I am very disappointed in my experience this time. I live over 30 minutes away from the dealership and i have 3 children, i had hit a curb after the dealership having my car for a week they had fixed what the parts on front right end....they didnt not remove any of the tires to see if anything else was wrong or to see if the alignment was 100% they were okay with the alignment being a little off then they gave me the car back. I took it back the next day and they had it another week to fix everything else. I am so disappointed that i had to throw a fit for the dealership to do their job and fix it correctly. It shouldnt have been like that

I went to the service department because my service engine light was on. They wanted $3400 to replace the exhaust manifold and the O2 sensor, which they said may not be able to be reused. I went to an exhaust shop and he replaced my manifold and said to wait to see if the sensor needed it and check the prices online. The dealer said the O2 sensor cost $792 for the part. Mitsubishis website had the same part for $524. Seriously. And I may not need to replace it even. And the shop charged me $1400 to do the manifold and the dealer was going to charge me over $2300 just for that. As you might expect, I will not be going back to them in the future.

Easiest car buying experience weve ever had. Kyle was great at showing us the cars and when David Fries took over to help us with pricing he was fair, intelligent, and very honest to us. Mike Miller even came up and introduced himself to us. From start to finish we were at the dealership for about 3 hours. We took a lunch break in the middle of it which they didnt mind at all. Cant say enough about our experience and we will be buying again from Mike Miller!

Last year when I purchased my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, the salesman Randy A. made the process such an easy and enjoyable one! It was my first time in 42 years ever being able to buy a new car and Randy made me feel so comfortable and important. Since then I have returned for oil changes and the technicians have been so accommodating and understanding of my busy schedule! Once I saw I had a nail in my tire, of course as I PARKED my car for work and called Mike Miller in a panic. They said “come on in anytime today and just drive in the service garage” I drove there as soon as I could and in a matter of 10 minutes my tire was nail free and the cost was free! Wow! Always get exceptional service

This car buying trip was very pleasent. We bought the vehicle desired at a reasonable price. I will be going back for future vehicle purchases.

The only issue I encountered was they forgot to reset my miles to service in my car, which I am going to call to see if I can bring it in to get that reset. Other than that I have had nothing but positive experiences!
