I buy filtered water because I dont like the taste of tap water. I decided to try this place when the business I buy from normally near work was closed for filter replacement. I am now the conned owner of 30 gallons of tap water sold to me as filtered. This tastes exactly like what comes out of my kitchen faucet. If your filters are broken, then just close and fix things rather than keep selling tap water as if it was filtered. I may as well use this stuff to water my plants or flush my toilets. DEFINITELY NOT worth paying for.

Service and ice cream impeccable, ice cream man was awesome with my three children and funny too. We will be back for sure over any other ice cream chain in the area. Flavors were amazing!

Never open when posted they will open in mornings. Been out of alkaline forever if something breaks or goes wrong that’s understandable. When you try to call to save a trip that kid doesn’t answer phone. You show up and he’s on his phone with AirPods in every dang time. I mean come on. Be out of alkaline but at least answer the phone. You’re clearly not busy. After this happening about 4 times we choose to never return. Very poor service.

Very dirty. The person at the counter never looked up or said anything...not a hello or nothing. Not coming back!

Deer Valley Water & Ice has been my go-to water store for 5 years now. I like their convenient hours, and the friendly service from Eric and the staff really makes it a fun experience. The water is great quality too, and Im picky about that. They have a membership that comes with a discount so that helps me save money. And I really love the music that they play there, its much better than listening to the RO water purification machines. Thank you for being there Deer Valley Water & Ice! =)

Never had a bad experience at this location. I read the reviews and I have to say I disagree with the negative ones. Its getting water, not hard to turn a lever on or off. Like most businesss you deal with you usually get what you give. A smile can go a long way. The staff has always been pleasant and in the 4 to 10 minutes it takes I never had a problem. I have used this location for the past year with no problems. Well only one... saying no to the ice cream. Keep up the good job. This is only the third review I have written for anything. It kind of erks me when a few bad reviews label an entire location. Hopefully this honest review will help tip the scales.

The best water store in the area. I buy my alkaline water and ice from them and my nephews absolutely love their thrifty ice-cream. Their friendly staff make the stops quick and easy. Will definitely recommend this store.

Was a good experience, clean, staff was very helpful, was during the week, early day and i had nieces and nephews with me and i got help cleaning and filling bottles as well as with help loading them into car. glad so close and so helpful.

Just want to mention that this location is under new owners since that negative review was written 5 yrs, ago. Very friendly and helpful. We have never experienced a problem and have been getting our water there for 16 years.

First time here - only other water n ice experience I had the owner immediately took the jugs and sanitized them, filled them, and helped load them into my vehicle. This place the dude was so rude and acted like I was stupid, acted dumbfounded when I asked about sanitizing, and just all around gave a really bad vibe.

Staff was knowledgable and friendly. The place was clean and the prices for the BPA free water container was appropriate for the quality. Ill be back!
