I worked with sales manager Josh and salesman Chandler. Both were professional and upfront about everything. They worked out a deal that was right for me on a truck I absolutely love. Finance manager Michael was great and had me in and out of paper work in 30 minutes. Give Peoria Ford a chance on your next vehicle, you will leave happy like I did.

They have a full sized Bronco that they arent selling so they have one to test drive. None of the dealerships have any in inventory due to the chip shortage. I drove it its a cool A55 truck!Ive used the service dept. Here they seemed to have tried to give me fair prices on my service, and they beat Discount for price on a set of BFG K2s. The service writer Adam said theyll do anything to show theyre going to compete with anyone on price. I feel like they did that. I would have given the dealership 5 stars but they didnt have very many vehicles to look at... Not their fault but, I still didnt get to look at the Mustang mach E, or the Raptor So they cant have a perfect rating. But so far thats the only thing I didnt like the sales person I talked with (Tracy) was chill I asked her if she had worked for Ford for a long time she said she had been there 11 years, I could tell she was knowledgeable, I liked her a lot because she wasnt overzealous she was a true professional. I have much respect for that.

I bought a 2016 BMW 428i from Peoria Ford. There were some issues and they had me bring it back for service. Even though its a 50 mile round trip i took it back.they kept it overnight, they did rented me a car for the day. I went over the issues with the sales manager and he said everything would be taken care of. When I picked it up the next day The main issue was not taken care of. Every time you turn on ignition a warning light comes out,(SERVICE DUE SINCE 01/2021.I called my salesperson he suggested I take it back, again 50 mile round trip and work he said they would re-set it. I told him that issue was not to re-set but to look into why it keeps turning on. He then suggested I take it to a BMW Dealer and have it checked out. Of course on my personal time, not theirs!!!I took into Chapman BMW, They were very helpful and looked into the issue and turned out the fluid to the brake system needed service.Imagine that they release a car to me that needs service on something so important, BRAKING SYSTEM. My salesperson kept assuring me that the car had a complete going over. I really regret buying this vehicle from Peoria Ford, I should have just stuck to a BMW dealer where at least they know their vehicles. Buyer Beware, make sure you go over every detail if buy a used car from PEORIA FORD.

Initially, my experience with their company started really great. The sales man I worked with, Darius, was very helpful with making sure everything went smoothly since I was buying my car from out of state. I went down there to pick it up and I was told they would mail me back the paper work for my car, which they never did and wound up being an issue for when i went to get the car registered. Once I realized this I called their office 5 or 6 times over three hours truing to speak with their finance office and they never once answered I left my name and number and they never called me back. I sent a text to my sales person about it and he acted as if it wasn’t even an issue to him. So fair warning if you’re going to buy a car from them they’re just looking to get your money and after you sign its basically figure it out on you own. On the bright side though, I called and spoke with the sales manager Nick and I’m so thankful he helped me in a matter of minutes. He walked right over to the finance office and had them send me copies of everything. He showed excellent customer service. Darius, take a note from your manager and finish helping your customers. The sale isn’t complete until your customers are completely satisfied and everything squared away.

Our sales person was great at helping us find the exact truck we wanted. It was like most expect when going to a dealer, hours of back and forth and negotiations. In the end we settled for what we felt was fair. It was late, on NYE, so we came back the next day to finish up. We did have an issue around the incentives offered but the customer relations director and finance director took the time to correct this issue. We did wait to leave our Ford review for that to be resolved, and would recommend customers to wait and review your documents when your head is clear from the dealership before responding to the ford review. It doesnt expire right away and there is no rush to do it same day. This way you can make sure promises made are honored before you tell Ford they are upholding the brand. We are happy with our truck and our purchase.

Now you can go on and put the truck back to work! Thank you Dawn, Cliff, and Damian for going above and beyond making sure our fleet keeps rolling !!! Two trucks in 3 days. 😌😅

I really didn’t want to have to write this review. I just wanted to enjoy the first vehicle I’ve purchased for myself in over 10 years. Instead, Peoria Ford sold me a $41,000 nightmare. Furthermore, they repeatedly refused to fix the multitude of issues I’ve had with their vehicle and they have made it clear that they are perfectly OK with screwing their customers. They have zero integrity and zero professionalism.Everything seemed fine at first. I bought a used 2012 F-150 Raptor with 52k miles, a clean carfax, and an apparently pristine interior/exterior. Within a month, I had to fix multiple LED lights, including the license plate lights, after I was pulled over by police because they went out. To this day, I am still having issues with the LED turn signals. Next, I found out that Peoria Ford had sent my title to the incorrect state, which resulted extra state licensing fees because of time elapsed. I took the vehicle to a Ford dealership in San Diego because the truck had developed a loud engine squeaking noise after less than three months of ownership. I hoped it was something benign like a loose serpentine belt; however, the San Diego dealership identified an oil pan leak, a leak in the rear differential pinion seal, and an issue with the vacuum solenoid. The work cost over $1200 and they were unable to fix the issue causing the squeaking because of extensive corrosion, which the San Diego Ford tech claimed was as bad as the lifeguard vehicles that routinely work in sand and salt water that they also service. I was unaware of this issue because the rust had been painted over and was NEVER disclosed or even mentioned by Peoria Ford. The Ford tech advised that I reach back to Peoria Ford to get help fixing the issue and bluntly stated “They need to stand by this sale. They never should have sold it in this condition.”A month or two later the sunroof got stuck in the open position and required over $3000 to fix. I thought my luck couldn’t possibly get worse but then I got tapped by another vehicle while parked in a parking lot, leaving minor cosmetic damage to the truck bed/cab. My insurance refused to cover what should have been a minor repair because of pre-existing rust damage. A week or two later my cousin pointed out another unidentifiable fluid dripping from the bottom of my truck at a family reunion. That was my last straw. I had never taken the truck off road… I washed and detailed the truck with my own two hands every Saturday I had off from work… Despite the metastasizing headache and financial burden, I remained reasonable and professional, assuming that Peoria Ford would do the same. For months, I tried to negotiate with Peoria Ford and asked them to cover labor costs, if I paid for parts. I tried to get them to buy the vehicle back. I was patient and polite when I talked to Cade and Doug from Peoria Ford. They offered to get me in contact with another individual named Mike. Mike never called me. Furthermore, neither Cade nor Doug would ever initiate a call. I always had to call them in order to get any response. Today, Doug told me that the “carfax was good” and that he stood by the sale. If so, I hope future potential customers will hold him accountable.Don’t throw away your hard earned money at Peoria Ford. They’ll flash a smile and robe you blind if you let them.

If I could only give less than one star I certainly would. I purchased a used car from you and was bamboozeled into your service plan, today was my second attempt to use such plan. The service advisor informed me after driving up from Buckeye that I’d have to leave my car with you for 3 weeks to even have it looked at. Apparently, your online service appointment set me up with a service advisor that hasn’t been there in 3 weeks, so that’s why nobody informed me. Whatever! As if I could Leave my only car there for so long and only have 5 days of a “possible “ covered rental car. I get it, COVID yada yada yada. The first time you wouldn’t even look at the issues I had with my car and when I contacted my sales rep to tell him the troubles I was having, he said he’d get back to me, but he blew me off.I would never in a million years do business with Peoria Ford again. My dad has had the worst experience with this place. They kept his car for 4 months because of their faulty transmission and since the parts were on back order. That would be understandable if they met him half way with helping with a loaner or rental. Since the part was covered by his warranty they still found a way to charge him by replacing his battery without him knowing. All of a sudden it was “fixed” but after he picked it up the radio didn’t work and the car still felt as though it wasn’t shifting correctly (which he called and brought to their attention, they of course gaslighted him and said “it’s just because the parts are new”. When he brought it back they charged him for a new fuse even though it didn’t make the radio work then said it would be $900 for the radio to be fixed but get this…since the fuses were reconnect the transmission light came back on. So it seems as though they disconnected things to get the light to go off. Then after my dad checked under the hood he noticed that none of the bolts had been turned. So basically they kept the car for 4 months, charged him for a battery when the battery was fine, never offered a loaner or to help with paying for a rental, broke the radio, and made him pay for it. We were patient (extremely for 4 months) in the beginning but now we’re reaching out to corporate. Don’t get your car serviced here.

Adam, who was supposed to be ordering the parts and calling me, is never in when I call, and never calls me back. A couple of other people whos names I didnt get or cannot remember (Kody, maybe, was one of them), have taken my calls and said theyd look into it and call me back...no one ever calls back. The last time I even brought it up, when the guy (the one I think said is name was Kody with a K) said hed call me back I told him Id heard that before and he promised it wouldnt happen again. Let see where to start. Well I live in Florence. I called to see if they had a specific car and they said they had it and other vehicles. This was from a sales manager that I got confirmation from. I get there after over an hour drive and after being told to go from one person to another we get someone name Garrett. Well let me tell you that when talking to him we felt like not even welcomed. He kept talking about how expensive the car we wanted was. Then as we are taking a test drive he informs us they no longer have the car that I was wanting. Ok the car we took was not even close to what I was wanting despite wanting to leave with a car. I tried being friendly to guy and saying why we need the car and about my kids and he was not even trying to interact. Then he made some promises of how he could get me what I wanted with no problem and he could have his manager do it. Ok I was on board but before that he comes to us and hands us our keys. We said ok let do what he said. Then says hey all the sales managers are gone for the day and I would have to wait till tomorrow. What manager leaves before his staff? Anyways the only time I saw him hustle was to lead us out. Then I decided to call the dealership to see if I could talk to a sales manager and surprise there is one that was there. I was an easy sale just had to not lie to me. I will never go back and I will recommend going somewhere else. A manger did call me today but when he was calling I was signing for my new expedition at another car dealership.

He originally told us we would have gap insurance, etc. and we initialed a paper that states that but on the final contract it wasn’t included but we were still charged for it. He was very shady and wouldn’t give us the full information. If you get Michael ask for someone else immediately like Michelle or Jeff. Both of them were extremely helpful even after a heated argument over the past deal. They helped us negotiate a new deal with everything we were originally told we would have. Buying process went nice and easy. Finance lied to me about what they sold me on their so called “service contract”. Been 6 months still have no paperwork on the service contract I purchased. Called multiple times multiple people and they say I’ll call me right back let me look into it. A week goes by nothing. Every time I go down in person everyone’s conveniently busy or not there. I’m promised I will get a phone call regarding the situation and never happens. I would never recommend buying a car from this place to anyone!! Save yourself trouble and go to a place that has integrity and values their customers.(Update) 2 weeks later still haven’t heard anything from anyone.Update 11/2/21 just found out a week ago they sold me the truck with the tires unsafe for the truck one is separating apart right now. When I brought it to their attention the sales manager said well they drive fine right? There’s nothing we’re going to do for you. We have an inspection and it passed so I’m not sure who’s telling you their unsafe. So I had a conversation with their service department and he confirmed they were unsafe for my truck and when I told him the situation he said it’s above his pay grade nothing he’s going to do about it. This one tops the cake that they don’t care about the SAFETY of me or any one person that goes into their establishment.

Purchased 2 new 2017 F-150s from this dealership in May 2017. Do not fall for their preferred financing option which they say is for people with outstanding credit and is a lease-to-purchase/own option. They will give you the price per month you want to pay but add on the difference to the buy-out price at the end of the term AND also apply a money factor rather than an interest rate so if you want to refinance through a different bank in the future you are refinancing for the total remaining amount leased (which includes the money factor on payments that will no longer occur through the original lender) so you will essentially be paying DOUBLE interest by refinancing. Other option is paying out the large lump sum at the end of the term or trading in your vehicle. Jim Eagle the finance guy pitches it in a way to make you think you must refinance after 3 years and not go to the end of the lease-to-own term or else youll be paying too much for the vehicle. This program only benefits the dealership in that it essentially forces you to trade in your vehicle after a few years to avoid the double-interest with refinancing or paying the large sum at the end of the term. Oh and the bank they partner with - Bank of the West - is wholly incompetent, disorganized and just overall a nightmare to deal with. Be prepared to get notices ever few months saying they dont have a copy of your insurance coverage, etc. The advertisement on the radio stating no pressure sales is completely false. Typical car dealership with typical scams to sell you a vehicle. Jim Eagle will tell you whatever you want to hear so long as it means he secures the sale. Upside: many [expensive] lessons learned about buying new vehicles.

100% go anywhere else. They are concerned with selling vehicles rather than servicing them. They sell vehicles with mechanical and electrical issues they don’t have the support to repair your vehicle in a timely manner either. They will tell you the vehicle had an inspection and diagnostic test prior to the sale of your vehicle. The sales reps and service dept lack communication and the sales team is incompetent. I sat around waiting for a supervisor while the “boys” cracked jokes and watched sports clips. This lasted about 30 minutes. The service dept did a good job at shifting blame and vice versa. Also if you purchased a warranty with rental included-don’t expect them to pay for it. I was advised they “dont so that”. Don’t expect a return call on any issues you have. Kade never called me back and I had to call Doug. I was let know by the customer relations reps these are not new issues and is a constant struggle for this location. She also advised I call Ford for the rental. But when I called they advised I had rental in my warranty purchase. I paid 4K to be told I can’t use it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble. Currently looking into legal options with the consumer protection act at this point or having to invoke the warranty clause to have them take the vehicle back. Again, would not recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE OR REPAIRS AT PEORIA FORD. Feb of 2021 took truck in because the crankcase ventilation system code came on. Problem fixed paying about $170. Started having issues with the ac pressure and temp not staying cold and never having and ac problems before so took it right in. Mass Airflow sensor air filters and manual regen all recommended so we paid to have done. Service Advisor Logan quoted $1,200 after all said and done, an outside mechanic called for breakdown on pricing on our behalf and sure enough $300 was taken off for a misquote. Teagin was our tech,We ended up paying $902.61. Took truck home and started to blow warm after 1 hour. Also notice the clip to the mass air flow sensor was broken. Took truck back to Ford and they couldnt find a problem said to come back when it was doing it. Took truck back and they still couldnt find a problem, try suggested freon dye. Took back again a week later. Ford said it didnt have a leak but they needed to check something when truck is cold. At this time truck only blew hot only now and then or after driving over an hour. Brought truck back sep 17th. Was promised by service department that truck would be looked at and fixed by that following Tuesday. After 2 weeks and ZERO communication from Ford we decided to show up at the service department and ask what what going on with our truck. No answers and after another 4 days Logan in services says it does now have a leak and will be $3400 but still unsure if that will fix or problem. We left with out truck on Oct 4th without it being fixed only to realize the caps to the high low ac line were all missing from our truck. Austin was our tech on the September 17th visit. We also received a notice from Ford on our way home with a Recall on our truck dealing with a MIL engine light that needs to be repaired that they did not mention AT ALL. This is the same reprograming update we paid to have fixed months prior. We had zero answers in June, the week Ford had it in July and the days they had it September 3rd. Today is day 26 I have waited for answers. I have spoke to service advisor Logan, supervisor Mike supervisor Justin and called and left messages for General Manager Pat Hicky without a return call from him about the lack of service and communication.

This dealership is by far the most shady Ford dealership in town. I needed a new blower motor for my 2018 Fusion. They told me that they wouldnt be able to get me in until the 31st of August due to high volume of servicing vehicles.... was unaware of my warranty expiring until i brought my car in to be serviced on the 31st and they told me it would be $600 dollars and my warranty expired yesterday. Crazy how they could only get me in one day after it expired!! They had all my info pulled up on our phone call and decided to screw their customer. Not to mention the sneaky charges they add on during the paperwork!!! Whatever you guys do please buy from Earnhardt Ford. Trying to find someone to help me with this issue was a nightmare, transferred from shady to even shadier people. When i raised my voice over the phone due to this frustrating situation i was told. its not our problem, your warranty is expired, who is going to pay for it? I explained NO, this your issue, you guys screwed me intentionally and you need to handle this Youre telling me Peoria ford cant cover this service which definitely would cost no more than $250 considering they quoted it at $600 to make a customer happy. Because I had to get on the road for my trip!! Alex the Service advisor was very helpful and did everything she could for me. Shes not to blame for any of this! But it take over 7 hours to tint my windows. This is completely rediculous and uncalled for!!! I will never ever have any service done to my car again from Peoria Ford!!!!

I used to recommend this dealership to everyone for great customer service! This was true up until the last year or so. Now the service department has gone down the drain. I feel like I have to chase them down for an update on my car. Its ridiculous! I probably wont be returning to them again nor recommend them either.

Wife and daughter went in to look at a vehicle. Test drove it and asked them to crunch numbers. After hearing the numbers my wife said those numbers wont work. Salesman (Jason John Ostrowski) told my wife obviously you make enough to pay the $800 a month payment so who cares about the numbers she repeatedly said she didnt like the numbers and asked for her debit card and license back. He kept trying to sell her the car and she insisted she didnt like numbers. After back and forth she said let me talk to my husband can I have my license and debit card back please...he said your husband has nothing to do with this so lets make the deal. After more back and forth she gets her stuff...he slams the chair down and she walks out and he slams the door behind her screaming because she didnt like the numbers and wanted to talk with me before pulling the trigger. Completely unprofessional and a coward to do this to a woman with a child in the room. We have been on the lookout for a luxury SUV and definitely wont ever consider this place.

I havent been there in a few years, nor do I plan to go back. They had a sales lady there named Ashley. Ashley had a fake and just snotty attitude. Her manager claims he is special forces, but he was in the Air Force, and I was told a long time ago that there is only one special forces, and that was the Army. Hes just as fake as that Ashley girl. The next time I buy a vehicle, I will choose Carvana. Not telling you to listen to my opinion but these people were narcissists in my opinion. I wont go back to a dealership, especially that one.

We brought our ranger in for service and the service advisor was less than grateful. We had 2500miles but it was 6 months old. He asked why we were here and it seemed we were bothering him.All I needed was a oil change and tire Rotation. He said it may take 1.5 to 2 hours even though we had an appointment that we made 2 weeks ago. After 2 hours I had to go up to him to ask if my vehicle was ready. He looked me right in the eye and said yes it’s 2 hours so we should have it out in 5 minutes. I went to sit down and 15 minutes later I saw my ranger parked outside Adam was no where to be found. I just jumped into my vehicle and drove away. I knew there was no charge as it was the first oil change.Love the vehicle but DONOT go to PEORIA FoRD for service.

I cant say enough about our truck buying experience at Peoria Ford! As a female buyer going into a dealership is the last thing I wanted to do. But, from my initial phone call on the truck I was interested in surprising my husband with; Jeff Meinke had a kind, no pressure, no BS, and honest approach to my purchase. It was hands down the BEST buying experience I have ever had. And, as I said, I was treated with respect and felt so comfortable during the entire process! Also, my purchase for my husband was on Fathers Day and to know that Jeff was working that day and away from his young children AND willing to take care of us AND even went the extra mile to deliver the truck (to our home in Cave Creek) to help me surprise my husband was ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! Thank you Peoria Ford and Jeff Meinke for a great truck and so much more!

From sales to service you get no where with anyone, though even managers say they will get things straightened out and taken care of. Experiencing the spot delivery “scam tactic” right now as I type this. Our son was told he was approved for a vehicle last night, they called today and said they couldn’t get him approved without a co-signer or more money down. Of course they are playing on his and our emotions hoping to get more money, higher interest rate. “Oh we can get him approved, just not at the terms we agreed to last night.” They should speak to their customers more, my wife and I have leases coming due pretty soon and were thinking about both going with Ford trucks. After this experience, highly unlikely.*UPDATE* My son got approved by BMW financing but couldn’t get approved by Ford Financing? He got a lower interest rate, lower down payment and lower monthly payment. Goodbye Peoria Ford. If I could give you ZERO stars I would. Your loss.

I will now revise my score to a ZERO. The only good part about the dealership was the Salesman Juan Stewart. They promised a loan could be gotten even with my lower credit score. Took vehicle home 2 days later they informed me that the contract I signed after all paperwork was done now I needed $5000 more for a down payment. I informed them I already signed the contract. They did not honor that contract. I knew I would be a difficult person to get financed but they assured me they could. Once again the Salesman Juan Stewart was great and would recommend him to anyone with GREAT credit but iffy credit STAY away.

Been buying cars for years and this dealer has been by far the worst experience, from sales to finance to service. They do not care about you, no matter what you heard on the radio. Also, do not be fooled by their 0% interest offers, they will rob that interest money upfront off you as they pretend to give you an awesome deal. Their sleazy salesman and finance person lied about warranty coverages. In the service department you will bounce around from service rep to the other and they will all tell you different things. They lost my Ford recalled back up camera for months while it sat there for me gathering dust. They will not remind you about your required warranty due dates and thus your mpp coverage will be voided and any claim will be denied. Be assured that they WILL remind you when you need a new filter or anything else they can make money on. Horrible experience. Listen to the other 1 star reviews and go elsewhere.

I purchased a car from Peoria Ford with $5,000 worth of rodent damage to a wiring harness that they refused to fix. I contacted them shortly after purchasing the car and noticing the Wiring harness damage. I even have a time, date and location stamped picture of the engine bay where you can see the rodent damage (if you know what you’re looking for). This picture was taken before I signed any papers which means this did not happen after I purchased the car. However, when I brought it to their attention, I was told I would get a call back and never received a call. This happened multiple times and after a year of trying they told me that it was too bad, I signed for the car and they would not honor the fact that they sold a car with thousands of dollars worth of damage and I have PROOF.As a young consumer buying a car, I feel taken by this dealership. I would definitely recommend you look over the car or even take it to your mechanic to avoid an issue like this. All I was asking was for them to fix it, which is what they would have needed to do if I had caught it before I signed for the vehicle. However, I’m not a mechanic. It wasn’t my job to check the professionals work.

Whattt?? So you will have my car at least 2 weeks before you even get to my vehicle??? What are people supposed to do that don’t have anther vehicle to drive?? Hitchhike? Uber? UPDATE 2: We met with the general sales manager on Saturday. We talked for a while. My wife and I were dubious, to say the least. Over the course of that conversation, it became clear he wanted to make things right. While theres nothing to be done about the past, he wanted fix our relationship now. He then introduced us to Mack. Mack took us around the lot and we fell in love with one particular truck. That truck had only been delivered to the dealership the day before and still needed to go through detailing and whatnot. They wrote up the paperwork (NOT a lease this time) and we picked the truck up on Monday. There are a couple issues with the truck the dealership is working on for us. We are now working with Beverly W (who responds to these reviews) and she has been great too.As a side note... We loved working with Mack. He knows his stuff. And, more importantly to me, the stuff he doesnt know, he finds out. He doesnt just make up an answer the customer wants to hear. The TL;DR version: I was convinced my relationship with Peoria Ford was irreparably broken. The general sales manager, Mack, and Beverly have successfully dragged me back. Believe me, I was more or less kicking and screaming as they did. (If you read the original review below, youll get an idea of how crabby I was) I send a big THANK YOU to all three of them. Theyve managed to win us back.UPDATE 1: Surprisingly, I received a call from the general sales manager. Theyve inched their way up to the single star I had to give them. Well see how things go and Ill update again.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Like many other reviewers here, I wish zero stars was an option. We bought an F-150 three years ago from this dealership. We told them in no uncertain terms we were NOT interested in a lease. The salesperson told us they have a premiere lease option that works like a traditional purchase loan. They were emphatic about trading in or refinancing at the 3 year mark because you dont want to have to pay the fees at the end of the lease. Trade it in or refinance after three years and youll have equity built up.Fast-forward to today. Im trying to find out payoff amount on the truck so I can know what to expect when I trade it in this weekend. Talking with the bank that holds the lease, they tell me this is just a normal lease and a $20,000 residual vehicle value would be part of the payoff; wether I pay it off or a dealership does. What, the actual, F!? We certainly have equity built up. Negative equity.Bottom line, we were lied to. I have left a message for the general sales manager with no call back. No surprise. I also called the Beverly W. person that responds to these reviews. She doesnt answer and her mailbox is full. No surprise there either. If you insist on buying from this dealership, I cant recommend strongly enough to avoid their premiere lease scam. At this point, this dealership will never see another penny from me. (This truck is one of two vehicles we purchased from there. No more; unless I get a call and they do something spectacular for me on my new truck. I think we all know how likely that is. A snowball in Phoenix comes to mind.
