I would give zero stars but thats not possible. Called to have them come out to service our softener system because it overflowed all over our floor. Took almost two weeks to get a call back and then the technician said that he had just received our request for service. What does that say about the office??? Came out and said he had to service our Softener Tank. Paid almost $300 and here we are 3 months later with the exact same issue, no return on our calls for service and we have a floor full of water. What the hell happened to you? You used to be great, now youre not, period. Will not ever recommend you to anyone

Wonderful company. Came out promptly and they only charge $25 a month for rental service. Quick and efficient service. Highly recommend them.

I own a customer service business and I called these guys because they installed some equipment in a home that I bought prior to my purchasing in it so I wanted to give them an opportunity to come out and test my water and give me an update on the quality of my equipment and they feel that Im so unimportant that they wouldnt even do that without charging me a fee so you just lost all my business in the future. Its surprising to me youre still in business.

Do not use this company for your water softener needs, they are terrible. We have waited on them for weeks to come and reconnect our system after having a dewatering system installed in our basement. We have contacted them numerous times and their only response is they are too busy and someone will contact us soon. Piss poor service, steer clear of this company.

They were alright when we used them. We installed our own unit.

The service we received was horrible. We had them out to fix the problem 7 different times. They replaced the system 3 times. The owner made an appointment to my house and did not show up. The system hasnt worked right in a year and a 1/2. The owner had the guts to tell me they would fix it, but wouldnt give me anything off my bill. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

We had them out because our showers were constantly backing up with buildup. We were told replacing would fix the problem and $1200 later, we are told we need to clean out our shower heads every week and that this is normal with city water.
