Worst experience ever. Spent hours waiting to sign paperwork to finalize the sale. Just to find out one week later we did not have the car we signed for. Worst part is that the car we signed for was never rained on before just to have this dealership leave it outside to be rained on. This dealership illegally provided us monthly payments just so they could add in their gap and additional fees. Do not buy from here they lie and DO NOT communicate

I purchased a 2020 Dodge ram about a year ago. Went in just recently with a flat tire asked them if they could help me out even if it was just to put the spare on for me they said I would have to wait 3 hours because I didnt have an appointment Ill be looking for another Dodge dealer. You would think after spending $50,000 on a vehicle you would get a little extra service instead of none.

Josh, the service writer was the most accommodating person I have found at a dealership. I had a major emergency with my keys. He took me in, and without an appointment got me taken care of by working me in. He IS the go-to guy at Larry Miller Dodge.

Every time that my husband and I go to this dealership. Everyone is just really nice to us. We have bought a total of 2 trucks in a few years from them and weve never had any problems. The oil changes are super easy and we dont wait forever to have it done. People are always willing to work with us. Plus everyone is really friendly. If you want to get a good deal on anything Dodge. I reached out to this company a few months ago to advise them that I went to three of their dealerships and experienced unfair deceptive treatment at all three and heard nothing back from anyone because I bought my car at a different company. But I still believe buyers should be aware. They are breaking the law with their practices. Hiding fees that cannot be explained inside the taxes and when you ask to have them explain the calculations they cannot do it and get frustrated. Profiling and advising that I cannot afford a vehicle before even discussing finance based on appearance when the vehicle I bought from another company was a better trim level. Buyer beware this company is ethically corrupt and doesnt care to respond when they are given information about practices their locations are taking.

We purchased two vehicles in 2019; one new and one used. we were told that they were associated with Costco Store which was not the truth: We purchased the extended warranty on both autos even though one was new. The used car brakes and battery went the first day we had it.Purchased the yearly oil change and tire rotation only to find out, after two tires wore down that they were not rotating them at every oil service, when we question it we were told that could only check back two weeks on camera and wanted to sell us two new tires.We went there because we heard they were a good Christian company, who supported many charities. I feel that they were not honest with us.I would never purchase another vehicle from Larry Miller dealerships.

Took my car in for servicing. Got a itemized list of what was done and the charges. Car returned to me clean.

Needed wheel studs for Ram 3500, they had what no other parts store had. A bit pricy for the studs, but when your in need, you get em while you can. Quick service, in and out in 10 min.

I cant say enough about the service department at Larry Miller Dodge! Aaron my service writer has taken care of me every visit. This is the only dealer in the Valley that I trust with my vehicles maintenance.

The service was quick. Got my oil changed, tires rotated, car washed and multipoint check done in less than 30 mins. Got a sweet deal too. The waiting area is comfortable to take a small nap and gorge on donuts, bagels and popcorns.

This dealership just lost another great customer due to perhaps being an inconvenience to a certain salesman. Talk about poor customer service skills, I was treated like a second rate citizen. The salesman clearly had no interest in helping me as evidenced by his demeanor. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. He was not friendly, was rushing, and kept going back and forth to the back to get info for me instead of inviting me sit to down in a cubicle with him, to go over numbers and details.I have been to other dealerships where I was treated very well, with kind hospitality and appreciated. I am clearly not returning to this particular LHM location.

Clean showroom and clean restrooms. We looked at two vehicles on the lot. No one came outside to ask if we needed assistance.

We purchased an oil package and it come with rotating the tires. Well they were not done. And after we inspected the tires we have a nail in one.

If I could give them a zero I would. This is not all I wanted to say but they are facts and not opinions. I sincerely believe I was sold a lemon! I have had this car for 4 months! I have had things fixed on this car like I was the original owner.  I have had a new (refurbished) engine installed due to metal shavings in the oil and the motor mounts needed to replaced on 04/20/2020. Today, I had a new alternator and tensioner belt replaced 06/23/2020. I still have to have the brakes replaced and I am watching for transmission issues! I can not believe that Larry Miller Toyota sold a car without checking it out prior to putting it on the lot for sale! Even worse that your mechanics did not do the job needed for the sales floor to sell a safe car to a family!

We did not find the vehicle we were looking for, but the staff was great. Yes, they wanted us to walk out with a vehicle, offered many great paymént options, but not what we wanted, they will keep us informed if something we want comes in, and we appreciate that. Kudos to the team!

I arrived for my appointment early (which I always do) and they took me right in. The servicing was completed in record time which was sad as I did not get to enjoy a second donut and cup of coffee. My service person, Ashley, was very efficient, very personable and got me on and out of there. Good service, great employees and at a reasonable cost.

Great place to get a new vehicle!! Or new to you. Salesman showed me exactly what I asked for did not use any of the usual salesman bully tactics, was up front and honest which is rare at dealerships. Total time spent there was just at 4.5 hrs which is pretty quick. Only one minor thing that I wasnt happy with was with the wash service they gave my brand new truck. It was 9pm and they ran it through the automatic wash which left the truck still pretty dirty. However they did rectify happily when I mentioned it they had me bring the truck back the next day which they then had their detailer hand wash and detail the vehicle. Overall the experience was awesome would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade their ride.

Larry Miller made a company that really, truly upholds Christian values of fair and honest treatment. The scheduling lady is so nice and polite and professional as well as speedy. My service adviser Mike Moore is a gem. Not on commission to make a bunch of sales on service. I have never felt pressured to get any work done, just honest advice about what it needs and what they charge - I can get it done anywhere I like. They also make it a practice to advise you BEFORE it is an urgent need so you have time to get the money and decide when and where to get the work done. The advisor I spoke with, I believe his name is Adam, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had a 7am appointment and was told that I would miss my sons 10am doctors appointment because it takes a while to complete just an oil change. I asked how we can reschedule so Ill be helped right away and he basically told me that will never happen. They have 8 7am appointments. I was also told they would possibly have to order parts since my vehicle is a Honda. Im 5 months pregnant. I cannot sit in a waiting room for 3 plus hours when I planned ahead specifically to avoid that. I left furious. Called and spoke with Nick. He was so kind and calm. He fixed the situation. Also informed me there is a parts store across the street. The wait would have been no greater than 2 hours. I will never work with that advisor again.

He contacted the warranty company and set everything up so my truck would be repaired quickly and correctly. In the meantime he offered a rental truck and offered to cover the cost if my warranty company stopped seeing that the repair would take at least a week very happy with the service and will be returning. Highly reccomend this service team

I have bought many cars in the past, but today was by far the worse customer service I’ve had. Austin flat out sucks (poor listening skills, arrogant, pushy, and condescending). I am going to buy a Toyota Highlander but not from here, no thanks.
