spray, a lint roller, and a shower sponge. After paying for my order I went back through the store, found every item, and purchased all of the items myself. When asked by the cashier if I had found everything I needed, I explained the situation and he suggested I write a review online. What started out as a very relaxing experience, to be able to go into Target assuming everything was ready to go, turned into a very frustrating experience. I do not believe that the first employee I encountered took any ownership of the situation, nor do the people actually processing my order! Its amazing how someone coud do only half their job and they and the people they work with think its okay.

Unhappy experience 6/20/2019. No customer service. to many employees doing nothing with only two cashiers open and lines behind both and a manager walking to and fro doing nothing about it.A sad experience for what has always been a great store.

Quick, easy and convenient. Ordered our items in the Target app during lunch and it was ready for pickup when we finished. We parked in the designated area and our order was brought out to us.

The store is way too packed and not very well organized. That was 2 years ago now i came back and its amazing! Everything is nice and neat. The stations have changed and looks so modern! Will definitely come back!

The cashier that rang me up was so upbeat and went above my expectations. They put a handle on my big package of toilet paper. They actually cared enough to attach the taped handle. First time, Ive ever seen one. Very thoughtful.

My son received a paw patrol ultimate rescue fire truck for his 5th birthday. We took it to the store to exchange it for a different paw patrol toy due to my son already having that truck. My co-workers did not include a receipt. Target tried to say that the toy was 17.99 and that is what the could give for no receipt returns because they use the lowest price it has ever been. This same truck is still on sale in thier store and online for 59.99. So because of that policy they are screwing customers out of money. If we did not know the price and accepted that price. $42 dollars of my co workers money would be kept by this multi billion dollar company for no reason. When talking to an assistant manager he said that is all they can do and totally blew me off and said I could talk to the store manager but he wouldnt be back for over a week. Make sure you tell everyone to keep receipts or get gift receipt or you will lose money. Thankfully my co worker found the receipt but thought others should know what this company is pulling.

I dig this target. Its a nice place to shop and has a good selection as far as targets go.The parking lot is always jamming but if you park on the west side of the building you can grab afternoon shade.There is a Starbucks inside this target that is solid.The food court is standard fair.I have been coming here for 2-3 years and cannot think of one bad customer service experience.

The store is usually pretty clean and well stocked, but its a pain shopping there. No matter how busy the store is, I almost never see more than two or three checkout lanes open (there are like 15 lanes, if I recall), even during the holiday season. It takes longer to check out than to actually do the shopping, more often than not.I would recommend avoiding the grocery area as much as possible, especially when buying perishable foods. I have found expired milk and yogurt a few times now.I would suggest not shopping here, if it could be avoided.

I really like this target esp since the remodel. I am bummed they took out the target snacks, whats target without its popcorn haha. But i feel like they have empty shelves. Like there Halloween section is just so small. Not very good selection esp for adults. But ither then that this targets man section is amazing. I myself think its great that they did this, for men to have selection of products and my husband loves that there is so much beard care available to him now.I really like the beauty section too. Its alot more open and i feel you are able to see more product
