For dealing with the larger dealerships this was by far one of the best experiences. I met Santi when arrived at the dealership. He allowed me to go through the process smoothly and made the experience enjoyable instead of the usual pushy and bullied.The other employees checked in on me as we waited for numbers to be crunched. They knew they could make a deal happen that satisfied everyone involved and in doing so the time spent waiting was not filled with impatience. I knew they were working hard to get a deal done and when they did I signed the papers and was grateful for a pleasant experience.Definitely helped changed my view on vehicle purchasing more positive.

This is the worst dealership / service center we have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to deal with people like Josh who go back on the diagnoses of your vehicle and not take responsibility for returning your car to you with additional issues that were not there before. It is deceitful. When asking again about the original diagnoses of the car from the dealership, Josh then says that may still not rectify the issues we had with the car. But none the less, he still tells me to buy a piece for the car that they are trying to sell for $1300+ and can be found for $900 from the Infinity factory. Additionally when being transferred to the parts department and tried to speak with someone by the name of Mike/Michael, I was put on hold without warning and even hung up on. This place is unacceptable. After being frustrated about car issues and looking for help and guidance and being met with attitude and feeling like I am an inconvenience. I would recommend anyone to go to Infinity of Scottsdale over this please. There is a slight increase in labor costs but the level of service you are met with off the back and the willingness to work with you makes it well worth it. Additionally, they are currently offering 15% off labor and parts. Please think twice before going here.

My car was heard in the waiting room not only being Revved but revved excessively on 3 separate instances! For an oil change?? I will not have some lil kid get his rocks off on my car ever again. Also messed with my air suspension pre sets. Who does that!? Peoria Infiniti I guess

Have been very happy with my purchase. the only thing i didnt like was having to sit through the very long and annoying sales demo (auto repair warranty) the finance guy forces you to sit through in order to get through the fiance process. that guy is a smug lying.... just yuk.sales guy was terrific, service department called me later to schedule my free first oil change and tire rotation which i appreciated.

Unfortunately excellent service is becoming extinct I’ve been with the dealership since 2012 as time progresses service level decreases each visit, now they no longer wash ure car! after $900 in services not even a simple car wash with the protection paper mats no just repairman greasy boots all over ure already protective rubber mats and carpet, I guess it’s time to try the other locations hopefully they have a better respect of customers vehicles and when my granddaughter climbes in my suv she’s 3 she won’t have to have greasy oily hands from tech boots absolutely disgusting as business owner no one’s perfect but this is lack of care!

2 stars since I love Infinities....its my 4th InfinitiInfiniti of Peoria not so much. When I took delivery of my latest pre-owned, I was told it came with only 1 key. To make a second key was $300+ additional out of pocket. That should have been disclosed beforehand or the dealer should have provided a 2nd key with the purchase.After driving off the lot, I discovered that my newly purchased car was on empty. I didnt even have enough gas to take the short trip home.Both items are not a good look for a dealership like Infiniti of Peoria.

HORRIBLE! The service center at this dealer runs a big scam in my opinion!Took my daughters Q50 in for A/C work; drivers air blowing warmer than passengers air. Part was repaired. Thought I was done.When the service advisor came out to give me an update, he proceeds to tell me there is over $1700 of other work his mechanic recommends. His mechanics main concern was the Heater Core Hoses.Heater Core Hoses - claims its leaking - I never had any overheating issues or evidence of leaking in parking spot. On my way home from the dealership I stopped at the Gym to workout where I noticed two of my daughters tires were low so I stopped in at Discount Tire for air after my workout. While I was waiting in the long line for air, my check engine light comes on and the temperature of the engine shoots up to HOT. I had to turn the air off and heater on to cool it down. I called the dealership immediately and asked to speak to the service manager. How odd all of a sudden the problem Claimed on the mechanics report happens to occur! Also, the Heater Core is nowhere near the A/C part that was repaired.The service manager stated the mechanic probably found the repair needed during the multipoint inspection they do on all vehicles when serviced... HMMM again! If a proper multipoint inspection was done, then why did the mechanic not identify several items that would be inspected:1. low air pressure in the tires - i went to discount tire after the service to add air!2. Cabin filter needs replacement - I just replaced it the day before!3. Coolant - there was barely any in the radiator and none in the reserve.My gut told me not to visit this service dealer again because last year in August 2020, the dealer performed an oil change and neglected to secure the oil plug correctly thus when i got home all the oil in the engine drained onto my garage floor. The vehicle had to be towed back and repaired. Luckily we didnt blow the engine because of this neglect!Cabin Air Filter Replacement - I told them when i arrived I just replaced it the day before so he crossed it off. HMMMM?????The Service Manager did come out to my Apt. with a tech and replaced the coolant at no cost to me and her tech spewed some words about what happened, but at that point, I was done with them. I had the vehicle serviced elsewhere.Again, something fishy with this dealer! We will never service our Infiniti here again and have filed a complaint with Infiniti directly about our concerns.

Was in town from KC with daughter to buy a car. Worked with sales team, but didnt end up buying at this visit. Was planning to have mothers Subaru serviced and/or traded for wheelchair addition, or both.As smaller consolation, today I sent my son in from Buckeye for their simple $168 diagnostic on his G37 since his move out from KC since our sales rep kept in touch and made good effort for options with my daughters purchase with me. Service had his car up on the rack for an hour, told him his brakes were backwards (huh really?), and tried a $5K quote for exhaust work, didnt do an actual diagnostic, and after leaving the noise now is louder.Sorry Abraham, I still had your VMs and contact info in March. Wont be back in Aug for my caregiving tour due to that department and tactics.

I Showed up a week early for my appointment. I thought it was on Monday but actually it was the following Monday. Didnt phase them (at least they never showed that I just completely screwed there schedule up) They took my car in as if it were planned. The waiting area was perfect for me to get some work done. Everyone worked as a team and were extremely friendly. I cant say enough about Infiniti of Peoria, except that Ive found my new home whenever I need anything done on my car. Thanks YALL

We had such an amazing experience going to this dealership. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly and the environment was calm- unlike some dealerships that instantly make you feel anxious. We had spoke with Crystal on the phone prior to coming. She had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Unfortunately we did not purchase the vehicle we drove, but we have been communicating with Crystal who is working very hard to find the perfect vehicle for us. This is the second one I’ve owned.Oct, 2021 I just recently had my Infiniti serviced and the service department honored a coupon flyer that I had received from another Infiniti dealership. Let me start by saying this review is being provided for informative purposes only and should not be taken maliciously. I am not using names, unless the individual was a positive aspect to my experience.First and foremost, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Infiniti of Peoria, its my recommendation to deal with only Stanley Brown. While Stanley is a Salesman, he is human.All of the others are the text book definitions of car salesmen. unfortunately, when I arrived at the dealership, Stanley was not available. I was met by someone else who promptly starting treating me as a mark. Once instance was when I was asked to test drive the vehicle. I didnt feel the need as my previous car was the same model, A Q50S and didnt want to waste time if they were not willing to meet my price. In my case, while waiting, I had a dizzy spell which required me sit down for a period of time. When they demanded I test drive the car, I informed them I didnt feel safe or well enough to do so. This only prompted them to demand I drive it as part of their policy. I left immediately afterwards. Stanly called me after the fact, apologized by falling on his own sword, when he was not at fault.Finance was another debacle. There is much to layout, but will summarize it by saying I was told, it was in my best interest, to not make a down payment. I was told the money would be more useful for other investments. Enough said.All of this said, if you cannot get a hold of Stanley Brown, I highly recommend Rick Reames at Coulter Infiniti, who sold me my previous vehicle.I am proud to say that the Service Department is top notch! I serviced my previous vehicle here and as a condition of negotiations, there needed some touch up on two chips in the paint. Velma Hughes knocked this out of the park and delivered my car before the deadline she provided. She and the rest of the Service Department are simply amazing!

Pulled into the service driveway during regular business hours and found no one to assist me. I waited about 6 minutes in my car for someone to pop there head out and acknowledge that I was even there. I decided to get out of my car and enter the building through the service advisor glass doors. There was no customers in the lobby or any of the glass officess and an employee did greet me, I said I was there for a service issue on my car and to my Surprise they asked are you in that Kia? and pointed to a kia brand car parked outside. Obviouly this is the INFINITI dealership and I brought one of my many INFINITIs so it was a bit derogatory to be asked that. Perhaps just asking which car would of been more appropriate. My car was checked in for service but unfortunately they did not provide a loaner vehicle. They said they do not do loaner vehicles ..so had to UBER myself to my office. Pretty inconvenient. Either way my car service issue was resolved in a timely manner.

Overall fair. Bought preowned qx30 didnt notice until a few days later paint had damage spots that had worn past the clear coat. Dealer could not apply ZAKTEK that they sold me due to this issue. I had to repaint the hood ($800) before I could use the (expensive) ZAKTEK the dealer sold me. My fault, should have not put so much trust in the dealership and inspected more closely, and asked better questions. TBH the damage areas looked like water spots until I discovered the true nature after the sale. Live and learn. Caveat Emptor, especially with car dealerships.

Was told the serpentine belt would cost $250 including parts and labor on my 2017 q50. Went in for the service they said a few minutes for an inspection to make sure thats what it is. A few hours later I went to the office and was told the inspection just came in. Dan Rieksts the service advisor then told me that it was going to cost a little more in labor because they have to realign the belt when they put it in the car, which will cost $89 more and take another hour. I got my car back Dan robbed me off my time and hours costumer service was like going to Sears in the 80s, be careful when dealing with this guy. Theres no such thing as realign a serpentine belt.

The service department is superb! Unfortunately Thanksgiving Morning my battery in my QX80 suddenly died on me. I took it in first thing Friday morning and they replaced it, as my car was still under full warranty. I worked with Tim. My hatch and cameras also stopped working and replacing the battery didn’t fix this so he scheduled an appointment for Monday. My wife brought it in and dropped it off Monday and they gave her a loaner car. They fixed it within a few hours!!! They never gave push back and even washed it for us. The BEST customer service I’ve ever had with a dealer and I will now only buy from them once my wife decides her 2018 is too “old” 🤪. Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with!! Everything is working perfectly!

Bought a certified pre owned 2017 Infiniti QX 60 from this location in January 2021 with service included. The sales experience was terrible. They are all about lip service and making commitments they DO NOT keep. (and of course trying to upsell every single service, to which I politely declined and their whole attitude and customer service flew out the window).They financed via their bank (BBVA) but never set me up correctly. I had to call the bank multiple times to get information about the auto loan that they set up for me.Someone will call you to schedule your first appointment - 2.5 months later, I have still not received that call.I finally called them today March 29th to schedule that first service appointment before my cross-country road trip and the phone representation was very RUDE. She was almost yelling on the phone.Service is scheduled for next week and I will update this review once Ive taken the car in.

Probably better service in state, but if you want your car shipped be careful. A lot of residual oil that was causing a burning smell when I received my car. Interior wasn’t detailed well at all, under the trunk mat there was candy and receipts from Ross that I suspect could be from the GM as this vehicle was claimed to be driven by. If it’s not by him that’s worse since it means it’s from the last owner. Upon checking the burning smell, the Infiniti dealership here said the alignment was wrong, and there was also very low trans fluid. This dealership denied to pay for the trans fluid service since they claimed they did proper maintenance. If you didn’t bother detailing the interior thoroughly, how could you do the trans fluid right? I doubt this dealership is terrible for in state buyers, they probably just don’t put in much effort for cars being shipped. They also tried to claim the issues I had were because of the shipper I chose, which wasn’t the one they offered. My dealership here highly disagreed all these problems are from shipping.Other than that, the salesperson I had was cool, hopefully he wasn’t in on any of this, he knows who he is.

The Maintance department is absolutely amazing! I have owned my car now for about 6 months and have taken in for general maintenance a couple times now and I feel like family when I got in. Sandy knew me by name right when I walked in and so did pretty much everyone else. I love that their service team really focuses In on the details “with my car and I” and SANDY listened to me when I had certain things I wanted done and had a budget that I needed to adhere to. When I picked up my car I had got more work general maintenance “ plus a car wash that looked like they did a full detail” done than I expected to get done this time around and SANDY actually got it all done for a little bit less than I had budgeted for. It was a great experience! Went in to look at a specific vehicle and Crystal A. was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and was able to answer all our questions. We ended up with a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for and the price was better than we hoped for. Was originally going to purchase a Nissan Frontier, that was suppose to be available. However the other dealership (?) played games and wouldnt release it and then said they had a contract on it.Found a Nissan Murano (mini suv) with low milage and in the right price range and though Im a truck man, must say Im pleasantly surprised and impressed with it.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Infiniti of Peoria. Buying a car is stressful, but I actually had fun here. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and just, well, real. Crystal, my salesperson was fantastic. I recommend asking for her. The car I purchased was not an Infiniti, and any vehicle-specific questions I had that she didnt know off the top of her head, she didnt hesitate to find an answer. And Kenny has possibly the best personality Ive encountered in a finance person. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Went in not knowing too much of Infiniti until Mauricio which pretty much was a Infiniti encyclopedia gave me all the info I needed and sold me on the car with the test drive. Very knowledge and professional. Will definitely go back to buy the Black S hopefully

I live in East Mesa and HATE driving to Peoria for service but I do it because INIFINIT of Peoria is FABULOUS! Every time I need service they do a great job and save me money. My last visit I had trouble with the rain sensor for my wipers and asked that it be looked at during my routine service. They said they would be happy to replace it but it would be $225. Instead of replacing it, they referred me to the windshield service I had used to replace a cracked windshield. Bingo! Fixed, no charge. INFINITI could have done the work and charged me but instead they saved me time and money. Thank you, Josh! See you next time I need service.

While driving down the freeway, our vehicle suddenly lost power and eventually turned off. After some attempts to figure out the issue I just couldnt. Looked on Google and read a couple of stories about the same issue. There was a recall on the accelerator. Called the dealer and sure enough the Rep confirmed it. My wife remembered reading a letter sent to us about the recall and said that Infiniti would cover the tow to the dealer. When I spoke to the rep he wasnt sure so he asked the manager. Manager said no they do not cover the tow. I was pretty disappointed since the issue is not the customers fault. Towed the vehicle to my house ($120). Got an appointment for a week later. Not sure how but I drove the car and it took me 1 hour to make it to the dealership (12 miles). Took the car in Wednesday at 8am. Rep told me the process takes about 5 hours at most. at 4:30 pm the called and said it wouldnt be ready until the next day at noon because the part did not come in on time. My wife missed work so she could pick up the car. She called at 2pm and the vehicle was not ready. They gave her the same excuse. The part was not in. I think since I was not a paying customer (recall) they put our vehicle on the back burner to take the cash in hand customers. Its Friday and we just got the vehicle. It cost me money to fix their issue smh.

I had purchased a used q50 still under warranty from another dealership. I had called the service department and spoke with Chad about my vehicle and he informed me that it was under warranty still and arranged a time to bring it in to take care of a recall and any other issue I had. He made sure the service technician and I met to further describe my concerns and address any issues or questions I had about my vehicle. The guys here made sure my visit was quick, efficient, and comfortable while I waited for my car. Well done gentlemen!

This dealership owner should be profoundly embarrassed by their employee. ( or the Finance manager)I was treated with sleazy sales tactics and just as another sale for the books last night. Ive bought many cars and this is the worst experience Ive ever had. Im proud I kept my comments to myself and got up and left. This just another sale will take my buisness else where. It was so bad you had everyone else apologizing immediately.Other customers beware dont waste your time.

Issues happens on a Friday. Had to get car towed for 3rd time for an over charging issues with my alternator. They can seem to get it right. Car went into limp mode (1000rpm) on the highway going 55mph. Had kids in the car. Scared the miss out of us.Got it towed again and repaired by Monday because services guys “don’t work on other service guys customers cars.” So car sat all day Saturday and Sunday, pushing the work back to my service guy.Because of this alternator issue, it has killed 4 batteries in 2 weeks due to calling and following there service managers recommendations.They have no idea what is going on! Take your car someplace else! Then had the audacity to say I needed a new drive under-drive pully and wanted to charge me another $380.00 for this repair...This place is amazing!!!
