When you walk in, sales people look at you and go about their business. Nobody says hi, good morning or anything. On the sales tag on the motorcycle, it says come in and talk to our friendly sales staff. Theyre going to have to hire some friendly sales people first or educate the ones they have.

I purchased my first new Harley from Walter Brothers last July. Two weeks ago I had a problem with it that was indeed my fault. I gave them a call and explained what had happened.The only question was, where is it? I told them. Later that same day showed up picked it up took it to the shop and fixed it. This is the best part NO CHARGE!!IHave a safe ride. couldnt believe it. What a great place. I will be back for another. Thanks again.

Love my 2011 Ultra Limted CVO BOUGHT TODAY. VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE THAT I RECIEVED. BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A detailer to clean bike at time of service but when I come back they will make it right.

Recently did an unexpected deal here. They ordered a fair price for their bike, low retail for my trade (better than trade / wholesale), did what I asked to be completed, gave a discount on parts, and financing was 2 points better than my credit union.Im not sure these folks realize theyre a Harley Dealer, because they sure as heck dont act like one. Incredibly fair dealing. Will be looking to them again for future purchases even though theyre 75 miles from me.

Love the selection of womens clothing. Today we actually had problems with the bike too and even though it was almost closing time, they were willing to stay late to put a new tire on so we could travel safely. Good people!

My travels started in Georgia & along the way to California I had an issue with my 20016 street glide in which I couldnt ride it. I called Walter brothers Harley Davidson and explained my issue to Justin in service. He was very helpful & extremely nice, he sent a truck & trailer to pick me up. The guy that picked me up was very nice as well. Once back at the dealership Justin made the process easy & quick, they got to work on my bike and I was back on the road in no time.Thanks so much for helping me in my time of need.This service team is awesome

I like to change my own oil but my Bloomington, IL HD shop closed this summer. I called to confirm they had what I needed to do oil change myself before I drove 45 minutes. They had everything in stock. The parts guy was very friendly and informed me that HD recommended I change transmission lubricant each time I change oil. (My old dealer was fantastic but never let me know this.) After purchasing oil, filter, transmission lubricant, and seal, I stopped in the service shop where the service manager took time to explain and show me on another 1200 how to change transmission lubricant. Since it was my first time in this store, I also took the time to walk through the rest of the store where a couple of ladies welcomed me and gave me great information about childrens Stacyc electric bikes(my boys will love these.) The museum is awesome! They have some of the coolest antique motorcycles you will every see. I highly recommend this HD shop.

Selection of women’s apparel is pretty good. The salesman girl not real friendly. When I asked for help looking for the vintage tees, she said I don’t know what your looking for. Checking out same unfriendly. Won’t stop next year, we will stop at a different dealership on our trip.

Visit this location frequently wiether its for maintenance on my bike or I want to buy something pretty for her.Staff is always professional yet fun. Parts manager Clayton is always very helpful. I love that they participate with the community and have customer appreciation events. Always a good time.

I was surprised that this H-D dealer did not offer a military discount. This is the only one of many that I have visited that doesnt. Nothing special here and the staff just okay. No welcome or getting at all. I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere.

My wife and i have spent alot of money in here over the yesrs,new bikes and much more,no more they are one way,went to return a shirt that didnt fit and now its on sale so wont refund price i paid, we are done with them

Excellent customer service wanted cut off sleeveless T-shirts and they didnt have them out yet and the young lady went back and found some for me and brought some out for me to look at really appreciated that and thought it was very nice of her to take the time to do that for me so just want to say Thank you for the out standing customer service you guys rock!!

I have bought 4 bikes from Walter Brothers since 2005, I have nothing but good to say about the dealership. They have always treated me like family and the service has been super. Walter Brothers as a whole have gone out of there way to keep me on the road because I average about 15 to 20 thousand miles a year and I love to ride. My most resent buy was a 2014 Ultra Classic Limited. I replaced a 2008 Ultra. This new bike is a lot better in many ways starting with the ride for myself and my wife. Also because of the new twin cool High output 103 the heat on the inner thighs has all but gone away. The bike handles so much better and has more features than i care to mention. You owe it to your self to test ride one of the new 2014, what a ride.

I went in to see if they had a specific battery for my 1984 Honda Magna V65 VF1100C and they were very professional and I was helped immediately. I’ll definitely be purchasing my next bike from here, but I’ll most likely need a place to stay for a while once the wife finds out. I know it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission, so if I don’t add another review, call the police and let them know my wife might be a suspect.

Recently we met with friends to go on a ride. One of our friends called and said he had stopped for gas and his motorcycle would not start. He called Walters Brothers and they sent a truck out to pick him up. Forty-five minutes later we were on the road, and they didnt even charge a towing fee. Great, fast, friendly service. Definitely one of the best dealerships I have been in.

This place is filled with wonderful employees, and you won’t leave disappointed. However, Stan is truly a pleasure, and so knowledgeable. Buy a bike, or just a shirt, find some biker friends, and you will have the best buddy ol pals.

Coming back from Sturgis August 2019 stator went out on Friends bike the guys at Walter Brothers took the bike at 5 quitting time and worked on the bike that evening and we were rolling by 9 the next morning they were a huge help thanks Walter Brothers for helping out my brother

Emergency stop for me needed a new seat for my road glide very accommodating

I liked they had plenty of used Road Glides, found one I liked . Walked back to the showroom and started talking to older sells men about it. He asked if I would be trading in something. I told him what I have, saying it depends on what your willing to give me for my bike . He walked away only to go sit on the bench and pick at his nails. Didnt say another word to me. My wife asked me whats up and she wasnt happy. I guess if ignoring someone is your way of selling a 24k bike . Good luck . By the reviews and friends I thought I would of had a better experience

I have nothing but good things to say about Walters Brothers Harley Davidson. Ive read bad reviews from this place but all of those reviews are from the past. this place has been the best Harley dealership Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot!! The motor clothes girls are very friendly and talkative, the parts guys are nice and have helped me with stock and aftermarket parts. the service is very reliable and I wouldnt trust my bike in the hands of anyone else. Walters brothers is not the place it used to be, its so much better! anyone looking to go here, you wont be disappointed! the Walters brothers staff have really stepped it up and changed for the better!

Everything I wanted!!!

On my way to Sturgis Id stopped here and got a shirt and a pair of transition riding glasses, which are awesome. Then, I was on my way back to Indiana from Sturgis and needed some oil. It was a Sunday and they were closed. One of the owners(thats in charge of the service dept) was there and came out in the parking lot and asked if I needed anything. I explained I just stopped to get some oil. Even though they were closed he still welcomed me inside and got me my oil and even asked me to stay for lunch. How many other places would be so helpful... Thanks for the help.
