Do NOT buy a car here! Within 3 days, my car was nearly out of freon. One shop said the compressor was leaking and I needed a new one. Auto House insisted I had to bring it to them to fix it, except they didnt. They added more freon to put a bandaid on the problem. Just over a year later, its leaking again and another shop said the same thing...new compressor. Since the warranty is now expired, Auto House wont fix it. Had to buy a new compressor that they should have replaced. Ive heard from others with the same issues. Dont buy from them!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought my van in August 2019, took it back a week after I got it because the air was no longer blowing cold and they said they checked it and there were no issues. The put free on in it and then the weather got cooler so we didn’t need it. This was my family car that I used to pick my kids up from school, go to the grocery ect. Didn’t drive it more than with in a 10 mile radius. In March 2020 we had to start using the air again and low and behold it wasn’t blowing cold. The quarantine started and we stayed home and used my our other car to make grocery runs. We just took the van in to get fixed and 12 major issues came up. Auto house said they changed the fluids and that was a lie, there was a leak in the ac line, they lied about that, said the tires were new and they werent. Turns out the basically sold me a polished piece of poop (putting it nicely). Don’t buy your car here. They are money hungry and dishonest.

Precision Fleet has been absolutely the easiest car buying experience Ive had. I routinely purchase cars for my company and dread the process. I found a car online at Precision Fleet and called to confirm the car was still available. When I showed up, it was actually still there. (Not always the case with other dealers). Danny made the process about as painless as it could possibly be. I drove the car, set up the deal and left. I came back the next day and spent about 15 minutes doing paperwork and was out the door with our new ride. Probably less than an hour total. Terrible experience. I dont know if its because Im selling my car to them rather than buying from them, but Ive received horrible service. I was promised a check by a certain date, this after they said they would overnight a POA to my dad since he had co-signed for the vehicle Im selling them. A few days later I find out that my dad has not received it, when I call Auto House they tell me that it wasnt overnighted, it was placed in regular mail. I told them I wanted to file a formal complaint with the manager, Michelle from reception told me that the manager would give me a call the next morning since she wasnt in the office. Two days go by and I dont get a call form the manager, I call reception one more time, and I tell Michelle that Im still waiting for the managers call. She doesnt offer to put her on the phone but rather says that she doesnt know why Dann (the gentlemen that I was working with) promised me they would overnight the POA because they never overnight those things they only send them regular mail. Bad experience so far, again, i dont know if its because Im selling to them rather than buying from them, but I have to say that after this I wouldnt want to buy from them either (I was considering buying from them a few months down the road).

I stopped by yesterday to see what they have in their inventory. i was very impressed by their indoor showroom. It felt like i was in full control, no pushy sales personal...unlike one would see at other car dealerships where sales people are chasing you in the lot.I appreciate the young man Jacob who was one of their sales consultants. He showed me all the vehicles i was interested in at mt ease and pace. i appreciate his mannerisms. He was extremely polite, kind and courteous. This makes me want to do business with them. Kudos to Jacob S.!

Auto House sold a black chrysler 300 to me on May 8, 2018, I thought I had a great experience and a great vehicle BUT discovered that the vehicle had been damaged in an accident and not reported. The car had been fixed cosmetically but has a cracked engine block, cracked radiator, and needs $12K in repairs. I did purchase a wrap warranty as the car only had 10K miles on it, the warranty is invalid because of outside influence on the damages. I reached out and spoke with Brandy in service, she stated the GM would call me and I have yet to hear from the GM. I thought this was a reputable business and they would do the right thing, unfortunately I am wrong and they have made no effort to remedy this situation. I would beware of purchasing a vehicle from Auto House, I would definitely have the vehicle thoroughly checked out. I paid cash for this car and I am devastated.
